Abstract: Disclosed is a plated steel for hot press forming having improved hydrogen delayed fracture properties. The disclosed plated steel comprises: a base steel sheet; and a plating layer that is formed on the surface of the base steel sheet and comprises, by weight, Si: 5.0 to 15.0%, Zn: 10.0 to 30.0%, Fe: 4.0 to 12.0%, and the remainder of Al and unavoidable impurities.
