DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of pillow. More particularly, the present invention relates to the field of pillow configured to support the neck and knee muscles of the human body.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For decades, common people are using conventional types of pillows for relaxing and sleeping. A study shows that most of shoulder and neck pain arises due to unhealthy sleeping positions. In addition, such pain also arises due to conventional pillows. In a normal type of pillows, shoulder height and neck positions are not adjustable as there are no feature constraints to adjust the pillows. Most of the pain causing factors in necks and shoulder arises due to disposition in sleeping. Even if the individual follows a healthy position during the initial stage of sleeping, the individual unknowingly slides over to an unhealthy position due to deep sleep.

Typically, in order to overcome neck and shoulder pain injuries, some particular group of people follows sleeping without any pillows. Even though some might find the method convincing, it is still unhealthy for the individual’s spinal bone. The spinal bone is divided into cervical vertebra, thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebra. As the bone is naturally bent, sleeping without any pillows is considered unhealthy. Therefore, there is a need to find a solution to the above said problem.

There are some inventions proposed in the existing invention which may resolve the above said issue. The existing invention may provide the people with solutions preventing disposition and discomfort during sleep. The existing inventions proposed to resolve the above said issue are disclosed in the prior art section. A US patent application US3775785 discloses an adjustable pillow apparatus having a pair of pillow sections to form a pillow. Said section each consisting a wedged shaped portion. The pillow can be adjusted to vary the shape and pillow sections can be removably attached at any desired position along angled surface of wedge portion. The invention though provides an adjustable pillow but the pillow is not self-adjusting and requires manual adjusting.

A Chinese patent application CN110013151 discloses a pillow capable of being automatically raised and lowered with different sleeping postures. Said pillow comprises of upper layer cover, lower layer cover, a mounting plate flush, a neck and head air bag. The inflation and deflation of airbag is through a strip shaped sensing plate connected to control circuit board in the inflation control device. The invention though provides an adjustable pillow for different sleeping postures but adjustment is achieved through complex mechanism. Moreover, the invention doesn’t provide a support for all sleeping positions.

Indian patent application 202017002885 discloses a pillow comprising a body including shoulder support parts, a cervical vertebrae support part, and an occipital region support part. The invention has a first wing part extended to one side of the body; and a second wing part extended to the other side of the body. Therefore, the respiratory tract is maximally opened when lying flat such that snoring is prevented and nose breathing is enabled because of a reverse gravity effect. The load of the head is dispersed on the entire floor preventing the burden applied to the cervical vertebrae and the shoulders by the weight of the head. Even though the invention provides a simple effective way of providing neck and shoulder support during sleep, it did not propose a way to support knee during flat sleeping position.

Thus, the present invention proposes a modified pillow that supports the cervical and capitis muscles of the human neck for comfortable and healthy sleeping. The present invention also proposes an adjustable pillow for altering height with respect to shoulder height. The present invention also provides features for supporting individual’s hands while sliding over to the left or right side. Moreover, the present invention also provides support to knees and feet by providing a secondary pillow.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a pillow comfortable for all sleeping position.

Another main objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-utility pillow for supporting the neck and relieving the pain during sleeping.

Still another objective of the present invention is to provide a semi-cushion pillow for supporting the knee during flat sleeping position.

Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide an adjustable cushion pillow for comfortable sleeping.

Other objectives and advantages of the present disclosure will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The following presents a simplified summary of the invention in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the invention. This summary is not an extensive overview of the present invention. It is not intended to identify the key/critical elements of the invention or to delineate the scope of the invention. Its sole purpose is to present some concept of the invention in a simplified form as a prelude to a more detailed description of the invention presented later.

According to the present invention, the pillow comprises at least five portions and said pillow comprises a head foam with support plate, at least a lower couch, an upper couch and a flat couch. Said The foam hump comprises a hollow member and a flat couch. Pair of said foam humps are conjoined by the flat couch and said flat couch consists a cervical support and capitis support. Said bottom couch is in a semi-hump form with a flat couch on the bottom portion and the pillow comprises of at least two separate couches which is replacably disposed on the bottom hollow portions of said support. The support plate comprises of hump with hollow member and flat plate and sandwiched by said head foam and side couch. Said upper couch is disposed on the center portion of the head foam and said upper couch consists a convex upper portion and flattened bottom portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist in a comprehensive understanding of exemplary embodiments of the invention as defined by the claims and their equivalents. It includes various specific details to assist in that understanding but these are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and sprit of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.

Figure 1 describes the pillow (1) according to the main embodiment of present invention. As represented in Figure 1, said pillow (1) comprises of head foam (11) and support plate (21). Said head foam (11) is a soft cushion head resting member substantially shaped like a semi-flat hollow hump on both ends conjoined by flatted steep member on the center portion of the head foam (11). Said support plate (21) is a polymer based plastic preferably polyethylene substantially shaped similar to the head foam (11). Said support plate (21) is contiguous to the head foam (11) particularly on the bottom portion.

According to the main embodiment of the present invention, an individual is able to position his/her head on the center portion of the pillow for a normal sleeping position. In addition, the individual can slide his/her hand inside the hollow portion of the hump while adjusting to the right or left sleeping position for comfortable sleeping.

Figure 2 describes the pillow (2) according to another main embodiment of the present invention. As represented in Figure 2, the pillow (2) comprises of head foam (11), support plate (21) and at least a bottom couch (31). The construction of head foam (11) and support plate (21) is similar to heretofore said pillow (1) whereas said foam (11) is contiguous to the support plate (21). The side couches (31) are soft cushions substantially shaped like a semi-hump with a flat couch on the bottom portion. In addition, the pillow (2) comprises of two separate couches (31) replacably mounted on the pillow preferably disposed on the bottom hollow portions of said support (21). Typically, said support plate (21) is sandwiched by said head foam (11) and side couch (31). According to another main embodiment of the present invention, the side couch (31) provides support for the foot of the individual during sleeping positions.

Figure 3 describes the pillow (3) according to yet another main embodiment of the present invention. As represented in Figure 3, the pillow (3) comprises of head foam (11), support plate (21), side couch (31) and adjustable upper couch (41). The construction of the pillow (3) is similar to heretofore said pillow (2) whereas said adjustable couch (41) is replacably mounted and disposed on the center portion of the head foam (11). Said adjustable couch (41) is a soft pillow substantially shaped like a convex and flattened on the bottom. Said upper couch (41) is contiguous to the head foam (11) particularly convex on the center portion of said foam (11).

According to yet another main embodiment of the present invention, said upper couch (41) provides an adjustable headrest for the individual for a comfortable sleeping position. In addition, the adjustable couch (41) is placed under the knee for providing support to the knees of the individual.

Figure 4 describes the exploded view of the pillow (3) in accordance with the present invention. The pillow (3) comprises of head foam (11), support plate (21), side couch (31) and adjustable couch (41). The head foam (11) comprises of foam hump (12) with hollow member (13), flat couch (14), cervical support (15) and capitis support (16). The support plate (21) comprises of hump (22) with hollow member (23) and flat plate (24). The side couch (31) comprises a pair of sponge member (32). Said adjustable couch (41) comprises of convex member (42) and sponge (43). A pair of foam hump (12) with a hollow member (13) is conjoined by a flat couch (14). Said cervical support (15) and capitis support (16) are disposed on the flat couch (14) on opposite sides.

According to still another main embodiment of the present invention, cervical support (15) provides support to the neck of the individual and capitis support (16) provides support to the splenius and semi-splenius capitis of the individual. The hollow member (13) of the foam hump (12) is disposed on the hump (22) of support plate (21) for providing rigidity to said foam (11). A pair of side coach (31) is replacably disposed on the bottom portion of the support plate (31) wherein the sponge member (32) is contiguous to the hollow member (23). The adjustable couch (41) is replacably mounted on the center portion of the head foam (11) particularly placed on the flat couch (14). The convex member (42) and sponge (43) provides cushioning comfort for individual during sleeping positions.

The present invention provides various advantages and overcomes the disadvantage present in the existing products. The present invention is a modified pillow that supports the cervical and capitis muscles of the human neck and ensures comfortable and healthy sleeping. The present invention also provides at least a foam hump and sponge member particularly to support the head when sleeping in side position. The modified pillow consists a slot for supporting individual’s hands while sliding over to the left or right side. The present invention also provides a convex member to support the gap between knees which helps to increase the comfort. ,CLAIMS:WE CLAIM:

1. A pillow, said pillow (1) is characterized in that, said pillow (1) comprises a head foam (11) with support plate (21), at least a lower couch (31), an upper couch (41) and a flat couch (14).

2. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said pillow (1) comprises of a pair of foam hump (12) with hollow member (13) and flat couch (14).

3. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, pair of foam humps (12) are conjoined by the flat couch (14) and said flat couch (14) consists a cervical support (15) and capitis support (16).

4. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said pillow (1) comprises of at least two separate couches (32) replacably disposed on the bottom hollow portions of said support plate (21) and said bottom couch (31) is in a semi-hump form.

5. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said support plate (21) comprises a pair of hump (22) with hollow member (23) and flat plate (24).

6. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said support plate (21) is sandwiched by said head foam (11) and side couch (31).

7. The pillow as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said upper couch (41) is disposed on the center portion of the head foam (11) and said upper couch (41) consists a convex upper portion and flattened bottom portion.
