This invention relates to a process of preparing cup shaped sambrani with shiny inner white for purifying air/surroundings with soothes and fragrance and for keeping mosquitoes and other insects away.
At present, there are stick shaped sambrani is available in the market which will not smoke more time where as. the present invention suggests a cup shaped sambrani which is smoking much more time and providing more good fragrance and healthy atmosphere. The present invention introduce a process of making sambrani which is much more user friendly requires no stand or other special surface as it is cup shaped and can be placed any earthen or metal base without any external support.

Charcoal Powder is used for boosting fragrance and burn gum to get smoke. Styrax Resin is used for diffuser or calming smoke. Gum Dammar is used for purification of surroundings. Dammar Batu is used for spreading

Origin perfumes are used for soothes. Titanium Dioxide is .used as colouring agent.
According to this invention, it comprises selection of above mentioned ingredients and its unique combination in the following ratio:
Gum Dammar is heated in a metal container at 150 degree Celsius. After it melts completely ( about 10 minutes) colouring agent is added and stirred well. Add perfume and stir it for 2 minutes. Arrange black solid cups in steel trays. Fill each cup with approximately 2-3 grams of white liquid manually. It is left for 60 minutes under room temperature to change into a solid state. Finished sambrani is packed into boxes.

At the time of using the top of solid cup sambrani is lighted by using match stick and place the cup sambrani on a metal or earthen surface.
There are three steps in the process of making the product. In the first step
the above materials are mixed in a mixture machine for about four minutes.
In the second step Add 9 litres of water to the above mixture and run for
five minutes till it comes to semi solid state.
In the second step, the above material is filling in dye's (24 number) and
press the hydraulic machines to get cup shaped solid(thickness of 5 mm
diameter of 35 mm on top with hoe, 20 mm at bottom fully covered and
27 mm height)
In the third Step, dry the material in sunlight for 24 Hrs. Inside the cup,
there is a white colour shiny portion which is made by the process below
mentioned. The combination and its proportion is as below:

2). A process of preparing cup shaped sambrani with shiny inner white to purify air/surroundings with soothes and fragrance and for keeping mosquitoes and other insects away comprising as claimed in Claim 1 wherein inside the cup, there is a white colour shiny portion which is made by the process with combination Gum Dammar 97% Perfume 2% Colouring Agent 1% Gum Dammar heated in a metal container at 150 degree Celsius. After it melts completely ( about 10 minutes) colouring agent is added and stirred well and add perfume and stir it for 2 minutes. Arrange black solid cups in steel trays. Fill each cup with approximately 2-3 grams of white liquid manually. It is left for 60 minutes under room temperature to change into a solid state. Finished sambrani is packed into boxes.
