Provive Urine Machine

Abstract: We have introduced Urine measurement system in in Critical area to monitor the exact urine output of patient at variable time intervals. If patient urine output is found to below as per body weight or vice versa, then our system shows the relevant disease and its optional medicine on Real Time Remote Monitoring Dashboard for proper diagnosis of patient. Integrated with a monitoring dashboard to help doctors see the exact urine output and co-relate it with the patient's AKI status & other critical situations. Provides alerts & alarms as per high & low urine output. Takes into consideration medications being administered to patients for specific conditions such as dehydration or excessive fluid retention. Evaluates urine output according to medicine intake to assess if urine output is impacted because of medicine interactions/ contra-indications. If patient urine output is found to be deranged as per body weight, then our system shows the relevant disease and its optional medicine on the dashboard. Can be integrated with any HIS/HMS.

Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[501] our invention is related to a PROVIVE Urine Machine.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[502] Provive Urine Machine is designed to monitor exact urine output and water balance in critical care environment. It is used in multiple therapeutic protocols to assess patient's reaction to the treatment. It's a non-invasive test that diagnoses problems with kidney function.

[503] If a kidney is producing an adequate amount of urine, it means that it is well-perfused and oxygenated. An inadequate amount indicates that the patient is affected by some pathology.

PRIOR ART SEARCH

[504] US20170241978A1: A collector-analyzer apparatus for urine has a urine collecting tube joined with a urine receiving canister. Suction is produced in the collecting tube to join the tube with a penis or to the exterior surface of a female urethra orifice. Once suction is achieved the collecting tube stays in place by suction action.

[505] When urine flows into the urine collecting tube a sensor triggers a vacuum pump to produce a higher level of suction to flush the urine into the canister where a level sensor determines the quantity of urine received or resident within the canister.

[506] various sensors in the canister determine levels of non-urine partials such as occult blood, drugs, salt, and other substances. When urine is no longer detected within the urine tube, the vacuum pump is turned off and a low-level vacuum remains to assure interconnection between the urine tube and the urethra.

[507] CN203587598U: The utility model provides a handheld smart urine analyzer, comprising a housing, wherein a master control board module, a charge coupled device (CCD) photoelectric detection module, a multi-wavelength light-emitting diode (LED) lamp bank module and an urine test paper tray module are arranged inside the housing; the CCD photoelectric detection module comprises a CCD sensor, a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) drive circuit.

[508] The signal amplification circuit; the multi-wavelength LED lamp bank module comprises two rows of multi-wavelength LED lamps for lighting in a time-sharing manner, and an LED lamp drive circuit; the urine test paper tray module comprises a urine test paper tray, a test paper tray base and a test paper tray lid; the test paper tray lid is covered on the test paper tray base.

[509] The urine test paper tray is arranged inside the test paper tray base in a push-and-pull manner; two rows of LED lamps are respectively arranged at two sides of the test paper tray lid; a large-core optical fiber is vertically inserted in the middle of the test paper tray lid, and connected with the CCD sensor.
[510] The handheld smart urine analyzer comprises a friendly human-computer interaction interface, and does not comprise a motor transmission device, so that the handheld smart urine analyzer is simple in structure, light, easy to operate, accurate and rapid to measure.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
1. The objective of the invention is to provide a we have introduced Urine measurement system in in Critical area to monitor the exact urine output of patient at variable time intervals.
2. The other objective of the invention is to provide a patient urine output is found to below as per body weight or vice versa, then our system shows the relevant disease and its optional medicine on Real Time Remote Monitoring Dashboard for proper diagnosis of patient.
3. The other objective of the invention is to provide a Integrated with a monitoring dashboard to help doctors see the exact urine output and co-relate it with the patient's AKI status & other critical situations. Provides alerts & alarms as per high & low urine output.
4. The other objective of the invention is to provide a Takes into consideration medications being administered to patients for specific conditions such as dehydration or excessive fluid retention. Evaluates urine output according to medicine intake to assess if urine output is impacted because of medicine interactions/ contra-indications.
5. The other objective of the invention is to provide a If patient urine output is found to be deranged as per body weight, then our system shows the relevant disease and its optional medicine on the dashboard. Can be integrated with any HIS/HMS.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[511] To improve the seal, extra fixing layers have been proposed; in any case, such fixing layers are every now and again applied mistakenly when the application expects that the individual applying the gadget freely lays out an ideal exact use of the extra fixing layer(s).

[513] Utilization of the extra fixing layer(s) is regularly incorrect, with the extra fixing layer(s) being applied excessively proximal or excessively distal to other fixing layer(s) or with deficient arrangement to accomplish an ideal bilaminar seal.

[512] each extra fixing layer should be applied in a particular spatial direction regarding recently applied fixing layers, to streamline the release free span of every gadget application.

[514] in this manner, there is a requirement for an outside incontinence gadget which can be applied with a steady spatial direction to permit release free use particularly for females. Moreover, there is a requirement for an assortment gadget with scientific capacities.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DIAGRAM

Fig.2: Urine Machine Display
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[515] the by and by depicted and guaranteed gatherer analyzer device incorporates a point of interaction segment and a beneficiary piece. These two bits are joined by an adaptable interconnection tube so they might be separate a few feet.

[516] the connection point segment is adjusted for getting together with the human urethra, either male or female, and in that capacity, empowers gathering of released pee. The beneficiary part incorporates a pull generator and a pee carafe. Attractions of around 5 creeps of HG is delivered inside the cup, the interconnection tube, and the connection point segment.

[517] This pull empowers the brief joining between the connection point segment and the urethra. The connection point segment stays outer to the body and might be delivered out of the blue by essentially breaking pull.

For Medical usage
[518] It's used to detect and manage a wide range of disorders, such as urinary tract infections, kidney disease, and diabetes. If diagnosed with a medical condition, such as kidney disease or a urinary tract infection, the doctormight recommend testing urine regularly to monitor one’s condition and treatment.
