The following specification describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable pump to produce alkaline water from as and when required with option of getting only purified water. The present invention also relates to a portable pump to produce alkaline water from the purified water irrespective of the storage container.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
pH of Blood plasma & other fluids that surround the cell have pH of 7.2 to 7.3. Substances which stabilize pH are called buffers, they bond and remove ions whenever their concentration begins to rise so they minimize the pH fluctuation. But due to bad diet, pollution, stress, metabolism pH of body fluids, acidosis causes cells damage and cause a lot of diseases. All waste products in the body are acidic, that is why urine is acidic and skin surface is acidic, waste products become solid wastes such as Cholesterol, Fatty Acids, Uric Acids, Kidney Stones, Urates and Phosphates, Sulphates etc, which gets accumulated and build up within our body resulting in the aging Process.
Nowadays Humans produce too much acidic wastes due to Stress, Food, environmental pollution. Oxygen is essential for survival but when too much is absorbed into the body, it is converted to "active oxygen" which is hungry for electrons so it takes electrons from the living cells membranes damaging the cells and causing diseases. 2% of oxygen we breath / day is converted to active oxygen. Food and pollutants are converted inside the body to harmful compounds which damage vital organs.
Alkaline water and it's benefits is one of the newer trends to have made its way into the already overcrowded wellness and healthy eating world. Drinking Alkaline water, it is said, offers more health benefits than one. It helps slow down the ageing process, regulate pH levels of the body and prevent various chronic diseases. Alkaline water refers to neutralising acid levels in the body, which normal water cannot do.
Alkaline water electrolysis has a long history in the chemical industry. It is a type of electrolyzer that is characterized by having two electrodes operating in a liquid alkaline electrolyte solution of potassium hydroxide (KOH) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH). These electrodes are separated by a diaphragm, separating the product gases and transporting the hydroxide ions (OH-) from one electrode to the other. A recent comparison showed that state-of-the-art nickel based water electrolyzers with alkaline electrolytes lead to competitive or even better efficiencies than acidic polymer electrolyte membrane water electrolysis with platinum group metal based electrocatalysts.
Electrolysis requires minerals to be present in solution. Tap, well, and ground water contains various minerals, some of which are alkaline while others are acidic. Water above a pH of 7.0 is considered alkaline; below 7.0 it is acidic. Electrolysis can occur only if the water is acidic or alkaline. The requirement is that there must be ions in the water to conduct electricity for the water electrolysis process to occur.
Alkaline water supposed to present below advantages;
Alkaline water has ultra-hydrating properties as compared to normal water. This can be a beneficial drink for people who work out on a daily basis and require more amount of water in their body. Scientifically speaking, the water molecules in alkaline water are smaller and more readily absorbed by your cells, which help your body re-hydrate quickly.
Alkaline water benefits also include boosting immunity. Your immune system may help neutralise the acidity in your body, which is caused by poor diet, stress and environmental toxins.
Alkaline water is said to have various minerals like magnesium and calcium, both of which are important for maintaining healthy bones.
Alkaline water has many potent antioxidants that help prevent the growth of cell damaging free radicals in the body, which can further rush up the ageing process.
One of the most important benefits of alkaline water is that it neutralises the acidity in our body by lowering excessive acidic content in the stomach and gastro-intestinal tract.
After so many scientific discussion and so called advantages of alkaline water now there are many equipment available in market to produce or generate alkaline water like KANGENTM water ionizer, water ionizer Pitcher, Ionizer Jug, Ionizer bottle etc.
There are many works has been done in this area since many years.
JP2003024956A discloses n ionic water generator A1, which is the water modifying device, is formed in a rod shape and in a size to be housed in a usual PET bottle. The generator A1 has a cylindrical generator body 11 in which magnesium powder is housed. Lids 12 and 12 are fitted somewhat tightly in longitudinal both end sides of the generator body 11. Water passage holes 111 and 121 for making the magnesium powder contact water in the PET bottle and nets 12 and 14 for preventing the magnesium powder from leaking outside from the holes 111 and 121 are provided at necessary positions of the circumferential surface part of the generator body 11 and the lids 12 and 12.
JPH0671260A describes an electrolytic cell 1 which is partitioned to an anode room 5 and a cathode room 6 with a membrane 4 and is impressed electric voltages on an anode 2 and a cathode 3 which are arranged in the respective rooms, the alkali ionized water generator has a structure in which the cathode room 5 can store water.
JP2006087987A discloses a electrolyte water generator the having, electrolyzer 1 where a plurality of electrolytic cells 11 to 15 are formed by a plurality of electrode plates 21 to 25 and membranes 3, a rectification body 10 is arranged inside a water passage 71 of an electrolytic solution introduction port 81 in the electrolyzer 1, and the electrolytic solution fed to the water passage 71 strikes against the rectification body 10, thus turbulence is produced in the flow of the electrolytic solution, and a uniform liquid flow flows inside the electrolytic cell 11 through an electrolytic cell inlet 31. The rectification body is composed of: a bottomed cylindrical rectification substance a1 opened to the side of the electrolytic solution introduction port 81, and a liquid flow guide plate a2 elongating from the tip thereof to the side of the electrolytic cell inlet 31.
US20100108583A1 describes an installation kit for an alkaline water ionizer unit or reverse osmosis unit may comprise a valve having two separate flow paths. The first flow path provides tap water to the alkaline water ionizer unit or the reverse osmosis unit. The second flow path connects to a “by-product” water outlet of the alkaline water ionizer unit or the reverse osmosis unit. The “by-product” water may be drained to the kitchen sink or stored in a storage tank for later use.
KR200421511Y1 relates to an alkaline water generators to change the purified water into alkaline water, after the configuration of the conventional water purifier by the ceramic filter 30, the primary filtration process, the second filtration through a functional filter (50) for generating a lower water storage tank in which water is stored ( 40).
JP2005152847A discloses the apparatus which is equipped with the water circuit at least having a filter cartridge 4 and the electrolytic cell 5, and the electric circuit 6 at least having a power supply part and a control part. These are housed inside a casing 2 of the electrolytic water manufacturing apparatus 1. The electric circuit 6 is isolated from the water circuit with partition walls 25, 27, and the electric circuit 6 is electrically connected to the electrolytic cell 5 of the water circuit. Furthermore, the cartridge 4 of the water circuit is isolated from the electrolytic cell 5 with partition walls 26, 28, and they are mutually connected to a water tube. The cartridge 4, the electrolytic cell 5, and the electrolytic circuit 6 are arranged along the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall of the casing 2.
However whatever means available today to produce alkaline water have one or another disadvantages to deal with. As for example, the KANGENTM equipment is very costly and its maintenance is costly, at least for a common man of any developing or under developed countries and a normal person cannot afford such equipment. Further to generate alkaline water through this equipment, source water should be purified water and that source water to be introduced in this equipment at certain pressure to activate system of this equipment which is another drawback of such equipment.
Secondly other products like pitcher, filler or jug or bottle equipped with alkaline cartridge inside them are not viable for daily use because the water once come in contact with alkaline cartridge, it will convert purified water to alkaline water but that water needs to be consumed in a very short time otherwise its alkalinity will get reduced by time. This is not practical in daily use.
So still there is a need in the society to have a means or system which can produce alkaline water without much complex equipment or process and can be generated as and when required and at the same time also should be economic and cost effective for a normal person.
Inventors of the present invention have surprisingly developed an portable pump which can be attached to any purified water container to produce alkaline water as and when required which is as described herein.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The following summary is provided to facilitate a clear understanding of the new features in the disclosed embodiment and it is not intended to be a full, detailed description.
The aforementioned aspects along with the objectives and the advantages can be achieved as described herein.
The present invention is all about portable pump to produce alkaline water.
The main aspect of present invention is to provide the portable pump to produce alkaline water comprising a pump (4) with a inlet and outlet of water; a motor (3) with rechargeable battery (8) and charging pin socket (2) and a switch (1) with PCB panel; Cartridge filled with mineral balls and O-ring (5); Bottom thread Cap (6), Non return Cap (7), Silicon inlet tube (9).
The portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention can be modified as per the purified water storage container such as but not limited to a water pot, water jug of any size, water tank or any other storage device.
The portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention can be adjusted with any purified water storage container which have regular water outlet for normal purified water and provide choice for purified water or alkaline water to consumer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The principles of operation, design configurations and evaluation values in these non-limiting examples can be varied and are merely cited to illustrate at least one embodiment of the invention, without limiting the scope thereof.
The embodiments will be described in detail with corresponding marked references to the drawings, in which the illustrative components of the invention are outlined. The embodiments disclosed herein can be expressed in different forms and should not be considered as limited to the listed embodiments in the disclosed invention. The various embodiments outlined in the subsequent sections are construed such that it provides a complete and a thorough understanding of the disclosed invention, by clearly describing the scope of the invention, for those skilled in the art.
The present invention provides a portable pump to produce alkaline water when required. The present invention also relates to a portable pump to produce alkaline water from the purified water irrespective of the storage container.
The present invention tried to solve the problem with currently available equipment and instruments for generating or producing alkaline water.
AS used herein “live alkaline water” means that the pump can produce alkaline water whenever required and therefore no need to store because storage will reduce its efficacy or benefit of alkaline water on storage. The present invention is offering the solution of problems mention above thorough present invention.
Th main embodiment of the present invention is to provide a portable pump to produce alkaline water comprising a pump (4) with a inlet and outlet of water; a motor (3) with rechargeable battery (8) and charging pin socket (2) and a switch (1) with PCB panel; Cartridge filled with mineral balls and O-ring (5); Bottom thread Cap (6), Non return Cap (7), Silicon inlet tube (9), wherein, pump can produce live alkaline water.
As illustrated in Fig 1 and Fig 2, The portable pump to produce alkaline water comprising a pump (4) with a inlet and outlet of water; a motor (3) with rechargeable battery (8) and charging pin socket (2) and a switch (1) with PCB panel; Cartridge filled with mineral balls and O-ring (5); Bottom thread Cap (6), Non return Cap (7), Silicon inlet tube (9) wherein, pump can produce live alkaline water.
As per one embodiment the mineral balls present is made up of metal, ceramic or any inert materials and coated different materials like minerals, alkaline generating material..
As per one embodiment, the portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention comprises different type of mineral balls selected from ORP ceramic ball, alkaline ceramic ball, Pi mineral ceramic ball, antibacterial ceramic ball, active carbon ceramic ball and tourmaline ceramic ball.
As per one embodiment of present invention, the type and concertation of mineral balls can be varied according to requirement.
As per preferable embodiment of present invention, the size and diameter of each mineral balls is different and ranging from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
As per one embodiment, the present invention provides portable pump to produce alkaline water having specific mineral balls combination, in specific ratio of specific size to produce desired result.
As per one embodiment of present invention, the mineral balls are fitted in form of filter cartridge. Filter cartridge facilitate ease of changing it by consumer without technical assistance.
As per one embodiment, the portable pump of present invention can be modified as per the purified water storage container. Purified water storage container can be but not limited to a water pot, water jug of any size, water tank or any other storage device.
As illustrated in Fig 1, the portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention is connected to clay pot (11) using clay cover (12). Water inlet is provide by silicon tube (9).
As per one embodiment, the portable pump of present invention can be connected to water purification system such as RO system.
As illustrated in Fig 2, the portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention is connected to RO system (14) by connecting RO system water tap to three way connection and tube (16). The portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention can be fitted to wall using clamp (17) near to RO system.
As per one embodiment, the portable pump can be adjusted with any purified water storage container which have regular water outlet for normal purified water and after fixing portable pump of present invention, consumer can have choice to drink either purified water or alkaline water.
As per one embodiment, the portable pump to produce alkaline water is having a compartment like structure where in it is closed from top and bottom with stainer which allowed water to pass but do not allow to pass other particles or materials places inside system. As per one embodiment, the portable pump to produce alkaline water of present invention comprises solenoid valve (13). The valve (13) is non-return valve which facilitates continuous supply of alkaline water on demand without interruption.
As per one embodiment, The portable pump to produce alkaline water wherein pump (4) is operated by motor (3) with rechargeable battery (8). The battery (8) can be charged using charging pin socket (2).
The whole system work with the synchronization of each part of assembly. When the pump is fitted with any purified water container, the inlet tube will be immersed in the purified water container. When alkaline water is required, switch the “ON” button above pump which will take up water from purified water container, pass it through Cartridge and convert it in to alkaline water and will produce through outlet of the pump.
The portable pump to produce alkaline water as present with this invention will offer advantages mentioned below:
• Cost effective way to produce alkaline water
• No complex system or equipment
• Alkaline water is available when required
• Low maintenance cost
• Easy to handle and operate
• Can be fitted with any purified water storage container

As per one embodiment the present invention is providing solution at affordable price to consumer to get lie and fresh alkaline water as and when required with the option of getting regular drinking water also within the same system.
The portable pump of present invention is a solution for getting fresh and live alkaline water with the option of getting only purified water from water source like water jug or RO system. Consumer can take water from water container if want to drink only purified water and if want to drink alkaline water, can drink by pushing switch (1) to produce alkaline water.
The portable pump of present invention is a device which can be used universally with any type of water storage container and can be modified accordingly by doing modification in the inlet water pipe.

We claim;
1. A portable pump to produce alkaline water comprising a pump (4) with a inlet and outlet of water; a motor (3) with rechargeable battery (8) and charging pin socket (2) and a switch (1) with PCB panel; Cartridge filled with mineral balls and O-ring (5); Bottom thread Cap (6), Non return Cap (7), Silicon inlet tube (9), wherein, pump can produce live alkaline water as and when required.
2. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in claim 1, wherein mineral balls is made up of metal, ceramic or any inert materials and coated with materials like minerals, alkaline generating material.
3. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in preceding claims wherein mineral balls are selected from group consisting of ORP ceramic ball, alkaline ceramic ball, Pi mineral ceramic ball, antibacterial ceramic ball, active carbon ceramic ball, tourmaline ceramic ball and thereof.
4. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in preceding claims wherein mineral balls are in size ranging from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
5. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in preceding claims wherein the mineral balls are present in form of filter cartridge (5).
6. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in preceding claims, wherein portable pump is a close structure from top and bottom with stainer (10) which allowed water to pass but do not allow to pass other particles or materials places inside.
7. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the portable pump work with the synchronization of each element as follow:
(i) Fitting the pump with any purified water container, (ii) Immersing the inlet tube in the purified water container (iii) When alkaline water is required, Switching on the switch above pump which will take up water from purified water container, pass it through ion unit and convert it in to alkaline water and is delivered through outlet of the pump.
8. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the portable pump can be modified as per the purified water storage container such as but not limited to a water pot (11), water jug of any size, water tank or any other storage device.
9. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the portable pump can be connected directly to water purifier system such as RO water purifier (14).
10. The portable pump to produce alkaline water as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the portable pump can be adjusted with any purified water storage container which have regular water outlet for normal purified water and provide choice for purified water or alkaline water to consumer.
