Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pipe joint that allows smooth insertion of a pipe body, and retention of the pipe body in a manner to reliably prevent pullout of the pipe body by just inserting the pipe body, and also allows the pipe body to be pulled out. A pipe joint is characterized by comprising: a guide part provided on a nipple, and arranged to face an inner surface of a pipe body having flexibility; a fastening member with a tapered surface arranged to face an outer peripheral surface of the guide part and have a gradually increasing diameter toward an inserting direction of the pipe body; a sleeve that is movable in a reciprocating manner in the inserting direction of the pipe body and the opposite direction, namely a pipe pullout direction, along the fastening member, and that is elastically deformable in a radial direction to have an increased radius and a reduced radius; and an elastic member arranged to push the sleeve along the taped surface toward the pipe pullout direction, wherein the sleeve has an extending part that is extended more than the fastening member, in the pipe pullout direction opposite to the inserting direction of the pipe body, and the extending part functions as a pushing part for increasing the radius of the sleeve by pushing the sleeve toward the inserting direction of the pipe body when pulling out the pipe body which has been completely inserted.
