Presently television and mobile exposure remains disjoint, and there is no common identifier to build cross screen unified consumer experience. This innovative [application, process, methodology] of using a technology bridges TV-to-Mobile in real time making real-time cross-screen advertising/engagement and measurement possible.
DISCRPTION OF INVENTION (CORE PRODUCT)
This Invention is in regards with a [methodology, process, application] of [audio fingerprint technology or in-audible audio watermark technology]combined with our machine learning algorithm to instantly trigger interactive content on mobile phone /call-to-action advertisements on mobile phone in sync with \content or advertisements] watched on Television thus enabling Television-To-Mobile phone product shopper/content viewer experience synchronised in real-time. The same application of tech detailed below can be used for 3rd party mobile applications sync.

ADVANTAGE OF INVENTION (CORE PRODUCT)
Presently TV ads/TV content and mobile ads / Mobile content have disjoint audience exposure-journey. We through this new innovative application, method, process of using technology are able to understand the TV content / TV advertisement exposure of an individual mobile phone user and accordingly build second-screen synchronised engagement for him/her in real time enabling TV viewer to unlock exclusive promotions from TV [content or advertising]. In India, Presently neither this concept is available/ nor the speed of Television-to-mobile synchronised interaction.
BRIEF DESCRPTION OF WORKFLOW WITH DRAWING (CORE PRODUCT)
Methodology, process, application of [audio finger printing or in-audible audio water mark technology] to instantly trigger TV-to-mobile [interactive or synchronized] [content or advertisements] on mobile phone, based on a pre-defined algorithm built in our server.
How it works
(1) Mobile picks up a sample [digital audio signal /in-audible audio signal] from TV which acts as a "trigger".
(2) This sample is matched with our database to give a [match ID/ no match ID] as a result.
(3) based on the result and pre-defined algorithm, server picks up "corresponding creative from our ad-stack database" and call to action response advertisement is pushed" on mobile phone within "x" seconds of the trigger.

I CLAIM:
1. Process invention for Television-to-Mobile [interactive or synchronised] [content or advertising] triggered by [audio fingerprint or in-audible audio watermark] based on a deep-audience machine learning algorithm. Based on our invented methodology, process, application of the technology, Television ads can now become Interactive-with-Mobile and drive immediate call to action within "x" seconds of our backend server identifying the [in-audible audio watermark or audio fingerprint] captured through the Mobile Phone.
With our invention we claim Television-to-Mobile [interactive or synchronised] [content or advertising] which enables TV viewers to unlock using our mobile phone code [special offers / brand loyalty promotion / exclusive discounts / vouchers / brand e-shopping / quiz participations / lucky draws/ TV audience voting / TV audience polling ] triggered from TV content. With this invention the core claim we have is (a)&(b)
Where engagement is within our own app-
a. To be able to Qn-demand/Push/Unlock[brand or audience] [promotion
offersorcall-to-action message] on mobile phone in real-time, which are triggered
from[TV content or TV advertisements].
b. To Engage TV viewers in participation of offers, quizzes, lucky draw,
contests, sweepstakes, voting, polling via mobile phone synchronised in real time to
TV (engagement on mobile phone alongside TV).
Where engagement is within 3rd party app, who has done SDK partnership with us-
c. The application of technology detailed in (a) and (b) above can also be made
possible for 3rd party mobile applications [content or advertising] synced to TV.

2. In the related process of as claimed in claim 1, we also claim to -
a. Build a mobile content recommendation engine [OTT, or news on mobile]which will synchronisefcontent or content search catalogue]accordingly to the TV viewership patterns of a mobile phone user (Synchronised second-screen experience).
3. In the related process oi as claimed in claim 1, we also claim to -
a. Measure total video campaign reach[[example advertisement campaigns of brands on [TV and/orYouTube and/or Face book video ads and/or OTT]] through use of un-audible audio watermark inserted on each video asset.
