Specification
a power supply unit comprising:
a transformer; and
a first rectifier; and
a second rectifier, wherein the first rectifier is coupled to the transformer, such that the first rectifier to provide a regulated power supply to a first power supply node and the second rectifier to provide an un-regulated power supply to a second power supply node; and a wireless interface for allowing the processor to communicate with another device.
17. The system of claim 16, wherein the processor includes one or more voltage regulators to receive the unregulated power supply and to generate regulated power supplies for various loads of the processor.
18. The system of claim 16, wherein the power supply unit comprises:
an energy transfer unit coupled to the first and second power supply nodes.
19. The system of claim 18, wherein the energy transfer unit is unidirectional and operable to transfer energy from the first power supply node to the second power supply node.
20. The system of claim 16 further comprises a cooling unit coupled to the first power supply node.
