DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] DESCRIPTION protective mask 1 according to the present invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Protective masks 1 shown in FIG. 1, the face piece 11 that covers the wearer's face, a transparent eye glass 15 attached to the face piece part 11, a lip portion disposed on the entire circumference of the outer peripheral edge 12 of face piece 11 and a 13. Lip 13 has an annular shape corresponding to the contours of the face. Also, some or all of the lip portion 13 includes a face-contact portion 14. Face-contact portion 14 is disposed on the entire circumference of the lip portion 13, it is contactable to hermetically wearer's face during use of the protective mask 1. Protective masks 1 of this embodiment includes a mounting fixture 18 in order to contact canister 17 for removing harmful substances, and the protective mask 1 to the face of the wearer. The shape of the canister 17 and the mounting fixture 18 is optional, but is not limited to the illustrated examples.
[0010] Facepiece portion 11 is formed in the gas permeation resistance material, the face-contact portion 14 is formed of silicone rubber, the eye glass 15 is formed of a transparent material. Lip 13, in a part or the whole, including the face-contact portion 14 formed of silicone rubber. If that includes the face-contact portion 14 (i.e., silicone rubber) in a part of the lip portion 13, the face-contact portion 14 other than the portion of the lip portion 13 is formed by gas permeation resistance material. Figure 2 is an eye glass 15, face piece 11 is a cross-sectional end view of the protective mask 1 schematically showing a variation of the bonding form of lip 13, and a face-contact portion 14. Figure represents 2, the portion formed by the gas permeation resistance material with a dot portion formed of silicone rubber (i.e. the face-contact portion 14) and expressed by hatching, the portion formed of transparent material (i.e. the eye glass 15) a is represented by oblique lines of fine pitch than the face-contact portion 14.
[0011] As shown in FIG. 2, the lip portion 13 extending in a direction intersecting the outer peripheral edge 12 of face piece 11 to the face piece 11. Lip 13 in the illustrated example is extends inwardly and two directions toward the outside of the protective mask 1 from face piece part 11, it is also possible to extend only in one direction. Face-contact portion 14 is disposed on a surface facing the wearer's face at least the lip portion 13. In other words, always silicone rubber to the surface facing the wearer's face at the lip portion 13 is disposed. Also, there can be a silicone rubber at a position not facing the wearer's face, for example, the entire lip 13 as shown in FIG. 2 (a) can be formed of silicone rubber. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2 (b) ~ (i), the lip portion 13 is formed in the gas permeation resistance materials and silicone rubber, it may be disposed of silicone rubber on one or both sides of the resistance to gas permeability material it can. More specifically, the gas permeation resistance material contained in the lip 13, extending in two directions toward the inside and outside of the protective mask 1 from tetrahedral unit 11 shape (Fig. 2 (b), (e), (h ), (it may be formed in i) reference) shape extending in one direction only (FIG. 2 (c), (d), (f), also be formed in (g) refer) it can. In any case, at the boundary between the gas permeability resistance materials and silicone rubber, and gas permeation resistance materials and silicone rubber are bonded to each other. Here, the term joined in the present invention, means to each other chemically bonding the gas permeation resistance materials and silicone rubber. For example, at the boundary between the gas permeability resistance materials and silicone rubber, and the polymer chains of the silicone rubber, and a polymer chain of the gas permeation resistance material, by directly or indirectly covalently linked, chemically together it can be coupled. Covalent bond with the polymer chain of the gas permeation resistance material, may be generated by for example an addition reaction or condensation reaction, without limitation. Further, in order to increase the bonding strength, or the shape in which one of the shape of the boundary surface between the gas permeability resistance material and the silicone rubber is fitted into the other, the surface area of the boundary surface in the shape having a large number of fine irregularities such or increase, it may be used in combination physical aids. Resistant specific means at the time of bonding the gas permeable material and the silicone rubber is not particularly limited, can be joined together by integral molding such as a gas permeation resistance materials and silicone rubber. Integral molding can be carried out by double molding (two-color molding), or insert molding.
[0012] As illustrated in FIG. 2, by limiting the portion to use silicone rubber in face-contact portion 14 in the protective mask 1, a stimulus for skin face-contact portion 14 without impairing the gas permeation resistance of the protective mask 1 it can be reduced. Further, as illustrated in FIG. 2 (b) ~ (i), the lip portion 13 is formed by gas permeation resistance material and the silicone rubber, thin (e.g., thickness of 0.5 ~ 3 mm included in the face-contact portion 14 silicone rubber comes into contact with the wearer's face in) preferably further portion formed of a gas permeation resistance material at the lip 13 is so pressed against the wearer's face silicone rubber. Silicone rubber has a high gas permeability compared with other synthetic rubbers, it may become a path toxic gases from entering the interior of the protective mask 1. However, by the silicone rubber thin, it is possible to reduce the cross-sectional area of the path which the gas diffuses in the silicone rubber. Further, by increasing the extension length from face piece portion 11 of the lip 13, it is possible to increase the diffusion path length of the gas. These, it is possible to prevent a decrease in gas permeability resistance of the protective mask 1.
[0013] When attaching the eye glass 15 to the face piece 11, and the gas permeation resistance material forming the face piece part 11, and a transparent material to form the eye glass 15, it is preferable that the joined together by integral molding. Further, when joined together by integral molding and a gas permeation resistance material and a transparent material, it is preferable to mutually chemically bonding the gas permeation resistance material and a transparent material. In the conventional protective mask 1, through a mounting frame has been fitted with eye glass 15 to the face piece part 11 (for example, see Patent Document 1 described above). However, as shown in FIG. 2, at the periphery 16 of the eye glass 15, the transparent material forming the eye glass 15 is brought into close contact with the gas permeation resistance material forming the face piece part 11, are joined together by integral molding lever, without impairing the tightness of the protective mask 1, it is possible to omit the mounting frame.
[0014] As described above, the transparent material forming the eye glass 15, if to be joined gas permeation resistance material forming part of the face piece 11 and the lip 13, and a silicone rubber forming a face-contact portion 14 to each other, the following It may be used materials exemplified in.
[0015] As the transparent material used to form the eye glass 15, urethane rubber, isoprene rubber, urethane resin, polycarbonate, and polyacetal, and the like. Transparent material used to form the eye glass 15 is preferably a gas permeation resistance. As described above, by attaching the eye glass 15 to the face piece 11 by integral molding, it can be omitted mounting frame. At this time, as the transparent material forming the eye glass 15, by using urethane rubber having flexibility, isoprene rubber, any urethane resins, I It mounting frame is not coupled with, by bending the eye glass 15 Protection it is possible to reduce the bulk of the mask 1. Thus, preferred because carry protective mask 1 is facilitated.
[0016] As gas permeation resistance material used for forming the face piece part 11 and the lip portion 13, synthetic rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, and mixtures thereof. Examples of usable synthetic rubber in the present invention, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylic rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, urethane rubber, fluorine rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber. As examples of usable thermoplastic elastomer in the present invention, styrene-based, olefin-based, vinyl chloride-based, urethane-based, thermoplastic elastomer amide. There is no particular restriction on the silicone rubber used for forming the face-contact portion 14, for example, can be used to heat curable silicone rubber of one-and using an adhesive of silicone rubber with a reactive group in the side chain or terminal be able to. Further, the gas permeability resistance material used in the present invention, to the extent that gas permeation resistance is not impaired, may contain silicone rubber as an optional component. The type of silicone rubber, urethane rubber, isoprene rubber, and by combining appropriately selected and the type of gas permeability resistance material such as urethane resin, it is known that sufficient bonding strength can be obtained.
[0017] Has been described based on the embodiment for the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and can be implemented with various changes. For example, although illustrated as gentle curve cross-sectional shape of FIG. 2 the face piece part 11, in order to contact the face-contact portion 14 provided on the lip portion 13 on the wearer's face, the cross-sectional shape of the face piece part 11 the can be a curve with a bent portion. In the illustrated example, the face-contact portion 14 on the entire surface of the surface facing the wearer's face at the lip portion 13 is disposed. However, the face-contact portion 14 is not disposed in a portion of the surface facing the wearer's face at the lip portion 13, gas permeability resistance material in the portion where the face-contact portion 14 is not arranged is exposed It may have, within the scope of the present invention.
