Abstract: ABSTRACT PAPERLESS AND TOUCHLESS ATTENDANCE MONITORING DEVICE USING RETINA SENSOR AND AI MODEL This invention is an automated attendance monitoring system comprising of i) student or teacher-specific identification tags with touchless and wireless communication capabilities ii) retina sensor for detecting the correct identity of a student or teacher while entering into a particular class. RFID scanner and retina sensor will scan the student identification and send the information to the computing unit. The computing unit will analyze the entered information through the pre trained AI model on which the data of all the students and teachers is already available. The co-processor will be used for the smooth functioning of the whole process. After this the computing unit will send the analyzed data to the gateway with the help of long RF. The gateway will transfer the data to the cloud server for storage and in the end it will be visible to the central authority. External power supply will be powering co-processor, RFID scanner and retina sensor. This invention will avoid any cheating in the system and provide a secure way of taking attendance. The need for the system is an untouchable device and also students can't cheat with the system. It provides a secure way to take attendance of students and teachers in a touchless and paperless manner in order to have a sustainable way.

Paperless and Touchless Attendance Monitoring Device using Retina Sensor and AI Model
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to paperless and touchless attendance monitoring device using retina sensor and AI model.
Background of the Invention
US8353705B2: An automated attendance monitoring system is disclosed. The system includes (i) identification tags, with wireless communication capabilities, for each potential attendee, (ii) scanners for detecting the attendees’ tags as they enter a given room, (iii) at least one server in communication with the scanners, (iv) handheld computing devices for use by attendance trackers, such as teachers, to verify a provisional attendance report generated by the scanners and server, and (v) software running on the server for receiving and managing the attendance data received from the Scanners, and for generating attendance reports. Although particularly well-suited for tracking attendance in Schools, the present invention can also be used in a variety of other settings where there is a need to track the whereabouts of a number of individuals.
CN105513151B: The present invention provides a kind of check class attendance method and system, comprising: checks whether the service set SSID for logging in the WLAN of student is consistent with default SSI, If the SSID for logging in student is consistent with default SSID, the identity identification information for logging in student's input is detected Judge whether to receive the matching head portrait ID that the login student sends When receiving the matching head portrait ID, the head portrait ID of the login student stored in the matching head portrait ID and database is compared If identity identification information detection passes through, and the matching head portrait ID is consistent with the head portrait ID of storage, then reception time of registering registers. Check class attendance method and system provided by the invention, can be improved the reliability of check class attendance.
