Abstract: The present invention relates to a positive electrode active material for an all-solid-state battery, the positive electrode active material comprising, as a core, lithium metal oxide of chemical formula 1, which has a high nickel content and contains cobalt at or below a certain ratio, and having a shell containing niobium and tungsten provided on the surface of the core. The present invention thus has the advantageous effects of improving mobility of lithium ions and reducing side reactions between the positive electrode active material and a solid electrolyte, thereby markedly enhancing the discharge performance of a battery.
