Polyurethane Dispersion, Gas Barrier Coating Material, And Laminate

Abstract: The polyurethane dispersion is an aqueous dispersion of a polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin is a reaction product of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer and a chain extender. The isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer includes a polyisocyanate component including xylylene diisocyanate and a reaction product of a C2-6 short-chain diol and an active hydrogen group-containing component including an active hydrogen group-containing compound containing a hydrophilic group. The chain extender includes ethylene diamine. The proportion of ethylene diamine relative to the total amount of chain extender is 25 mol% or more.
