CROSS REFERENCE TO APPLICATION
[0001] This patent application claims the benefit of Indian Provisional patent application 201741015112 filed on 28,h April, 2017. The above application is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A. Technical field
[0001] The present invention generally relates to system for monitoring activities
performed by workforce. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring or tracking workforce and providing feedback on the workforce performance, for example, job or activities performed by an employee.
B. Description of related art
[0002] Generally, a required task could be assigned to a workforce or a staff via
communication through a mobile device. The staff could report the completion of those activities using the mobile device. As staff complete activities, their profiles maybe automatically updated to include an overall performance rating based on the timeliness and quality of task completion. This overall performance rating may be used to determine rewards and recognition for the staff. In conventional methods there is no real-time monitoring or tracking of the staff and feedback system based on each completed task and the ability to use this data to drive quality of work. Hence, there is a need for system and method for monitoring or tracking the workforce activities such as,

providing real-time monitoring data, feedback of job or activities of the workforce or staff and dynamically assigning tasks or job.
