FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of lacquering machines. More particularly, the present invention relates to a piece by piece hand lacquering machine in the form of a one single paint booth with an auto spray gun controlled by a PLC. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Spray booths spray a coating of flammable or toxic volatile material on an object and capture the overspray and volatile components of the material being sprayed in an exhaust system which conveys the contaminated air to a suitable decontamination/discharge system. The presence of powder overspray typically necessitates the use of a spray booth. A spray booth is used to contain or confine the powder overspray within a partially enclosed area. Spray booths can vary substantially in size depending on the articles being sprayed and the quantity of articles being sprayed. Some spray booths are conveyorized to permit automatic transfer of the articles into and through the booth. Various kinds of spray booths have been suggested in the past. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION [022]The principal object of the present invention is to provide a piece by piece hand lacquering machine in the form of a one single paint booth with an auto spray gun controlled by a PLC to enable multi side lacquering of watch hands in one cycle. [023]Another object of the present invention is to provide a spray booth for spraying controlled amount of lacquer in a safe and environmentally correct system using scrubber unit. [024]Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a simplified, easy-to-maintain system for capturing overspray and volatile components during the spraying operation of a spray booth. [025]Still another object of the present invention is to suck the excess fumes out of the booth and transfer it via an outflow pipe to a separate treatment facility. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [026]Present invention relates to a piece by piece hand lacquering machine in the form of a one single paint booth with an auto spray gun controlled by a PLC. The hands of the machine are arranged on an arranging fixture and the fixture is then placed on the moving machine bed and secured with a couple of clamps. The machine bed is a U shaped bracket hinged on two pneumatic cylinders on both ends. Each of the pneumatic cylinders is activated separately to lift one side of the U frame. This cylinder actuation is controlled through pneumatic valves which is controlled by the PLC. Auto spray gun is used in automation where the spraying can be controlled by pneumatic solenoid valves. The swivel bed holds the hands arranging fixture moves in an angular motion so that while spraying paint gets applied to multi sides of watch hands BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS [027]It is to be noted, however, that the appended drawings illustrate only typical embodiments of this invention and are therefore not to be considered for limiting of its scope, for the invention may admit to other equally effective embodiments. [028]Figure 1 shows the a piece by piece hand lacquering machine according to the present invention [029]Figure 2 shows flowchart according to the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTIONS [030]Accordingly, the present invention relates to a piece by piece hand lacquering machine in the form of a one single paint booth with an auto spray gun which is controlled by a PLC. [031J Referring to the figure 1, the machine body (9) according to the present invention consists of servo motor (1), ball screw (2), spray gun assembly (3), pneumatic semi rotary drive (4), auto spray gun (5), lacquer holing cup (6), swiveling bed (7), pneumatic cylinder (8) and HMI control (10), solenoid valves (11) and PLC unit (12). The auto spray gun (5) uses pneumatic air to activate and deactivate spray automatically. The gun (5) has an inbuilt lacquer holding cup (6) with the correct amount of lacquer. The gun (5) is also equipped with two manual regulators that control the air pressure in the gun (5). Auto spray gun is used in automation where the spraying can be controlled by pneumatic solenoid valves. Pneumatic rotary drive are connected to auto spray gun so that it oscillates in sideways during the spraying cycle. The swivel bed holds the hands arranging fixture moves in an angular motion so that while spraying paint gets applied to multi sides of watch hands. [032]The position of gun assembly is controlled by servo motors which performs specific tasks where position needs to be defined accurately such as controlling the spray gun assembly movement within a certain range. The ball screw is a mechanical linear actuator that translates rotational motion to linear motion with little friction. [033]One controller regulates the amount of lacquer being sprayed, the other controls the spread of the spray. This auto spray gun actuation is controlled through pneumatic solenoid valves which is controlled by the PLC. For gun angle movement, the gun assembly is hinged on the pneumatic semi rotary drive. There 5 is an adjustable mechanism to manually control the angle of the nozzle slant (spray Gun). This rotary unit actuation is controlled through pneumatic valves which is controlled by the PLC. Pneumatic rotary actuators are used to convert compressed air pressure (in the form of a cylinder stroke) into an oscillating rotary motion. The rotary drive is connected to auto spray gun so that it oscillates in 10 sideways during the spraying cycle. [034JA human-machine interface (HMI) is provided which is a user interface or dashboard that connects an operator to a machine. It is used to adjust the speed of the servo motor, start and stop positions of the spray gun assembly. 15 [035]The spray gun assembly is fixed onto a ball screw assembly. This assembly consists of two guide rods and central ball screw. A threaded shaft provides a helical raceway for ball bearings which act as a precision screw. The ball screw is connected with servo motors which drives the ball screw. The spray gun assembly 20 is attached to the ball screw assembly. [036]The gun assembly is fixed onto all three. The central ball screw has screw like grooves on it. The guide rods do not. The central ball screw is attached to a servo motor. The gun assembly is fixed onto the ball screw. The servo motor turns 25 on and rotates the ball screw, creating linear movement in the ball screw and moving the gun assembly. During the 2nd movement the servo motor rotates the ball screw in the other direction to create a reverse movement in the gun assembly which takes it to the home position which is sensed using a limit switch. The speed and the actuation of the motor is controlled by the PLC. In order to redirect 30 the lacquer fumes from the lacquering booth, a powerful vacuum suction is -10- 1 22-04-2&1* 17:3© created which sucks the excess fumes out of the booth and transfers it via an outflow pipe to a separate treatment facility. [037]Figure 2 shows flowchart according to the present invention. During operation the machine bed and the auto spray gun move in synchronization, controlled by PLC. The auto spray gun moves over the hand arrangement in cycles. In the first cycle, the signal from the solenoid actuates the right hand side pneumatic cylinder below the machine bed thereby causing a tilt of 30 to 45 degree towards the left. Simultaneously, the auto spray gun moves horizontally from right to left during which the nozzle is at a 10 to30 degree slant towards the left in relation to the spray gun assembly. Once the first cycle is complete, the Spray gun nozzle tilts towards the right at a 10 to 30 degree angle in relation to the spray gun. The machine bed also changes its angle and now tilts at a 30 to 45 Degree angle clockwise. Now the spray gun moves from right to left and sprays the lacquer over the hand arranging fixture and returns to home position, which is sensed using a limit switch. [038]Numerous modifications and adaptations of the system of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art and thus it is intended by the appended claims to cover all such modifications and adaptations which fall within the true spirit and scope of this invention.
