PREAMBLE OF THE INVENTION
The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner
in which it is performed.
FIELD OF INVENTION:
This invention relates to a power tiller with adjustable handle, 360° nose wheel, easy ride on and off. Various applications in the field conditions require different type of handle positions of the power tiller to accomplish/carry out such various types of applications comfortably which reduce operator fatigue. Also the Power Tiller itself can be used as a versatile machine.
During uneven ground level or during bund crossing, the Power Tiller has to be handled properly. In such a situation, the Nose wheel act as a supportive member & Power tiller can be handled in proper manner.
As customer need a power tiller machine which will work in different type of field conditions & road conditions, easy ride on–easy ride off will enhance machine control as well improve productivity in field by covering optimum size of field.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART:
Power tillers are amongst important farm machinery. With power tiller famer can prepare the land & carryout different applications as per need. This is a light weight machine as compared to a conventional four wheeled tractor, hence more suitable for light load farming applications. Currently, power tillers are being used in dry & wet land farming. Typically in dry land the usage is concentrated around post seeding operations like de-weeding, earthing up & secondary tillage applications. In wet land farming the power tillers are primarily being used for preparation of puddle before rice transplantation. During usage in the field, the user/operator walks behind this machine. In some cases this is also used on roads for transporting goods from field where road is in uneven conditions & control the power tiller with less effort is essential.
Need for this innovation:
The power tillers are targeted to be used in different farm applications. The user who operates this machine has to adjust according to the working position of the machine. The conventional power tiller has a fixed position of working handle bars, during ground engaging operations such as dry land rotary tiller or wet land tillage applications the operator
has no option but to bend & operate the machine. Adjustable handle bar is a solution to reduce operator fatigue & can be used in multiple applications.
The power tiller moves through the field which has different terrain profiles. Especially, when it goes downhill or while crossing the bund, there is a weight shifting tendency towards front side of the axle. In this condition, controlling the machine is difficult. Nose wheel act as a support & machine control will be easy.
Easy ride on – easy ride off arrangement is required for covering all corners of the field during field preparation. Since the farm size is not uniform and for better productivity user is supposed to cultivate each and every corner of the farm if easy ride on – ride off seating arrangement is not available it is very difficult for user to cover each and every corner of the farm. Some of the conventional power tillers offer seating arrangements but those are not easy to ride on and ride off.
