The following specifications particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

The Invention relates to "Process of making product oil mixture of Conjugated Linoleic Acid based ayurvedic formulation for filling seamless gelatine capsules and product made therefrom'
Particularly, this invention relates to the process of making seamless gelatine capsules for ayurvedic preparation and formulation for weight reduction of obese patients. The product ingredients keep the body healthy during the weight loss. The product reduces the weight of the patient while keeping the triglycerides and cholesterol under control, skin in good condition, liver and spleen working well, and contains a tonic for the central nervous system which avoids spasms.
More particularly, the invention relates for the preparation of ayurvedic formulation for weight reduction of obese persons in a manner in which the changes in the body due to weight reduction are without any ill effects and smooth. With Conjugated Linoleic Acid there are a number of research reports confirming the reduction of body fat and increase of muscle mass. There is therefore significant change in the body configuration Reduction of weight results in reduction of body size, as the arms, waist, thighs reduce in size. There are therefore changes in the skin area which results in wrinkles. The requirement of blood in circulation reduces resulting in changes in the blood vessels. The dissolving of fat results in changes in triglycerides and cholesterol in blood. There are changes in the requirements of digestive fluids produced in the liver. The reduction of mass around the nerves may lead to nervous disorders leading to spasms. In short, the body is going through a traumatic experience, and requires support during this transition. The present invention incorporates proven ayurvedic herbal extracts in the CLA base to achieve the weight and fat reduction and support the body functions during the transition.
PRIOR ART
The process of making seamless soft capsules of gelatine (herein referred to as SOFTGEL CAPSULES) is well known in the industry. Softgel capsules filled with CLA are well known and sold freely in the West. However, there is no product anywhere in the world wherein ayurvedic ingredients in the form of oil based herbal extracts are blended with CLA for making any product and particularly softgel capsules.
CLA: Discovered in 1978, it was only in 1996 that it was made commercially available by making it from Safflower seeds/oil. It is a naturally found fatty acid in dairy products like milk. Early studies showed that there is a fat loss with 3.4 g/day dosage. However the muscle mass increased so the weight loss results were mixed. It is now being extensive researched in anti-cancer and diabetes area.
Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis): is a small perennial plant with resetted long fleshy leaves containing sticky juice. The leaf juice forms the source of the ayurvedic medicine "kumari". Aloe is a skin tonic and helps to keep up the bowel movement

Commiphora wightii is a shrub with spiny branches. Its ash coloured bark flakes off and the underbark peels off in thin papery rolls. The gum resin from the bark contains the ayurvedic medicine called guggul. This herb has been proved for reducing triglycerides and cholesterol.
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) is an erect, evergreen, tomentose shrub. It has been described as the ginseng of India. It is a general tonic of the central nervous system It keeps up the sexual function. Several studies over the past few years have indicated that ashwagandha has anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antistress, antioxidant, mind-boosting, and rejuvenating properties.
Innovation in the Invention:
There is no product anywhere in the world wherein ayurvedic ingredients in the form of oil based herbal extracts are blended with CLA for making any product and filled in seamless softgel capsules.
Invention Particulars:
Typical ayurvedic medical formulation described above according to this invention comprises of the following ingredients:
a. CLA
b. Aloe vera (as oil extract)
c. Commiphora wightii (as oil extract)
d. Withania somnifera (as oil extract)
These ingredients are converted into a smooth oily paste of desired consistency for feeding into a grinder/mixer, de-aerated in a vacuum chamber equipped with stirrer, for removing all air bubbles therefrom and then loading onto a softgel capsule making machine to produce seamless softgel capsules.
According to another embodiment, the typical ayurvedic composition comprises of
a. CLA 500mg to 1300mg
b. Aloe vera 50mg to 300mg
(equivalent oil extract) 10mg to 60mg
c. Commiphora wightii 50mg to 300mg
(equivalent oil extract) 12mg to 75mg
d. Withania somnifera (as oil extract) 50mg to 300mg
(equivalent oil extract) 2mg to 9mg
The following example shows the method of making CLA based ayurvedic formulation according to the process of this invention.

Thoroughly mixing the above ingredients and grinding to form smooth product paste for loading into a capsule making machine to form seamless softgel capsules.
While we have described and illustrated a particular embodiment of the present invention we do not wish to limit the process to the exact form shown above. It is to be expressly understood that the process is susceptible of such changes and modifications which may be made by any person well versed in the art to suit individual requirements and any such changes so made therein shall define no material departure from the salient features herein described and claimed.
WE CLAIM
1. Process of making product formula of Conjugated Linoleic Acid based ayurvedic oil mixture for filling seamless gelatine soft capsules and products made therefrom comprises a combination of:

(equivalent oil extract) lOmg to 60mg
c. Commiphora wightii 50mg to 300mg
(equivalent oil extract) 12mg to 75mg
d. Withania somnifera (as oil extract) 50mg to 300mg
(equivalent oil extract) 2mg to 9mg
mixing/grinding all the ingredients, de-aerating by putting into a vacuum chamber equipped with stirrer and loading it into a capsule making machine for making seamless soft gelatine capsules filled with the above mixture.
