wherein R1 is an organic group, at least one of R1 is an (R33SiO-) group, R3 is optionally selected from a hydroxy group, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an alicyclic alkyl group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an aromatic group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, a group having a ■siloxane bond, or a group having a metalloxane bond, R is optionally selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or a group having a metalloxane bond, when plural R1, R2, and R3 exist, they may be the same or different, M represents a metal atom selected from the group consisting of-Al, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, In,"Sn, Sb, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au, Tl, and Bi, m is an integer indicating a valence of a metal atom M, and a is an integer of 1 to (m - 2).
