Process For Preparing A Glp 1/Glucagon Dual Agonist

Abstract: Disclosed herein are intermediate preparations for the manufacture of glucagon and GLP-1 dual agonist compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also disclosed herein are processes for the manufacture of glucagon and GLP-1 dual agonist compounds by coupling two to four intermediate preparations via hybrid solid liquid phase synthesis.
