Programmed Marking Device
Abstract: ABSTRACT PROGRAMMED MARKING DEVICE A programmed marking device is disclosed here which is used for detecting errors in a product during manufacturing. The programmed marking device comprises a barrel, a paint marker, and a micro switch. The paint marker is co-axially positioned within the barrel and extends beyond a distal end of the barrel, wherein the paint marker marks surfaces of the product based on the errors detected on the product. The micro switch is co-axially positioned within the barrel and is in communication with the paint marker, wherein the microswitch senses one of movement and pressure from the paint marker and provides feedback to a programmable logical controller (PLC).
