Panel Shaped Molded Article Vehicle Door And Method For Manufacturing Panel Shaped Molded Article

Abstract: Provided is a panel-shaped molded article having excellent collision characteristics. This panel-shaped molded article (1) is equipped with a polygonal top plate section (2) multiple vertical wall sections (5) and a flange section (7). The vertical wall sections (5) extend from two or more sides of the outer edge of the top plate section (2). The flange section (7) is connected to the lower end of the vertical wall sections (5) and extends in the direction of extension of the top plate section (2). The edge section (3) of the top plate section (2) includes the sides of the outer edge of the top plate section (2) which are connected to the vertical wall sections (5). A concave section (4) is arranged on the inside of the edge section (3) and is recessed from the edge section (3). Each of the vertical wall sections (5) comprising at least one group of adjacent vertical wall sections includes a first vertical wall section (5A) a step section (6) and a second vertical wall section (5B). The step section (6) is connected to the lower end of the first vertical wall sections (5A) and extends in the direction of extension of the top plate section (2). The second vertical wall sections (5B) are connected to the outer edge of the step section (6) and extend in the direction of extension of the first vertical wall sections (5A). The flange section (7) is connected to the lower end of the second wall sections (5B).

0001]The present invention is panel-shaped molded article, a vehicle door, and a method for producing a panel-shaped molded article. [0006]  Door inner panel disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a beltline reinforcement. Beltline reinforcement is joined along the vehicle longitudinal direction in the belt line portion of the door inner panel. Thus, the belt line reinforcement to bear the impact load in the vehicle longitudinal direction, the bending moment acting can be effectively reduced in the belt line portion, and is described in Patent Document 1. [0007]  The door inner panel disclosed in Patent Document 2, when a collision load from the side of the vehicle is loaded, a door inner panel and the belt line reinforcement is in contact, a load absorption portion of the door inner panel is deformed. Thus, when a collision load from the front of the vehicle body loaded, the rear end portion of the beltline reinforcement is plastically deformed, the contact area between the center pillar increases. Therefore, deformation of the rear end portion of the beltline reinforcement can absorb the energy of the collision, and is described in Patent Document 3. Therefore, the door produced from the door inner panel of Patent Document 1, 2 and 3, the production efficiency is low, the cost is high. [0011]  An object of the present invention have excellent panel-shaped molded article crashworthiness, vehicle door comprising the panel-shaped molded article, and to provide a method for manufacturing a panel-shaped molded article. Means for Solving the Problems [0012]  Panel-like molded article according to the present embodiment the material is a metal plate. Panel-like molded article comprises a top plate portion of the polygonal shape, and a plurality of vertical wall portions, and a flange portion. Vertical wall portion extends from at least two sides of the outer edge sides of the top plate portion. Door outer panel is placed on the vehicle outer side of the panel-shaped molded article, it is joined to the panel-shaped molded article. In this case, the door outer panel is joined to the flange portion of the panel-shaped molded article, the recess of the panel-shaped molded portion is recessed in the door outer panel side. Window member is receivable in the recess of the panel-shaped molded article is placed on the vehicle inner side of the panel-shaped molded article. [0014]  Method for manufacturing a panel-like molded article according to the present embodiment is a method for producing a panel-shaped molded article and the material of the steel plate. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0017]  Panel-like molded article according to the present embodiment the material is a metal plate. Specifically, the outer panel or the like is deformed by the collision load, the outer panel or the like deformation hits the recess of the top plate portion of the panel-shaped molded article. Thus, the recess absorbs collision energy. Thus, because the collision properties of the panel-shaped molded product of the present embodiment is higher, also increases the collision properties of the product, which the panel-shaped molded article is mounted.
