Images are distinguished vis-a-vis strong emotional content from emotionally neutral images with high accuracy. All of the methods and steps disclosed herein are implemented on a programmed digital computer, which may be a stand-alone machine or integrated into another piece of equipment such as a digital still or video camera including, in all embodiments, portable devices such as smart phones.

PICTURE BASED PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST OF A PERSON
Abstract
Certain implementations of the current disclosure may include the use of artificial intelligence to assess a person's behaviour or mental health. The assessment procedure may include the provision of a first image of a first situation using this method. Embodiments may also include the supply of a second image depicting a second circumstance. It's possible, in certain cases, that an evaluation of the individual based on the first and second photos might also be deemed an embodiment. In certain embodiments, a technique based on artificial intelligence (AI) compares the first and second photos to ascertain the subject's emotional state. A third image depicting a third scenario is also conceivable in certain implementations. It is possible that embodiments may also include a second AI-based method for assessing a person's mental health, which will involve re-evaluating the person based on the third photo to confirm the person's behavioural pattern. Another possible implementation is providing a fourth image to indicate a different scenario.

1. A method of assessing the behaviour of an individual or psychological state of person through artificial intelligence, the method comprising: providing a first image of a first scenario; providing a second image of a second scenario; evaluating the individual based on the first and second images; assessing the emotionality of the individual based on the first and second images using a first artificial intelligence based technique; providing a third image of a third scenario; re-evaluating the individual based on the third image to confirm behavioural pattern of the person to determine psychological state based on a second artificial intelligence based technique; providing a fourth image of a fourth scenario; and validating the psychological state based on the analysis of the evaluating the individual based on the fourth and fifth images based on a third artificial intelligence based technique.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising step of non-verbal examination that comprises a set of questions associated with the individual, the set of questions comprising a question associated with a word selected from the set of explanations.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the psychological state is depicted as a profile of the person.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the profile comprises a set of images which depicted along an x-axis and depicting one or more parameters on Y axis.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the one or more parameters is selected from focus level, interaction flexibility level, ease of handling, an empathy level, and combination thereof.

The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first, second and third artificial intelligence based technique is selected from artificial neural networks, Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI), fuzzy logic systems, Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI), genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization, Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI), colony optimization, simulated annealing, and evolutionary computing.
7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first, second and third artificial intelligence based technique arranged to generate one or more attributes of psychological state based on pre-stored metadata.
8. A system for assessing the behaviour of an individual or psychological state of person through artificial intelligence comprising:
provide a first image of a first scenario;
provide a second image of a second scenario;
evaluate the individual based on the first and second images;
assess the emotionality of the individual based on the first and second images using a first artificial intelligence based technique;
provide a third image of a third scenario;
re-evaluate the individual based on the third images to confirm behavioural pattern of the person to determine psychological state based on a second artificial intelligence based technique;
provide a fourth image of a fourth scenario; and
validate the psychological state based on the analysis of the evaluating the individual based on the fourth and fifth images based on a third artificial intelligence based technique.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising step of non-verbal examination that comprises a set of questions associated with the individual, the set of questions comprising a question associated with a word selected from the set of explanations.
