Outline of the invention
[0004]
However, the working machine of Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
In a working machine such as a tractor, mud, pebbles, etc. may be rolled up by the tires during running. Therefore, mud, pebbles, etc. easily hit the inner surface of the fender frame on the tire side, and there is a risk of damage (breakage) of the harness.
[0005]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a working machine capable of protecting a harness arranged in the vicinity of a fender.
[0006]
The working machine according to the present disclosure includes a pair of fenders that cover wheels provided on one side and the other side of the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction, a lops arranged inside the fenders in the vehicle width direction, and a lops. A working machine having electrical components fixed to the fender, the lops and the fenders are arranged at intervals in the vehicle width direction, and the lops and the fenders in the vehicle width direction. A harness accommodating portion for accommodating a harness connected to the electrical component is provided between the two.
[0007]
A harness accommodating portion is provided between the side surface of the rops and the side surface of the fender in the vehicle width direction. The harness is placed between the side surface of the rops and the side surface of the fender, and mud and pebbles rolled up from the wheel side located inside the fender are hard to hit. Therefore, the harness arranged in the vicinity of the fender can be protected and damage to the harness can be suppressed. In addition, since the harness is arranged between the side surface of the rops and the side surface of the fender, the harness is inconspicuous from the outside of the vehicle body. It is possible to prevent the appearance of the work machine from being spoiled by the harness.
[0008]
According to a preferred embodiment, the harness accommodating portion may have a rops reinforcing member covering the side surface of the lops, and the harness accommodating portion may be a space between the rops reinforcing member and the fender.
[0009]
According to this aspect, since the rops reinforcing member is provided, deformation such as bending of the rops can be suppressed, and it is easy to secure the distance of the harness accommodating portion in the vehicle body width direction. Further, since the harness accommodating portion is a space between the rops reinforcing member and the fender, the vibration on the rops side and the vibration on the fender side are less likely to be transmitted to each other, and damage to the harness due to the vibration of the vehicle body can be suppressed.
[0010]
According to a preferred embodiment, the harness accommodating portion has a fixing member for fixing the harness to the rops, and an elastic member may be provided between the side surface of the rops and the fixing member. ..
[0011]
According to this aspect, the harness can be fixed to the side surface of the rops, and the vibration of the wheel and the fender can be made difficult to be transmitted to the harness. Further, since the elastic member is provided between the fixing member to which the harness is fixed and the rops, it is possible to suppress the vibration on the rops side from being transmitted to the harness by the elastic member. Therefore, damage to the harness due to vibration can be suppressed.

Next, the configuration of the harness accommodating portion 50 and the arrangement of the harness 70 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4. A harness 70 connected to the rear lamp 39 is arranged in the vicinity of the fender 7 as an electrical component fixed to the fender 7. One end of the harness 70 is connected to the rear lamp 39, and the other end of the harness 70 is connected to the control unit or the like via the main harness.
[0021]
The harness accommodating portion 50 is provided between the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 in the vehicle width direction and the inner surface 7E of the fender 7 in the vehicle width direction. The harness accommodating portion 50 may be sandwiched between the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 and the inner surface 7E of the fender 7, and even if the front surface and the rear surface thereof are covered with a plate-shaped member or the like, the harness accommodating portion 50 may be a closed space. Alternatively, the front surface and the rear surface thereof may be uncovered and may be an open space. The harness accommodating portion 50 of the present embodiment is a space sandwiched between the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 and the inner surface 7E of the fender 7, and the front and rear surfaces thereof are open.
[0022]
At least a part of the harness 70 is arranged in the harness accommodating portion 50. The harness 70 extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle along the outer surface 22E of the rops 22. The harness 70 is fixed to the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 by holding members 84 arranged at intervals in the vertical direction of the vehicle. The holding member 84 constitutes a fixing member 80, which will be described later.
[0023]
Since the harness 70 is located inside the inner side surface 7E of the fender 7 in the vehicle width direction, mud and pebbles rolled up from the wheel side are compared with the form in which the harness 70 is arranged on the tire side surface of the fender 7. Is hard to hit. Therefore, the harness 70 arranged in the vicinity of the fender 7 can be protected, and damage (disconnection) of the harness 70 can be suppressed.
[0024]
Since the harness 70 is arranged between the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 and the inner surface 7E of the fender 7, the harness 70 is inconspicuous from the outside of the tractor 100. It is possible to prevent the appearance of the tractor 100 from being spoiled by the harness 70. Further, since the front surface and the rear surface of the harness accommodating portion 50 are open, it is easy to install the harness in the harness accommodating portion 50, and it is possible to easily check the state of the harness and perform maintenance after the installation.
[0025]
The tractor 100 has a rops reinforcing member 23 that covers the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 in the vehicle width direction. By having the rops reinforcing member 23, deformation such as bending of the rops 22 is suppressed, and it is easy to secure a distance W50 (see FIG. 4) of the harness accommodating portion 50 in the vehicle body width direction. The rops reinforcing member 23 is arranged along the outer surface 22E of the rops 22. It is preferable that the rops reinforcing member overlaps with the fixing member described later in the side view, and suppresses the deformation of the rops in the fixed portion of the harness.
[0026]
In the form having the rops reinforcing member 23, the harness accommodating portion 50 is a space between the rops reinforcing member 23 and the inner side surface 7E of the fender 7. Since the harness accommodating portion 50 is a space between the rops reinforcing member and the fender, the vibration on the rops side and the vibration on the fender side are not easily transmitted to each other, and damage to the harness 70 due to the vibration of the vehicle body can be suppressed.
[0027]
The harness 70 is fixed to the rops 22 or the fender 7 via the fixing member 80. As shown in FIG. 4, the harness 70 of this embodiment is fixed to the rops 22. By fixing the harness 70 to the outer surface 22E of the rops 22, the vibrations of the rear wheels 6 and the fender 7 are less likely to be transmitted to the harness 70.
[0028]
The fixing member 80 includes a plate 81, a bolt 82, a nut 83 screwed into the bolt 82, and a holding member 84. A harness 70 is fixed to the plate 81 via a holding member 84. The plate 81 is fixed to the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 by screwing the bolt 82 and the nut 83. The plate 81 is arranged so as to face the outer surface 22E (ropes reinforcing member 23) of the rops 22. An elastic member 85 such as rubber is arranged between the plate 81 and the rops 22. The elastic member 85 can also suppress the vibration of the rops 22 from being transmitted to the harness 70, and can suppress the damage of the harness 70 due to the vibration.
[0029]
The fixing member 80 and the elastic member 85 are arranged between the outer surface 22E of the rops 22 and the inner surface 7E of the fender 7. When the lops 22 and the fender 7 are deformed so as to come close to each other due to the vibration of the lops 22 and the fender 7, the fixing member 80 and the elastic member 85 can secure the distance between the lops 22 and the fender 7. Therefore, the harness is less likely to be pinched by the rops 22 and the fender 7, and the harness can be prevented from being damaged.
[0030]
Although the present invention has been described in detail using the above-described embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented as modifications and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is determined by the description of the claims.
