Preparation Of Phosphorus Nanoparticles From Bacillus Subtilis To Evaluate Their Potential On Corn

Abstract: Nowadays the bringing up in the farming creations is expected to satisfy the need for developing populations. Other than macronutrients to guarantee efficiency as well as high horticultural quality. The action of these components is significantly impacted by tiny changes in natural factors like pH, mechanical arrangement and natural matter in the dirt. Hence, there should be one more approach to carry these components to the harvest successfully. This prompts innovative work of ‘another manure to actually give supplements more We studied on the preparation of composite Nano-phosphorous by using agricultural promising strains namely lactic acid solubilizing bacteria. The harvested material collected were taken in two flasks and inoculated with Bacillus subtilis in each flask respectively for the production of Nano-phosphorous based Gluconates and Nano phosphorous based Lactates. Also the HPLC results revealed the concentration of Gluconates and lactates. The AAS method helped to prove the presence of phosphorous. Moreover the filter paper assay revealed that the prepared Nano phosphorous based gluconates and Nano phosphorous based laclales have a good influence on the germination rate and growth of both corn seeds. Seed germination and growth of plants were found comparatively good in Nano-multi nutrient based gluconates than Nano-multi nutrient based lactates.

Specification

Field of invention
The invention relates to field of agriculture and particularly in Nanotechnology. It relates to
evaluation of their potential on seed germination with phosphorous and Nano—particle loaded with
promising stains such as Bacillus subtilis.
Methodology
l. Preparation of nutrient broth media for the growth of BuciIlus subtilis.
2. Take 3 grams of nutrient broth powder and add it to 300 ml of distilled water.
3. Pour the media into conical flask and Add 2 to 3 ml of Bacillus subtilis from mother culture
to prepare a subculture.
4. Keep the conical flask in the shaker in order to mix the contents
5. Incubate the media ["0124 hours.
6‘ Growth of Bacillus subtilis is seen over the media.
7. Prepare subculture from the mother culture.
8, Incubate the media for 24 hours to the bacterial culture to grow.
After confirming the growth of bacteria blotting of bacteria is done.
10‘ Filtering the bacterial media
11. Characterization through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Atomic
Absorption Spectroscopy and by Scanned Electron Microscope.
12‘ Infusing it into corn seeds and Vigna radium (green gram).
13. Monitoring the growth in the leaves, stem and in seeds.
Phosphorous nanoparticles:
Phosphorus-based nanomaterials have unique properties, including physical, chemical, optical,
and biological properties that make them particularly useful in biomedical applications. The
general properties of phosphorus-based nanomaterials._Phosphorus—based nanomaterials, mainly
biodegradable BP, phosphorus—containing dendrimers, and metal phosphate nanomaterials, could
be used in the regulation of bone tissue and disease treatment._phosphorus is an essential nutrient
required for plant growth. It helps in root development, plant maturation, and seed development.
Along with nitrogen and potassium, phosphorus is one of the most important elements for plant
life.
Lactobacillus subtilis:
Bacillus subtilis, known also as the hay bacillus or grass bacillus, is a Gram—positive, catalase positive
bacterium, found in soil and the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants, humans and marine
sponges. Bacillus subtilis benefits include improved digestive health and [88 symptoms, immune
system function, and lipid metabolism. The beneficial effects of soil-based probiotics are not
restricted to the digestive tract. Bacillus subtilis and other soil-based probiotics arc. safe. Bacillus
subtilis products can secrete active substances: activate plant defense systems, enhance crop
immunity and disease resistance, and reduce or eliminate the harm of pathogenic bacteria to plants.
Corn seeds:
Corn is a [all annual cereal grass (Zea mays) that is widely grown For its large elongated curs
of starchy seeds. The seeds, which are also known as corn, are used as food for humans and
livestock and as a source of biofuel and can be processed into a wide range of useful chemicals.
The seeds, which are also known as corn, are used as food for humans and livestock and us a source
of biofuel and can be processed into a wide range of useful chemicals. Corn is rich in vitamin C,
an antioxidant that helps protect your cells from damage and wards off diseases like cancer and
heart discuss. Yellow corn is a good source of the carotenoids lutcin and zcaxanthin, which are
good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads lo cataracts.
Green gram:
The green bean, alternatively known as mung bean, is a plant species in the legume Family. It is
an annual vine with yellow flowers and fuzzy brown pods. [l is short duration legume crop grown
mostly as a fallow crop in rotation with rice. Similar to the leguminous pulses, green gram,
enriches soil nitrogen content Mung beans are easy to digest, and, in Ayurveda, they are
considered to be Sattvic food, meaning, wholesome food‘Green gram dal bestowed with vast
reserves of essential nutrients and antioxidant compounds helps to manage diabetes, blood pressure
and lowers the risk of cancer and heart disease. Onions are a storehouse of vitamin C, 136, BQ and
potassium, which trigger immunity, collagen synthesis and iron absorption.
Claims:
1, A phosphorus nanoparticlcs preparation and evaluating its potential on com and green gram
seeds that comprises ofproducing lactic acid using bacillux subtilis by fonnulating a needful
media for the growth and harvesting the media by blotting out the bacteria and making use of
the harvested material to check their potent against seeds.
2.) According to claim I, the phosphorus containing harvested media has the ability to provide
all the nutrients to the seed for growth.
3. According to claim 2, preparation of composite Nam-phosphorous by using agricultural
promising strains namely lactic acid solubilizing bacteria.
4‘ The harvested material collected were taken in two flasks and inoculated with Bacillus subtilis
in each flask respectively for the production of Nano-phosphorus based Gluconatcs and Nano
phosphorous based Lactates
