Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pipe fitting that is easy to use, without sacrificing workability. A pipe fitting comprising a nipple body and a cap nut, characterized in that the cap nut has a cylindrical body part and a nut part, the nut part has at least a pair of widths across flats, the diameter of a circumscribed circle of an outer periphery of the widths across flats is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical body part, and the diameter of an inscribed circle of the outer periphery of the widths across flats is smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical body part.
