Abstract: A PROCESS OF MAKING READY-MIX WATER-PROOF SAND CEMENT MORTAR FOR PLASTER COMPRISING, CEMENT, 16.00% TO 30% RIVERSAND 60% TO 90% , STONEDUST 1.66% TO 2.5% AND 0.3% TO 0.4% WATER PROOF CHEMICAL THEY ARE MIXED TOGETHER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN MIXERS FOR A TIME PERIOD OF 30 MTS THE SAND IS COMPELETELY DRIED IN DRYING MACHINE FIRST BEFORE MIXING & WATERPROOF CHEMICAL IS MIXED THEN PACKED IN THE BAGS FINALLY THE BAG IS PACKED WITH KNOWN HARDENER BOTTLE OF 100ML.
THIS INVENTION RELATES TO METHOD OF MANUFACTURING READY-MIX WATER-PROOF SAND CEMENT MORTAR FOR PLASTER TO BE DONE ON WALLS. IN PRIOR ART ALL THE INDIGRANTS OF PLASTER ARE PROCURED SEPRATELY LIKE CEMENT, SAND AND BADARPUR ETC. & DUMPED ONE BY ONE AT THE SITE THERBY WASTAGE OF DIFFERENT RAW MATERIALS LYING ON THE FLOOR. DUE TO WIND BLOWING OR THEFT BY SOME SCRUPLUS PERSONS OR SOME TIME CHILDEREN PLAYING ON SAND & WASTING SAND & OTHER MATERIAL HERE & THERE. BY WASTAGE OF RAW MATERIAL. & LOSS TO OWNER. FURTHER ALL THE RAW MATERIALS ARE TO BE TAKEN FROM DIFFERENT VENDORS & GOING FROM ONE PLACE TO OTHER FOR ENQUIRY OF RATES & AVAILABILITY OF RAWMATERIAL
IN ADDITION TO THIS SAND IS MADE ALMOST WET AS DURING TRANSPORTATION THEY SPRINCLE WATER OVER SAND AS THEY ARE BEING TRANSPORTED BY TRUCKS OR OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT DUE TO WIND PRESSURE DURING TRANSPORTATION SAND FLIES SO DUE TO THIS WETNESS OF SAND WHEN MIXING IN CEMENT SOME GRANUALS ARE FORMED BEFORE ADDING WATER DUE TO GRANUALS BEING FORMED IT BECOMES DIFFICULT TO PLASTER DUE TO GRANULES FORMATION & THEY REMAIN THERE EVEN AFTER ADDING WATER DUE TO THIS HOLES ARE FORMED DURING PLASTERING & CRACKS ARE DEVELOPED AFTER DRYNESS
FURTHER ALL RAWMATERIAL ARE TO BE LIFTED ONE BY ONE AT THE PLACE OF PLASTER BEING DONE & MIX THERE & MAKING MASALA EVEN MIXERS ARE REQUIRED TO MIX THEM SO THE LABOUR REQUIRED IS MORE & EXPENDITURE BECOMES HIGHER THERE BY COST OF PLASTERING GOES HIGHER
SO THE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS TO MAKE A PROPER AND UNIFORM MIXTURE OF ALL IMPORTANT INGRIDENTS AT ONE PLACE
REQUIRED FOR PLASTERING & PACK IN ONE BAG TO AVOID BRING ALL THE INGRIDENTS TAKEN ONE BY ONE FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES. FURTHER OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS TO HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF COST CUTTING AS THE LABOUR REQUIRED IS ONLY ONCE. TO SEAL THE SEALAN OF WATTER IN THE WALLS WHICH IS VERY COMMON IN BUILDINGS DUE TO VARIOUS JOINTS IN BRICKS & PIPES. A WATERPROOF CHEMICAL FROM 0.3% TO 0.4% IN DRY FORM IS MIXED IN THE MIXTURE TO BLOCK ANY SEAPAGE IN WALLS SUBSTANTIALLY.
DUE TO ALL MATERIAL REQUIRED IN PARTICULAR RATIO, CONTRACTER CAN NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES IN THE CONTENTS LIKE ADDING MORE OR LESS CEMENT OR OTHER INDIGRANTS SO THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP IS CONTROLLED.
THERE IS A BOTTLE OF HARDNER WHICH WHEN MIXING IN WATER MAKES WATER EVEN SOFT IF THERE IS HARD WATER & HARDENS THE PLASTER & GIVES VERY SMOOTH SURFACE WHICH HELPS IN HAVING LONG LIFE OF PAINTING DONE ON THE SURFACE.

OF CEMENT IS TAKEN & MIXED WITH 98 KG OF 100% DRY RIVER SAND, 2 KG OF STONE DUST, WITH 400 GRAMS OF WATER PROOF CHEMIAL THEY ARE WELL FILTERED & MIXED IN THE MIXERS & THEN PACKED IN DIFFERENT BAGS OF 20 TO 40 KG. AT THE TIME OF MAKING PLASTER ON INNER OUTER WALLS & ROOF .THE BAGS ARE DIRECTLY TAKEN AT THE PLACE OF WORK & THEN MIXING THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG WITH WATER WHICH IS MIXED WITH HARDENER TO ENABLE TO BE READY FOR DOING PLASTER.THE QUALITY OF PLASTER OBTAINED IS FAR MUCH BETTER & SMOOTH.AFTER, PLASTER IS DONE, CURING IS DONE AFTER 24 HRS TO HAVE A BETTER SURFACE CURING IS RECOMMENDED FOR 3 DAYS TO HAVE A HARDENED-SMOOTH SURFACE
