Position Sensor Locator For Pcb Assembly
Abstract: The present invention provides a new design for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) on stator core pack to avoid direct contact with electrical ground path. Referring to FIG. 1, it shows an in-wheel motor having a motor assembly in the wheel of a vehicle, comprising: a rotor; a stator; a cover surrounding the rotor and the stator, characterized in that, the rotor being coupled to the stator to rotate about an axis of rotation; the stator comprising a stator core assembly (2), a core, and plurality of core slots; a printed circuit assembly (1) having at least three or more hall sensors; atleast one position sensor locator (3) having a space for locating the said printed circuit assembly with hall sensors; wherein the position sensor locator having said printed circuit assembly is assembled in the said stator core slots.
