Abstract: ABSTRACT PORTABLE AND ROTATABLE WORKSTATION APPARATUS A portable and rotatable workstation apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a vertical central rod, a first clamp attached to vertical central rod, a second clamp be-low the first clamp, a tray console, a first circular disc and a second circular disc, a plurality of rods positioned between the first and second circular discs, a base ring structure, a first set of castors attached to the second circular disc, and a second set of castors attached to the base ring structure. The first clamp is configured to hold a computer screen. The second clamp holds the tray console that holds computer pe-ripheral devices. The tray console and the first clamp are movable up and down along the vertical central rod to be positioned at various heights. The tray console, and the computer screen are rotatable about the vertical central rod with 360 degrees of rotation. A) CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[0001] This application claims priority to Indian provisional patent application no. 202041038798 filed on 8 September, 2020, the complete disclosure of which, in its entirely, is herein incorporated by reference.

B) TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The embodiments herein generally relate to computer workstations, and more particularly, to a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.

C) BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Pursuant to an exemplary scenario, a conventional mobile workstation is a workstation with mobility enabled by means of wheels or castors and typi-cally includes a unit for holding a computer and related peripheral devices with adjustable positioning, such as for instance, an adjustable height or orien-tation. The conventional mobile workstations are typically used in medical fa-cilities, to compile and review patient data throughout a designated floor or unit. However, most of the conventional mobile workstations do not provide sufficient stability and control for positioning various peripherals in positions that facilitate convenient usability by users. Also, conventional mobile work-stations are typically bulky and heavy and are not easily adjustable to various positions required by the user and cannot be easily moved from one work space (or room) to another.
[0004] Therefore, to overcome the existing problems and challenges, there remains a need for a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0005] The abovementioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein, which will be understood by reading and studying the fol-lowing specification.

D) OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The prime object of the present invention is to provide a portable and rotatable workstation enabled with an adjustable orientation via a 360 degrees rotatory adjustment and adjustable height.
[0007] Another prime object of the present invention is to provide a portable workstation enabled with an adjustable orientation via a 360 degrees rotatory adjustment and adjustable height with an attached side rack assembly.
[0008] Another prime object of the present invention is to provide a portable workstation enabled with an adjustable orientation via a 360 degrees rotatory adjustment and adjustable height with a side rack assembly and a chair at-tached to the side rack assembly.

Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embod-iments herein without departing from the spirit thereof, and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.
[0011] The various embodiments herein provide a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0012] According to an aspect of the present invention, the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus disclosed herein includes a vertical central rod, a workstation holding unit, and a workstation rotation unit. In an embodiment, the vertical central rod provides stability to the portable and rotatable work-station apparatus. The workstation holding unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for holding the workstation. The workstation rotation unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod. Characterized in that, the workstation rotation unit includes at least a pair of circular discs, a plurality of rods positioned between the pair of circular discs to form a cylin-drical structure, and a base ring structure attached to the vertical central rod. The pair of circular discs includes a first circular disc and a second circular disc positioned parallel to one another. The second circular disc includes a first set of castors for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotat-able workstation apparatus. The base ring structure includes a second set of castors attached to the base ring structure for enabling portability of the porta-ble and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0013] In an embodiment, the workstation holding unit incudes a first clamp, a second clamp, and a tray console. The first clamp is detachably attached to the vertical central rod and configured to hold a computer screen. The second clamp is detachably attached to the vertical central rod below the first clamp and configured to hold a tray console. The tray console is detachably attached to the second clamp and is configured to hold at least one of: one or more computer peripheral devices and one or more portable computing devices. In an embodiment, the second clamp includes a fixing means to fix position of the tray console at a desired height, such that the tray console and the first clamp are movable vertically along the vertical central rod to be positioned at a plurality of heights.
[0014] In an embodiment, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus includes a side rack assembly detachably attached to the vertical central rod through a connecting rod structure, the side rack assembly comprising one or more shelves to hold one or more objects associated with use of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0015] In an embodiment, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus includes a third set of castors for facilitating movement of the side rack assem-bly relative to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0016] In an embodiment, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus includes a chair detachably attached to the side rack assembly through a con-necting rod, wherein the chair comprises a fourth set of castors for enabling movement of the chair relative to the portable and rotatable workstation appa-ratus while being used by a user and wherein the chair, the side rack assembly and the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus are portable as a single unit from one indoor location to another indoor location, and wherein the side rack assembly and the chair are rotatable about the vertical central rod.
[0017] According another aspect of the invention, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus disclosed herein includes a vertical central rod, a work-station holding unit, a workstation rotation unit and a side rack assembly. In an embodiment, the vertical central rod provides stability to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus. The workstation holding unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for holding the workstation. The work-station rotation unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for facili-tating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod. In an embodiment, the workstation rotation unit includes at least pair of circu-lar discs, a plurality of rods positioned between the pair of circular discs to form a cylindrical structure, and a base ring structure attached to the vertical central rod. The pair of circular discs includes a first circular disc and a sec-ond circular disc positioned parallel to one another, wherein the second circu-lar disc includes a first set of castors for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotatable workstation apparatus. The base ring structure includes a second set of castors attached to the base ring structure for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus. The side rack assembly is detachably attached to the vertical central rod through a connecting rod struc-ture, to hold one or more objects associated with use of the portable and rotat-able workstation apparatus.
[0018] According yet another aspect of the invention, the portable and rotat-able workstation apparatus disclosed herein includes a vertical central rod, a workstation holding unit, a workstation rotation unit, a side rack assembly, and a chair. In an embodiment, the vertical central rod provides stability to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus. The workstation holding unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for holding the workstation. The workstation rotation unit is detachably attached to the vertical central rod for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical cen-tral rod. In an embodiment, the workstation rotation unit includes at least pair of circular discs, a plurality of rods positioned between the pair of circular discs to form a cylindrical structure, and a base ring structure attached to the vertical central rod. The pair of circular discs includes a first circular disc and a second circular disc positioned parallel to one another, wherein the second circular disc includes a first set of castors for facilitating the 360 degrees rota-tion of the portable rotatable workstation apparatus. The base ring structure in-cludes a second set of castors attached to the base ring structure for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus. The side rack assembly is detachably attached to the vertical central rod through a connect-ing rod structure, to hold one or more objects associated with use of the porta-ble and rotatable workstation apparatus. The chair is detachably attached to the side rack assembly through a connecting rod, wherein the chair comprises a fourth set of castors for enabling movement of the chair relative to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus while being used by a user and wherein the chair, the side rack assembly, and the portable and rotatable workstation appa-ratus are portable as a single unit from one indoor location to another indoor location, and wherein the side rack assembly and the chair are rotatable about the vertical central rod.

G) DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0020] The embodiments herein and the various features and advantageous details thereof are explained more fully with reference to the non-limiting em-bodiments that are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and detailed in the following description. Descriptions of well-known components and pro-cessing techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the embodi-ments herein. The examples used herein are intended merely to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein. Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein.
[0021] Various embodiments disclosed herein provide a portable and rotata-ble workstation apparatus. In another embodiment, the present disclosure also provides a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus with a side rack as-sembly. In yet another embodiment, the present technology provides a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus with a side rack assembly and a chair, de-tachably attached to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus.
[0022] FIG. 1A depicts a right perspective view of a portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100, in accordance with an embodiment. As illustrated in FIG. 1A, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 includes a vertical central rod 102, a workstation holding unit 103 detachably attached to the vertical central rod 102 for holding a workstation, a workstation rotation unit 105 detachably attached to the vertical central rod 102 for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod 102. In an embodiment, the workstation holding unit 103 includes a first clamp 104 detachably attached to the vertical central rod 102, a second clamp 106 de-tachably attached to the vertical central rod 102 below the first clamp 104, and a tray console 110. In an embodiment, the workstation rotation unit 105 in-cludes at least a pair of circular discs, such as a first circular disc 112 and a second circular disc 114 positioned parallel to one another, a plurality of rods 116A-N (where N is a whole number), positioned between the first and second circular discs 112 and 114, a base ring structure 115. The second circular disc 114 includes a first set of castors 120 attached to therein for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotatable workstation apparatus 100. The base ring structure 115 includes a second set of castors 121 attached therein for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100.
[0023] The first clamp 104 is configured to hold a computer screen 118. The second clamp 106 is configured to hold the tray console 110 detachably at-tached to the vertical central rod 102. In an exemplary scenario, the tray con-sole 110 is configured to hold computer peripheral devices such as, for exam-ple, a keyboard 124 and a mouse 126. In another exemplary scenario, the tray console 110 is configured to hold a portable computing device, such as for ex-ample, a laptop, a tablet, and the like. The tray console 110 and the first clamp 104 are movable up and down along the vertical central rod 102 to be posi-tioned at various heights as per need of usage. In an embodiment, the first clamp 104 and /or the second clamp 106 includes a fixing means to fix the po-sition of the tray console 110 at a desired height. The fixing means can be loosened from the vertical central rod 102 to be move the first clamp 104 and/or the second clamp 106 up or down along the vertical central rod 102 to be positioned at various heights as per the need of usage. For instance, the user can position the computer screen 118 at a desired height by adjusting the posi-tion of the first clamp 104, to comfortably view the computer screen 118 and can also suitably adjust the location of the second clamp 106 along the vertical central rod 102 to suitably position of the tray console 110 at a desired height that could hold a keyboard at a comfortable position for the user, thereby ob-taining an ergonomically advantageous work environment. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 is usable in sitting and standing positions by adjusting the position of at least one of the first clamp 104 and the second clamp 106.
[0024] The plurality of rods 116A-N are attached to the first circular disc 112 and the second circular disc 114 so as to form a cylindrical structure 122 to provide stability to the portable and rotatable apparatus 100. The space be-tween the plurality of rods 116A-N can be used to hold various peripheral de-vices, such as a central processing unit (CPU) 128, as depicted in FIG. 1A. In an embodiment, at least one of the vertical central rod 102 and the plurality of rods 116A-N are made of, for example, steel, stainless steel and similar mate-rials. In an embodiment, at least one of the first circular disc 112 and the sec-ond circular disc 114 are made of, for example, a fiber material or a wooden material. The cylindrical structure 122, the first clamp 104 and the second clamp 106, are attached to the vertical central rod 102, such that a 360-degree rotation of the cylindrical structure 122 in turn causes a 360-degree rotation of the tray console 110, and the computer screen 118, about the vertical central rod 102.
[0025] The 360 degrees of rotation facilitates a convenient usability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 by a user and also provides an ergonomically advantageous work environment for the user. The first set of castors 120 attached to the second circular disc 114 facilitates the 360 degrees rotation of the cylindrical structure, the tray console 110, and the computer screen 118. The second set of castors 121 attached to the base ring structure 115 enables portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 within a room (indoor space) or from one room to the other.
[0026] FIG. 1B depicts a left perspective view of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 of FIG. 1A, in accordance with an embodiment. As depicted in FIG. 1B, a chair 129 may be used along with the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus 100 by a user to use the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 in a sitting position.

The position of the tray console 110 and the first clamp 104 is suita-bly adjusted by the user 130 to position the keyboard 124, the mouse 126 and the computer screen 118 as per convenience of the user 130 in standing posi-tion.

As de-picted in FIG. 2A, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 200 in-cludes all the parts of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 100 of FIG. 1A and additionally includes a side rack assembly 202. The side rack as-sembly 202 includes one or more shelves 204A-C to hold one or more objects (such as for example, computer peripherals, a laptop (such as, laptop 206), a tablet, or any other object of interest to the user while using the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 200. For instance, in an exemplary scenario, a user may need to use both the laptop and the desktop simultaneously, the port-able and rotatable workstation apparatus 200 enables the user to place the lap-top (such as, laptop 206) on the side rack assembly 202 and also simultaneous-ly use the desktop set up using the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 200. The side rack assembly 202 is detachably attached to the vertical central rod 102 through a connecting rod structure 208. In an embodiment, the side rack assembly 202 and the connecting rod structure 208 are made of for exam-ple, steel, stainless steel and similar materials.
[0029] The side rack assembly 202 includes a third set of castors 210A-N, that facilitate movement of the side rack assembly 202 while being coupled to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 200. The side rack assembly 202 is rotatable along with the cylindrical structure 122, the tray console 110, and the computer screen 118 in 360 degrees of rotation about the vertical cen-tral rod 102.

[0031] FIG. 2B depicts a right perspective view of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 200, in accordance with another embodiment of the pre-sent disclosure. As depicted in the right perspective view, the side rack as-sembly 202 includes one or more shelves 204A-C and the third set of castors 210 A-N. The third set of castors 210 facilitates rotation and portability of the side rack assembly 202 along with the portable and rotatable workstation appa-ratus 200. The one or more shelves 204A-C can be used to house one or more peripheral devices or other objects to be used along with the workstation by the user.
[0032] FIGS. 2C-2E depict exploded views of various components of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus, in accordance with an embodi-ment. More particularly, FIG. 2C depicts an exploded view of the first clamp 104, in accordance with an embodiment. As depicted in the exploded view, the first clamp 104 includes a cross component 214, a pipe clamp 216, a flat profile 218, a round bush 220, a first square profile 222, a second square pro-file 224, and a grip nut 226. The first clamp 104 is detachably attached to a pipe 228 of the vertical central rod 102. The cross component 214 holds the computer screen 118 affixed to the first clamp 104 and the grip nut 226 holds the first clamp tightly fastened to the vertical central rod 102. The pipe clamp 216 is used for edge gluing the round bush 220 of the first clamp 104 to the vertical central rod 102. The pipe 228 constitutes an upper portion of the verti-cal central rod 102.
[0033] FIG. 2D depicts an exploded view of the second clamp 106, in ac-cordance with an embodiment. The exploded view of FIG. 2D also depicts a pipe clamp 230 and a screw 232. The pipe clamp 230 secures the pipe 228 to a lower portion 234 of the vertical central rod 102 tightly together to prevent movement or separation through the application of inward pressure. The sec-ond clamp 106 includes a screw DIN 236, a pair of flat profiles 238a and 238b, a pair of u profiles 240a and 240b, a pair of cross components 242a and 242b, a pair of round bushes 244a and 244b, a pair of tape polyamides 246a and 246b, a pair of square profiles 248a and 248b, a console 250, a cap 252, a square pro-file 254, a grip nut 256, and a flat steel 258. The pair of cross components 242a and 242b are designed to hold the tray console 110 in a horizontal plane and the pair of u profiles 240a and 240b are used to secure the tray console 110 tightly to the pair of cross components 242a and 242b. The screw DIN 236 can be tightened to hold the second clamp 106 detachably attached to the vertical central rod 102 or loosened to move the second clamp 106 up or down along the vertical central rod 102 to be affixed at a desired height for the conven-ience of the user. The pair of square profiles 248a and 248b are partially slida-ble into the pair of flat profiles 238a and 238b respectively and mounted there-in.

The chair 302 includes a fourth set of castors 306A-N that enable movement of the chair 302 to adjust position of a user sitting on the chair 302 with respect to the cylindrical structure 122. The chair 302 and the side rack assembly 202 are rotatable with 360 degrees of rotation about the vertical central rod 102 to enable portability and efficient usage of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 300 of FIG. 3A.

Working and connections of the above listed parts of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 300 of FIGS. 3A-3B is same that has been de-scribed in detail, for example, along with the portable and rotatable work-station apparatus 100 of in FIG. 1A and hence omitted here for the sake of brevity.

As depict-ed in the bottom perspective view, the first clamp 104 and the second clamp 106 are held secured to the vertical central rod 102 by means of a first bolt 308 and a second bolt 310 respectively. In an embodiment the first bolt 308 and the second bolt 310 includes a threaded bolt and a nut assembly. The first bolt 308 and the second bolt 310 are adapted for sequentially passing through the holes in the first clamp 104 and the second clamp 106 respectively while matching with the inner threads configured at the inner walls thereof, and then passing through the holes in the vertical central rod 102, and finally being locked with the threaded nuts of the first bolt 308 and the second bolt 310 respectively. Al-so as depicted in FIG. 3C, the connecting rod structure 208 includes a plurality of connecting latches 312A-D to detachably attach the side rack assembly 202 to the portable rotatable workstation assembly 300.
[0038] FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary scenario of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 300 of FIGS 3A-3C being used in standing and sitting positions by a first user 402 and a second user 404, respectively, in accordance with an embodiment. As depicted in FIG. 4, the portable and rotatable work-station apparatus 300 of FIGS. 3A-3B can be used in standing and sitting posi-tions by positioning the first clamp 104 and the second clamp 106 at suitable heights. For instance, in an exemplary scenario, the second user 404 may need to use both the laptop 206 and a desktop simultaneously, the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus 300 enables the second user 402 to place the lap-top (such as, laptop 206) on the side rack assembly 202 and also simultaneous-ly use the desktop set up using the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 300. In another exemplary scenario, the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus 300 is used in a standing position by the first user 402 by rotating the tray console 110 and the computer screen 118 to a suitable position about the vertical central rod 102, as depicted in FIG. 4.

H) ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
[0039] The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus of the present tech-nology facilitates 360-degree rotational mobility that improves the efficiency of usage of the workstation apparatus. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus of the present technology also requires low (or zero) maintenance. Additionally, the apparatus of the present technology is of light weight com-pared to the conventional mobile workstations and is easily portable from one location to the other. Moreover, the apparatus of the present technology pro-vides greater stability (compared to conventional mobile workstations) when coupled with a chair without limiting the functionalities. The portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus enables usage in standing and sitting positions via height adjustment. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus of the present technology can be used in office buildings or home work spaces with limited space.

1. A portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) comprising:
a vertical central rod (102) for providing stability to the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus;
a workstation holding unit (103) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for holding the workstation; and
a workstation rotation unit (105) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod (102), characterized in that said workstation rotation unit (105) comprising:
at least pair of circular discs (112,114) comprising a first circular disc (112) and a second circular disc (114) positioned parallel to one an-other, wherein said second circular disc (114) comprises a first set of cas-tors (120) for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotata-ble workstation apparatus (100);
a plurality of rods (116A-N) positioned between said pair of circu-lar discs (112,114) to form a cylindrical structure (122); and
a base ring structure (115) attached to said vertical central rod (102) comprising a second set of castors (121) attached to said base ring structure (115) for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100).

2. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the workstation holding unit (103) comprises:
a first clamp (104) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) and configured to hold a computer screen (118);
a second clamp (106) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) below the first clamp (104) and configured to hold a tray console (110); and
said tray console (110) detachably attached to said second clamp (106) and configured to hold at least one of: one or more computer peripheral devic-es and one or more portable computing devices.

The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 2, wherein said second clamp (106) comprises a fixing means to fix posi-tion of the tray console (110) at a desired height, wherein said tray console (110) and the first clamp (104) are movable vertically along the vertical cen-tral rod (102) to be positioned at a plurality of heights.

The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 2, comprising a side rack assembly (202) detachably attached to the ver-tical central rod (102) through a connecting rod structure (208), the side rack assembly (202) comprising one or more shelves (204A-C) to hold one or more objects associated with use of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100).

5. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the side rack assembly (202) comprises a third set of castors (210A-N) for facilitating movement of the side rack assembly (202) relative to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100).

The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 4, comprising a chair (302) detachably attached to the side rack assem-bly (202) through a connecting rod (304), wherein the chair (302) comprises a fourth set of castors (304A-N) for enabling movement of the chair (302) rela-tive to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) while being used by a user and wherein the chair (302), the side rack assembly (202) and the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) are portable as a single unit from one indoor location to another indoor location, and wherein the side rack assembly (202) and the chair (302) are rotatable about the vertical central rod (102).

7. A portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) comprising:
a vertical central rod (102) for providing stability to the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus (100);
a workstation holding unit (103) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for holding the workstation; and
a workstation rotation unit (105) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod (102), characterized in that said workstation rotation unit (105) comprising:
at least pair of circular discs (112,114) comprising a first circular disc (112) and a second circular disc (114) positioned parallel to one an-other, wherein said second circular disc comprises a first set of castors (120) for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotatable workstation apparatus (100);
a plurality of rods (116A-N) positioned between said pair of circu-lar discs (112,114) to form a cylindrical structure (122);
a base ring structure (115) attached to said vertical central rod (102) comprising a second set of castors (121) attached to said base ring structure (115) for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100); and
a side rack assembly (202) detachably attached to the vertical cen-tral rod (102) through a connecting rod structure (208), to hold one or more objects associated with use of the portable and rotatable work-station apparatus (100).

8. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 7, wherein the workstation holding unit (103) comprises:
a first clamp (104) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) and configured to hold a computer screen (118);
a second clamp (106) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) below the first clamp (104) and configured to hold a tray console (110); and
said tray console (110) detachably attached to said second clamp (106) and configured to hold at least one of: one or more computer peripheral devic-es and one or more portable computing devices.

9. A portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) comprising:
a vertical central rod (102) for providing stability to the portable and ro-tatable workstation apparatus (100);
a workstation holding unit (103) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for holding the workstation; and
a workstation rotation unit (105) detachably attached to said vertical cen-tral rod (102) for facilitating a 360 degrees rotation of the workstation about the vertical central rod (102), characterized in that said workstation rotation unit comprising:
at least pair of circular discs (112, 114) comprising a first circular disc (112) and a second circular disc (114) positioned parallel to one an-other, wherein said second circular disc (114) comprises a first set of cas-tors (120) for facilitating the 360 degrees rotation of the portable rotata-ble workstation apparatus (100);
a plurality of rods (116A-N) positioned between said pair of circu-lar discs (112, 114) to form a cylindrical structure (122);
a base ring structure (115) attached to said vertical central rod (102) comprising a second set of castors (121) attached to said base ring structure (115) for enabling portability of the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100);
a side rack assembly (202) detachably attached to the vertical cen-tral rod (102) through a connecting rod structure (208) to hold one or more objects associated with use of the portable and rotatable work-station apparatus (100); and
a chair (302) detachably attached to the side rack assembly (202) through a connecting rod (304), wherein the chair (302) comprises a fourth set of castors (306A-N) for enabling movement of the chair (302) relative to the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) while being used by a user and wherein the chair (302), the side rack assembly (202), and the portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) are portable as a single unit from one indoor location to another indoor loca-tion, and wherein the side rack assembly (202) and the chair (302) are ro-tatable about the vertical central rod (102).

10. The portable and rotatable workstation apparatus (100) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the workstation holding unit (103) comprises:
a first clamp (104) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) and configured to hold a computer screen (118);
a second clamp (106) detachably attached to the vertical central rod (102) below the first clamp (104) and configured to hold a tray console (110); and
said tray console (110) detachably attached to said second clamp (106) and configured to hold at least one of: one or more computer peripheral devic-es (124) and one or more portable computing devices.
