“Rubber Plug Transporting System For Use Between Rubber Plug Cleaning Machine And Filling Plug Adding Machine”

Abstract: Disclosed is a rubber plug transporting system and a rubber plug cleaning filling and adding production line used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine. The rubber plug transporting system comprises a rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) wherein the inlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) is connected with the plug outlet (21) of the rubber plug cleaning machine (2) the outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) is connected with a plug tapping station (31) of the filling plug adding machine (3) and the horizontal height of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) gradually becomes lower from the inlet end to the outlet end. The rubber plug cleaning filling and adding production line comprises the rubber plug cleaning machine the filling plug adding machine and the above mentioned rubber plug transporting system. The present invention is simple in structure and low in cost and can reduce the risk of secondary pollution of the rubber plug.

Field of Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a machinery for packaging which is used in food and pharmaceutical industries, and more particularly to a plug transporting system and plug cleaning and adding production line between rubber plug cleaning machine and filling plug adding machine.
Description of Related Arts
[0002] In the field of machinery for packaging which is used in food and pharmaceutical industries, the rubber plug cleaning machine is used for cleaning and sterilizing the rubber plug, and the filling plug adding machine is used for filling container and adding rubber plug. In prior art, rubber plug is sealed and exported to an independent middle transfer device after being cleaned and sterilized in the rubber plug cleaning machine. Then, the middle transfer device transmits the rubber plug to the plug tapping station provided in the filling plug adding machine for filling. The risk of secondary pollution of rubber plug is increased due to the necessity of secondary transmission in this process. Besides, the necessity of the independent middle transfer device and its cleaning sterilization device cost a lot.
Summary of the Present Invention
[0003] Accordingly, the object of present invention is to solve the technical problem of the conventional technologies and provides a plug transporting system and plug cleaning and adding production line between rubber plug cleaning machine and filling plug adding machine, which is simple in structure, low in cost and can reduce the risk of secondary pollution.
[0004] To achieve these and other objects, the technical solution of present invention is as follows:
[0005] A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine comprising a rubber plug transporting pipeline, wherein inlet end of rubber plug transporting pipeline is connected with the

outlet of rubber plug cleaning machine, said outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline is connected with a plug tapping station of the filling plug adding machine, and the horizontal height of the rubber plug transporting pipeline gradually becomes lower from the inlet end to the outlet end.
[0006] The present invention is further improved with the following features:
[0007] The rubber plug transporting pipeline comprises a cleaning sterilization tube; said cleaning sterilization tube along its length direction comprises one or more groups sprinkler components.
[0008] The sprinkler component comprises two or more rotary sprinklers along the circumferential direction of the cleaning sterilization tube.
[0009] The rubber plug transporting pipeline comprises one or more observation viewports.
[0010] The outer wall of the rubber plug transporting pipeline comprises an insulation layer.
[0011] The rubber plug transporting system also comprises drainage components, wherein drainage components, which are disposed on the one side of the outlet end located on rubber plug transporting pipeline, move to said outlet end and communicate with the rubber plug transporting pipeline, wherein one side of the drainage components lead to the outside of the filling plug adding machine.
[0012] The drainage components comprise a water inlet, a water outlet and a rotary joint, wherein rotary joint includes a water outlet joint and a water inlet joint; said water outlet joint is vertically fixed on the one side of the outlet end located on rubber plug transporting pipeline; said water inlet joint , which is connected with the water outlet joint and the water inlet, rotates around the water outlet joint; said water outlet, which is connected with the water outlet joint, leads to the outside of the filling plug adding machine.
[0013] The water outlet is connected with a trap.
[0014] The rubber plug transporting system is located between said rubber plug cleaning machine and said filling plug adding machine. 3
[0015] The present invention is further improved with the following features:
[0016] The filling plug adding machine is located on the first floor of the workshop, wherein rubber plug cleaning machine is located on the second floor of the workshop; said second floor is located above said first floor.
[0017] The angle between the connection line of said plug outlet and said plug tapping station with the horizontal is an acute angle.
[0018] Compared to conventional technologies, the advantages effect of the present invention are as follows:
[0019] As for the plug transporting system between rubber plug cleaning machine and filling plug adding machine used in present invention, the outlet of the rubber plug transporting pipeline is directly communicated with the plug tapping station of the filling plug adding machine through a rubber plug transporting pipeline, and the horizontal height of the rubber plug transporting pipeline gradually becomes lower from the inlet end to the outlet end; the rubber plugs, which are output from the outlet of the rubber plug cleaning machine, free fall with its gravity along the rubber plug transporting pipeline until to the plug tapping station of the filling plug adding machine. It is simpler in structure and lower in cost due to the cancelling of middle transfer device and using a rubber plug transporting pipeline to transmit the rubber plug; furthermore, the risk of secondary pollution of the rubber plug is reduced on account of the unnecessary of secondary transmission and manual intervention. The plug cleaning and adding production line between rubber plug cleaning machine and filling plug adding machine used in present invention, comprising said rubber plug transporting system, has the same advantages.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment
[0025] The present invention is further described with the accompanying drawings and illustrative examples as follows.
[0026] The first preferred embodiment, as shown in Fig.1, a rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine, comprising a rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, the inlet end of rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is connected with the plug outlet 21 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 2; the outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is connected with a plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3, and the horizontal height of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 gradually becomes lower from the inlet end to the outlet end, so the rubber plug is in free fall with its gravity along the rubber plug transporting pipeline. In practical application, the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 is located above the filling plug adding machine 3. As a result, there is a height difference between the plug outlet 21 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 and the plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3. According to the actually distance between rubber plug cleaning machine 2 and filling plug adding machine 3, the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 can be disposed in sections, and the sections are sealed together with flanges. The rubber plugs, which are output from the outlet 21 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 2, free falls with its gravity along the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, until to the plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3. After being cleaned and sterilized in the rubber plug cleaning machine 2, the rubber plugs pass through the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 directly and enter the plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3 to add plug. As a result, the manual intervention and the secondary pollution of secondary transmission are avoided. Besides, the rubber plug transporting system is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to implement. 5
[0027] In present preferred embodiment, the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 includes a cleaning sterilization tube 4, which is used for cleaning and sterilizing the inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 before transmitting rubber plugs. The cleaning sterilization tube 4 along the length direction of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is located near one side of the inner wall (The one side of the inner wall is the topside in present embodiment) of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, leaving out a lot of movement space for rubber plug. The cleaning sterilization tube 4 comprises one or more groups sprinkler components 5 at intervals along the length direction of the cleaning sterilization tube 4, which is used for spraying the cleaning sterilization media; in order to make sure that the whole inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is cleaned and without any dirty corners, each group of the sprinkler component 5 comprises two or more rotary sprinklers 51 along the circumferential direction of the cleaning sterilization tube 4 (see Fig.2). In present embodiment, each group of the sprinkler component 5 comprises two rotary sprinklers 51, and the angle between the two rotary sprinklers 51 is 90 degrees. Cleaning water and saturated water vapor is exhausted from the rotary sprinklers 51 through the cleaning sterilization tube 4, to clean and sterilize the inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1. This process can realize the cleaning and sterilizing online.
[0028] In present preferred embodiment, the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 comprises one or more observation viewports 6, which makes it easier to observe, install and repair the inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1.
[0029] In present preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 comprises an insulation layer 8 to control the inside temperature variation of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1.
[0030] In present preferred embodiment, the drainage components are located on the one side of the outlet end provided in rubber plug transporting pipeline 1; the drainage components can move to the outlet end and communicate with the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, wherein one side of drainage components lead to the outside of the filling plug adding machine 3; while transmitting rubber plug in the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, the drainage components will be separated from the outlet of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 to exhaust the rubber plug smoothly; while cleaning and sterilizing the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, the drainage 6
components will be connected with the outlet of rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 to exhaust the condensed water produced in cleaning and sterilizing process, preventing the condensed water from entering the plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3.The drainage components comprises a water inlet 71, a water outlet 72 and a rotary joint 73; the rotary joint 73 includes a water outlet joint 732 and a water inlet joint 731(see Fig.3). The water outlet joint 732 is vertically fixed on the one side of the outlet end provided in rubber plug transporting pipeline 1; the water inlet joint 731, which is vertically connected with the water outlet joint 732, can rotate around the water outlet joint 732. The water inlet 71 connecting with the water inlet joint 731 can realize the connection with or separation from the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 by the rotary of water inlet joint 731; the water outlet 72 connecting with the water outlet joint 732 leads to the outside of filling plug adding machine 3. When the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is being cleaned and sterilized, the water inlet joint 731 is rotated to make sure that the water inlet 71 is connected with the outlet of rubber plug transporting pipeline 1; the condensed water produced in the process of cleaning and sterilizing passes through the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, the water inlet 71, the rotary joint 73, and the water outlet 72 in sequence, then it will be exhausted to the outside of the filling plug adding machine 3. The water outlet 72 connecting with a trap 74 exhausts the condensed water of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 immediately, avoiding the leakage of steam. When plugging, the water inlet joint 731 is rotated to make sure that the water inlet 71 is separated from the outlet of rubber plug transporting pipeline 1. As a result, the rubber plugs can pass through the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 successfully and enter the plug tapping station 31 of the filling plug adding machine 3.
[0031] The rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line comprises a rubber plug cleaning machine 2, a filling plug adding machine 3, and a rubber plug transporting system between the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 and the filling plug adding machine 3. In practical application, the rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line is located in the workshop which has two or more floors; the filling plug adding machine 3 is located on the first floor 9 of the workshop, and the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 is located on the second floor 10 of the workshop; the second floor 10 is located above the first floor 9. The certain height difference between the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 and the filling plug adding machine 3 can 7
be maintained to make sure that the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 can be located obliquely between the rubber plug cleaning machine 2 and the filling plug adding machine 3 and there is enough incline for rubber plug in free fall with its gravity along the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1.
[0032] In the present preferred embodiment, in order to make sure that the transmission procedure of rubber plug from the plug outlet 21 to the plug tapping station 31 is as gently as possible and avoid the secondary pollution of particles, which are produced in the collision of rubber plug; The angle between the connection line of plug outlet 21 and plug tapping station 31 with the horizontal, is an acute angle.
[0033] The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention and the scope of the present invention are not limited by the above embodiments; therefore, all of the technical solutions within the spirit of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention. It should be pointed out that this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and the scope of the present invention; for one skilled in the art. 8
We Claim:
1. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine, characterized in that the rubber plug transporting system comprises a rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), wherein the inlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) is communicated with the plug outlet (21) of the rubber plug cleaning machine (2), said outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) is communicated with a plug tapping station (31) of the filling plug adding machine (3), and the horizontal height of said rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) gradually becomes lower from the inlet end to the outlet end.
2. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim1, characterized in that said rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) comprises a cleaning sterilization tube (4); said cleaning sterilization tube (4) along its length direction comprises one or more groups sprinkler component (5).
3. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said sprinkler component (5) comprises two or more rotary sprinklers (51) along the circumferential direction of the cleaning sterilization tube (4).
4. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) comprises one or more observation viewports (6).
5. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said outer wall of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) comprises an insulation layer (8).

A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, characterized in that said rubber plug transporting system also comprises drainage components, wherein drainage components, which are disposed on the one side of outlet end located on the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), move to said outlet end 9
and communicate with the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), wherein one side of the drainage components lead to the outside of filling plug adding machine (3).
7. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said drainage components comprise a water inlet (71), a water outlet (72) and a rotary joint (73), wherein rotary joint (73) includes a water outlet joint (732) and a water inlet joint (731); said water outlet joint (732) is vertically fixed on the one side of outlet end located on the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1); said water inlet joint (731) , which is connected with the water outlet joint (732) and the water inlet (71), rotates around the water outlet joint (732); said water outlet (72), which is connected with the water outlet joint (732), leads to the outside of the filling plug adding machine (3).
8. A rubber plug transporting system used between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a filling plug adding machine according to claim 7, characterized in that said water outlet (72) is connected with a trap (74).
9. A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line comprises a rubber plug cleaning machine (2) and a filling plug adding machine (3), characterized in that said rubber plug transporting system, according to any claims of above, is located between said rubber plug cleaning machine (2) and said filling plug adding machine (3).
10. A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line according to claim 9, characterized in that said filling plug adding machine (3) is located on the first floor (9) of the workshop, wherein rubber plug cleaning machine (2) is located on the second floor (10) of the workshop; said second floor (10) is located above said first floor (9).
11. A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line according to claim 10, the angle between the connection line of said plug outlet (21) and said plug tapping station (31) with the horizontal, is an acute angle.
