Abstract: Disclosed are a positive electrode and a secondary battery comprising same, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material layer, wherein the positive electrode active material layer includes a positive electrode active material and a conductive material, the positive electrode active material includes a first lithium composite transition metal oxide in the form of a single particle consisting of one primary particle or a quasi-single particle which is an aggregate of 10 or less primary particles, the conductive material includes few-walled carbon nanotubes and single-walled carbon nanotubes, and the number of walls of the few-walled carbon nanotubes is 2-7.
