Abstract: A process of making frozen cone pizza, by making cone base inside a cone machine; putting liquid cheese and pizza sauce on the inner wall of the cone base; filling the half of the cone base with premixed pizza topping mixture, putting a layer of Pizza sauce on the cone base half filled with premixed pizza topping mixture; putting some more topping mixture and put a layer of liquid cheese in the cone base; f) filling the cone base up to the top of it with premixed pizza topping mixture thereafter placing the pizza cone on a tray to stand vertically; and putting the tray in a blast/shock freezer and cooling for 20 minutes; finally packaging and sealing the frozen cone on a plastic pouch in a vacuum sealing machine and labeling the frozen sealed cone with name as well as ingredients insides.

Specification

This invention relates to a process of making frozen Cone Pizza. It will make a Pizza in the Cone which gives a delicious taste
and new shape to it. It seems like an ice cream but taste like a Pizza with different tastes in vegetarian as well as Non-vegetarian
as according to the taste and demand of customers. It's a totally different from normal base pizza which is already sold in the
market by other companies like Domino's and Pizza hut and many more but this one is absolutely different from that as it is not
make on the flat base. It gives you a totally different look and make in the Corn which is also been made with different ingredients.
REFERENCES TO PRECEDING APPLICATIONS
This application derives benefit of prior application No. 201611031436 titled " PROCESS OF MAKING CONE PIZZA' filed on
15/09/2016 the contents of which are incorporated in entirety herein by reference.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTIONt is a product which is not available in the Indian markets anywhere as all the existing Pizzas are totally different from this. It is
generally a new idea to make a Pizza with different ingredients in a Cone for easy handling, better taste and new look to it. As
normal Pizzas are available in the market which are made on the Flat base but this one is different and not available in the markets
till now. Today everyone is looking for a new shape of Pizza as all the Pizza Makers are making it on a Flat base and this one is
new for customers as they feel like that they are eating an ice cream but actually when they taste it, they came to know that it's not
an ice cream but a Pizza in a shape of Cone.
Study of prior art reveals no single system that addresses all needs of the field. From elaborations above, it may be appreciated that
existing solutions have not been fully effective in addressing the need of the art. The present inventor, in cognizance of aforesaid
needs and technical problems, has undertaken focused research and come up with novel solution to address the same. The following
brief description presents one way of performing the present invention.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is to fulfill the demands of customers as they want something new on each and every single day
and it will give them a new taste of Pizza and the base and process of making this Pizza is totally new and different from the
available Pizzas in the market. This is not only give a new shape and taste to the customers but as also give a healthy and hygienic
food to the customers as the base of the Pizza i.e. Cone is made with all natural
Ingredients with low calories in it. Everyone wants to eat healthy food with low calories which gives fat to them and this one is
helpful for them because it's a low calories Cone.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES
Figure 1 shows the cone with different ingredients has been inserted for making a delicious and tasty Pizza for the' customer." For
making a-Pizza, firstly we have to make a Cone so that the base for inserting the severally ingredients is being ready.

For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles of the invention, reference will now be made to the embodiment
illustrated in the figures and specific language will be used to describe the same.

modifications in the illustrated system, and such further applications of the principles of the invention as illustrated therein being
contemplated as would normally occur to one skilled in the art to which the invention relates.

The Parent Invention is a Food item which is made with a new idea i.e. making a Pizza in a Cone. It is made with a mixture of
several ingredients along with the process of making a cone which will be explained in the next paragraph of detailed description of
Invention. Firstly, the Cone needs to be made, in which various mixtures of several ingredients will put and make a Pizza. It will
give anew shape and new taste to the customers.
However in the present invention which is nothing but an addition of the parent invention
Figure 1 shows the Cone in which different ingredients have been added for making a delicious and tasty Pizza for the customers.

For making Pizza, first we have to make a cone which will serve as a shell for inserting the other ingredients.
Here, we describe the process for making the Cone Pizza. It majorly involves 2 stages.
Stage-1 Preparation and freezing of cone usually done at a base kitchen
Stage-2 Baking cone pizza to get the final ready to eat product.
STAGE - 1

1. Bread floor

3. Fresh yeast
4. Sugar

Combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast and salt in the plenary mixer and knead. While the mixer is running, add water, oil and butter
Knead the mixture until the dough forms into a ball.
Scrape out the dough onto a lightly flour dusted surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball.
Grease a large bowl with olive oil and add the dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a warm area to let it rise in size
with the action of yeast, this will take about for one hour.
Turn the dough out onto lightly flour dusted surface and divide it into 70 gms equal balls. Cover each with a clean Kitchen towel or
wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Add one dough ball at a time into the cone machine and bake it for 2 min 30 sec at a temperature of 180-200 degree centigrade. The
cone machine cooks the cone from both inside and outside. The cone is done when you see a light brown color and it begins to
solidify.

Process of making and freezing Cone Pizza
Step 1: Put the cone made through the above said process on a stand. (Pic 1)
Step 2: Add liquid cheese and Pizza sauce on the inner walls of the cone. (Pic 2)
Step 3: Mix the toppings in the bowl as per choice of customers as maintained the above menu (Pic 3)
Step 4: Put cheese and Pizza masala in the mixture and mix it for a while (Pic 4)
Step 5: Fill half of the cone with this mixture (Pic 5)
Step 6: Add another layer of pizza sauce over the toppings. ( Pic 6)
Step 7: Add some more toppings in the cone and put a layer of liquid cheese on that mixture in the cone (Pic 7)
Step 8: Then add rest of the mixture to the cone and fill the cone till its brim. (Pic 8)
Step 9: Place the prepared cone pizzas on a tray to stand vertically. (Pic 9)
Step 10: Place the tray in a blast/shock freezer and instant cool for 20 minutes.
Step 11: Take the frozen cones out from the freezer and place one cone in one plastic pouch each. Put this packing in a vacuum
sealing machine and seal the product.
Step 12: Label the frozen sealed cone with name, ingredients, date and time of packing. (Pic 10)
Step 13: Place the frozen sealed cone in a deep freeze for dispatch/ future use.
STAGE - 2

Step 1: Open the packing of frozen cone. Place the cone on a stand and keep it inside a microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Remove the cone from the microwave and place it into a pre-heated convection oven for 3 to 4 min at a temperature of 220
to 250 degree centigrade.
Step 3: After the pizza is read, take it out, brush some olive oil on the edges of the cone. Add liquid cheese on top of the pizza. (Pic
10)
Step 4: Garnish it with basil leaves, red pepper and pizza seasoning to make it tempting. (Pic 11)
Step 5: Last and final Step is to wrap it with butter paper. Serve with ketchup and tissue paper to make it easier for the customer. (Pic
12)

We Claim:
1. A process of making frozen cone pizza, comprising the steps of:
a) making cone base inside a cone machine;
b) putting liquid cheese and pizza sauce on the inner wall of the cone base;
c)filling the half of the cone base with premixed pizza topping mixture,
d) putting a layer of Pizza sauce on the cone base half
filled with premixed pizza topping mixture;
e) putting some more topping mixture and put a layer of
liquid cheese in the cone base;
f) filling the cone base up to the top of it with premixed
pizza topping mixture;
g) placing the pizza cone on a tray to stand vertically;
h) putting the tray in a blast/shock freezer and cooling for 20 minutes;
i) packaging and sealing the frozen cone on a plastic pouch in a vacuum sealing machine;
j) labeling the frozen sealed cone with name as well as ingredients insides;
k) baking of frozen cone.

2. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frozen cone baking process comprises:
a) Unpacking the frozen cone and putting it inside a microwave for 30 seconds;
b) putting the microwaved cone into a pre-heated convection oven for 3-4 min at a temperature 220 to 250 degrees centigrade;
c) putting olive oil on the corners of the cone pizza and liquid cheese on the top of the cone pizza;
d) garnishing the pizza with basil leaves, red pepper, and pizza sizzling;
e) covering the pizza butter paper serve with catch up and tissue paper.
3. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the premixed topping mixture is vegetarian or non-vegetarian as per known pizza
toppings category.
4. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the cone pizza is from 2 inches to 7 inches.
5. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the cone pizza is 4 cm to 7 cm.
6. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cheese is put in the middle of the cone to make the pizza more crispy and tasty.
