Abstract: A pre-lithiation method for a lithium secondary battery anode, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: forming an anode current collector layer and an anode active material layer on one surface or both surfaces of the anode current collector layer; and transferring lithium metal onto the anode active material layer, wherein the step of transferring the lithium metal includes the steps of: preprocessing one surface of a base material layer into a pattern shape; sequentially stacking a release layer and the lithium metal on the preprocessed one surface of the base material layer so as to form a transfer stack; stacking the transfer stack onto the anode active material layer so that the surface opposite to the surface of the lithium metal in contact with the release layer is in contact with the surface opposite to the surface of the anode active material layer in contact with the anode current collector layer; and removing the base material layer, and the lithium metal has a width less than or equal to the width of the anode active material layer.
