BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[502] Road traffic congestion and delayed provision of medical attention are critical problems faced in India due to overpopulation. Saving life of a patient is a challenge to the Emergency & Critical Care staff during transportation to a Medical Facility.

[503] In addition, crucial time is wasted in ambulance transportation due to unavoidable traffic congestion and eliciting patient information, investigations, documentation and other hospital formalities.

[504] Accident victims, pregnant females and patients suffering from serious medical conditions warrant urgent medical attention. To overcome this problem, we are introducing a novel concept - a hi-tech ambulance with an ICU like environment.

[505] The advanced technical features that include integrated real time monitoring, point of care testing and facility for life saving emergency procedures. This would prove to be a quantum jump in emergency careof the patient during transportation.

[506] The doctors, technicians and paramedical staff can provide emergency care to the patient inside the ambulance and can communicate with the Critical Care team back at the hospital via wireless communication system at the same time.

[507] The Critical Care team would constantly monitor the patient in transit using remote ambulance dashboard and the live 4G cameras installed in the ambulance. Hospital Critical Care Control Room staff can zoom in the cameras enabling remote diagnosis and management of the critically ill patients.

[508] They can also monitor real time location of the patient and know the expected time of arrival by twin GPS installed in the ambulance. This would give the staff in hospital an idea of the time at hand to gear up with the preparation needed for further management of patient.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

1. The objective of the invention is to provide a CT ambulance have facility of cardiac marker. CT ambulance have facility of blood grouping and blood Cross Matching. CT ambulance have facility of online patient monitoring using IP camera installed in Ambulance. CT ambulance we have installed 12 km range wireless walky-talky system for uninterrupted communication with hospital critical care team.
2. The other objective of the invention is to provide a CT ambulance have facility of twin GPS system for Real Time Monitoring of ambulance location. CT ambulance have facility of ventilation with both modes -invasive and Noninvasive. (For adult & child). In CT ambulance we have introduced scoop stretcher for better patient care of Road side accidents.
3. The other objective of the invention is to provide a In CT ambulance we have introduced Patient ambulance stretcher with flexible wheel chair facility. In CT ambulance we have introduced two wireless internet module for better communication with hospital and real time Ambulance monitoring dashboard.
4. The other objective of the invention is to provide a In CT ambulance we have introduced a laptop system for checking patient updates, monitoring vitals, ABG reports and for video conferencing with Critical Care Team.
5. The other objective of the invention is to provide a CT ambulance have Real Time Monitoring Ambulance dashboard for monitoring of patient vitals, ABG, Cardiac Marker, GPS location. And through RTMAD we can take prescribed better diagnosis to patient.

[518] The ambulance is also equipped with Comprehensive point of care testing including ABG, Lactate, Electrolytes, hemoglobin, Blood glucose, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Cardiac Troponins, CK- MB, BNP, PT/INR, ACT which provides real time laboratory results within minutes that can be transmitted wirelessly to the Critical Care team.
