Abstract: A position i n formation processing apparatus (10) comprising : a receiving device (32) that receives a signal including a satellite signal ; an accepting device (13) that repeatedly acquires sequential information including a plurality of recording target information changeable with time, including position information obtained using a signal received by the receiving device ; and a recording device that correlates and records the accepted sequential information with time information, wherein the accepting device (13) records information relating to the satellite signal used as a basis of an operation of the position informati on and provides the information for authentication processing, and the accepting device (13) detects a signal with a predetermined PRN-ID from the signals received by the receiving device , when a plurality of signals with the same PRN-ID are detected in a one-time detection performed by the accepting device ( 13), the accepting device (13) generates a reference signal on the basis of each of the plurality of signals, acquires and accepts two or more pieces of position information on the basis of the generated reference signal and the signal received by the receiving device, when a single signal with the same PRN-ID is detected in the one-time detection performed by the accepting device , the accepting device acquires position information, and when two or more pieces of the position information relating to mutually different positions are obtained, the recording device records the obtained position information indicating the mutually different positions .
