Abstract: Nanoemulsions are the formulations of panicles in nanometer size. These nanoemulsions encapsulate the poor soluble particles and improves the solubility and bioavailability of the natural drugs. They are the safe and stable option to deliver dmgs in cancer therapy. Rapid and continual cell division by disease-causing cells that spread throughout the body is known as cancer. It is brought on by an abrupt mutation in a cell's gene, and if it is not correctly recognized, it can be fatal. Research against cancer cells has increased due to current advances in amicanccr investigations. through the creation ofa the nanocmulsion and an extract from Parmotrema perlatum. The characterization of the extract and none-emulsion against cancer cells is the subject ofthis thesis. These results aided in the treatment oflung or liver cancer. They work to stop and continually cause cell division. After gathering the sample and utilizing the solvent 10 create the extract from the powdered sample, after which the nano emulsion is Formulated. High Performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GCMS), antioxidant lest, cytotoxicity assay, anti-inflammatory assay, thin layer chromatography (TLC), antibacterial assay, antifungal assay, and phytochemical assay are then used to characterize the extract and emulsion. The assay findings were compared between the nano emulsion and the crude extract. Studying against a liver cancer cell line is the goal.

to propose a solution to the cancer, made formulations using the Parmotrema perlamm, a fungi
group that is commonly known in Tamil as Kalpasi. Most Indian spices can control tumor cells.
So by using it made a microemulsion and a nanoemulsion to cure the cancer.

2. According to claim I, the Parmotrema perlatum has made into powder and extract is
prepared using ethanol, then subjected to various assay and to leam its property.
3. The formulation of nano emulsion was prepared.
4. According to claim 3, the Parmotrema perlamm solvent is prepared and dried.
5. According to claims 4, then it is added to oil in water emulsion.
6. The prepared emulsion from claim 3 will be in uln‘asonication process for 30 mins.
7‘ The prepared nano-emulsion from claim 6, was then subjected to various assay and to
learn its property.
