Pellet Defect Inspection System Using Multi Tone Color Control, And Control Method Therefor

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pellet defect inspection system using multi-tone color control, and a control method therefor, the system being capable of determining whether pellets are defective by detecting the color of pellets while continuously transporting multiple pellets, and comprising: a pellet defect inspection device including a sorter, which photographs and inspects first planes and second planes of pellets while transporting the multiple pellets (P), and then separates and removes pellets (P) determined to be defective, and transports high-quality pellets (P) to a designated location and loads same thereon; and a multi-tone color pellet inspection control unit which controls pellet transporting, and which photographs, while changing an RGBW irradiation section, first planes (upper planes) and second planes (lower planes) of the pellets transported along lanes, so as to perform image analysis and determination.
