Abstract: The most challenging framework in medical science is the identification of psychological impairment in brain. Early detection of mental disorders will not only solve their impairment but also sometimes it can be a life saving because if a person is not normal, he may go to any extreme during that short period. So it is necessary to identify the abnormalities within a very short period. For the detection of psychological impairment in a person, there is a need to collect past medical records of the patient from the hospital database, current brain image data, mood scaling and other additional general measurement of the health parameters. The image datas collected has to be processed to get specific data patterns before computing. The collected datas has to be pre- processed and sent to the cloud through gateway for computing. In cloud computing of artificial intelligence, computation of neuro-physiological features and machine learning feature classification is done. The result that is obtained is visualized to the doctors for the treatment so that risk in patients can be overcome.
PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPAIRMENT DETECTION USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The Field of invention is related to artificial intelligence for psychological impairment detection.
Background of the invention
Comparatively with the physical problem, brain disorder is the most challenging detection in medical sciences. To detect the brain abnormalities, it needs careful observation of past activities in the person, in short previous brain function history. Currently, there are many disorder diseases that occur in the human brain. Some are Alzheimer's disease, seizures, Schizophrenia, etc. All these disorders affect the behavior of the human.
The brain function has importance in human because it may affect the image of the person character and behavior when they don’t have control over their speech, emotions, movement, activities, mood, etc. If they are left untreated, it may permanently damage the brain function and it may lead to unconsciousness. In worst case, it may also be a threat to life where a person has to loss their life. So brain impairment has to be treated initially and efficiently such that it may have a huge impact in person behavioral activities.
The person behavior also affected if he has a memory loss over a short period or long period of time. This may make him survive in a confusion state where he will not be able to decide his actions and speech. The neurologically shrinking of the brain and the brains cells damage has to be detected in the initial state, so that psychiatrist can treat the person at the right time before the brain cells and memory are completely damaged.
Initially, there were traditional healers who can identify the psychological impairment by the experience received by the ancestors and by themselves. They don’t have proper education but detect psychological problems by practice. Later, Health Practitioners recognized by government practiced in detecting the mental disorders. But they were all time consuming in identification as it has to go through interview, observation, etc. So technology involvement has great impact as it can easily track the problem. ,
There are many ways that can lead to mental disorder. It has to be properly characterized as cause,or symptom based. Mental disorder identification and solution can be made easier not only with the help of observation and diagnosis in the laboratories but also along with the previous history and the interview made with the patients.
When technology is involved, DSM-5 and 1CD-11 are some clinical tools. DSM-5 emphasize on diagnostic validity whereas ICD-11 emphasize on diagnostic prototypes. RDoC provides endophenotypes for further neuroscientific study.
For every diagnostic, different computation can be deployed to analyze further but it is time consuming and also sometime not accurate.
To combine all the information and compute, it requires a huge database with internet enabled storage for making the retrieval and storage easier and fast. It made the use of cloud to gather enormous volume of data in hospitals. The image patterns of the brain, Electronic hospital database information, health parameters observation of patients with previous records are all gathered and computed in a cloud. So an artificial intelligence is required to handle enormous data for computing in cloud.
In the cloud computing, neuro-psychological computation and machine learning classification to perform both supervised and unsupervised learning is done. Any (computation can be carried out in the cloud computing within a very short time. The results are visualized to the concerned doctors to evaluate their health and brain state. It helps them to take appropriate treatment on the patients for speedy recovery.
Objects of the Invention
The first objective is gather information regarding the patient health from electronic patient record and current health measurements.
The second objective is to collect brain image and then process the image to specific patterns.
The third objective is to deploy artificial intelligence with cloud computing.
The fourth objective is to visualize the results to the doctors.
Medical field has many technologies for the identification of various problems in the human body. But when it comes to mental disabilities it is very difficult to probe and find the solution. Unless the problem is identified clearly, it is difficult to determine the exact solution to cure the illness. Not only the identification has great importance but also the time and accuracy also has its value when it comes to the medical problems. This work requires gathering of information from various sources and deploys artificial intelligence. The input sources will be from already existing database in a hospital that will contain the reports of the medical history of the patients, physical health parameter measurements, various scans performed on the patient, interview diagnostic results, etc. The input data has to be processed and collectively has to be computed in a cloud to perform various analyses to predict the result and visualize to the doctors to start the treatment of the patients at the right time.
Summary of the Invention
Though medical field has many challenges in finding solution to many diseases and defects, detection of mental impairment in brain is unique. The psychological disorders have to be detected at early stage. If delayed, it may lead to suicidal death of the patient. It has to be detected in the initial stage with accuracy. The general parameters of health have to be measured whenever a patient approaches the hospital. The general check up like weight, temperature, blood pressure, etc., has to be checked and recorded. Along with it, the patient should be probed to analyze the stress, anxiety, etc. Also the brain image has to be captured at different angles and it has to be processed to have specific patterns. Mood scaling of the brain also has to be captured. The patient would have approached any hospital for past one year. All the previous medical history has to be taken from the database that was already recorded in any hospital. The data collected has to be pre-processed for computation. It is sent to the cloud through the gateway. The artificial intelligence is deployed to perform various computations depending on the data that has been received. To handle a huge volume of information from various sources of
hospital for a patient, a cloud computing is preferable. In cloud computing, the computation is performed. The neuro-psychological parameters are computed in the cloud platform. A machine language is also deployed to perform supervised learning or the unsupervised learning based on the information that has been given through the gateway from hospital source. The computed result is displayed to the psychiatrist for the treatment.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Fig. 1 illustrates the process flow diagram of using artificial intelligence in identifying the mental disorder at the earliest with accuracy. The patient when approaches the hospital to find any impairment in brain has to be treated at the earlier with correct treatment. This will be possible only when detection of the problem is made earlier analyzing all the information oftheperson health along with the detailed information about the brain. This not only uses the medical analysis but involves the technology with web sources. The web based approach makes the detection of patient problem with all the information easier and fast. Special appropriate equipments should be used to retrieve the general health parameters of the patient like temperature, blood pressure, etc. Detailed health report is got from various medical instruments in hospitals. Brain image data has to be taken and processed to get the pattern for computation. Mood scaling is also recorded for the brain. The database from the hospital that has previous health reports of the patient has to be taken. Even the expressions of the person, behavior of the patient also recorded for analysis. It needs a high speed internet connection to gather all the details from different sources. All the datas has to be pre-processed such that if required the data can be captured again to increase the performance of the data analysis. Through the gateway, the information that is pre-processed has to be sent to the cloud which is a storage platform. The cloud computing artificial intelligence includes all the computation. The neuro-psychological computation analysis is done in artificial intelligence cloud computing. It is the assessment for the behavior of the brain. The result of this assessment will be able to find out which part of the brain has defects and needs to be taken care. This evaluation is a systematic computation which helps in making decision where it is an assessment on cognitive functioning. Additional to blood test and brain scans, the neuropsychological illness computation is very much needed for any patients who are undergoing operation. It is required before and after the surgery or any medical treatments. This is because they may have a chance of getting traumatic state in the identification or the treatment in the hospitals. The neuro- psychological computation helps to focus on the part that requires rehabilitation. This computation is done for the patients having short-term memory, confusion, difficulty in speaking, having difficulty in recognizing things, very poor decision-making, people having hallucinations and also having recognizing persons who are familiar. And also machine learning technique is also can be deployed perform supervised learning and also unsupervised learning on the datas that is available to make classification and prediction. The results are then visualized to the smart devices with the psychiatrist to take necessary treatment on the patient.
