1) A public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things comprising of;

d. access control system installed in each building/floor/unit.
2) The public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said client portal information is connected to the database of the website having all the rental service information and provides selection of customers to understand the housing information.
3) The public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said information related to lease contract, tenant contract, real estate information, tenant information including tenant history, lease period, the time period from which the tenant is living, payment information about rent collection, size, location of the flat is also stored in the database of the website.
4) The public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system is with some parameters include the policy access conditions, exit conditions, lease life, rents. The analysis includes data mining houses usage statistics, illegal use of early warning, tenant credit assessment.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the management of public rental housing. The present invention more particularly relates to public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The public rental housing services provides a place to live for a certain period of time. paid income housing are not sufficient to purchase goods. As the price of cheap public rental housing, some tenants want to get the difference between the rent by subletting; on the other hand, the position of public rental housing, environment and other factors have a stronger attraction for tenants want to take advantage of the surrounding supporting resources, some tenants want long-term such a rental unit, a rainy day. This approach led directly to the presence of a certain proportion of public rental housing unreasonable occupation, impede the normal flow needs.

Yet another object of the present invention is to help tenants a comfortable living.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS:
The present invention is a public rental housing based management system based on Internet of things. The present invention provides an affordable, trustable system and helps to reduce the burden on tenants and to help tenants a comfortable living.
In one embodiment, a database of the website for storing rental information and rental policy rules, data analysis unit for analyzing the tenant information and to cross check the truthfulness of tenants, database of the website for processing data and access control system installed in each building/floor/unit. The client portal information connected to the database of the website having all the rental service information and provides selection of customers to understand the housing information. In another embodiment, biometric sensing unit is provided including biometric fingerprint, face or iris. The biometric sensing unit is also connected with a database of website. Biometric information collection required for biometric identification biometric sensing means collected biometric information by identifying biometric verification of tenants with the help of fingerprint. A camera and alarm is also provided which monitors the home and prevents the system from fraud tenants. The present invention provides authentication using biometric information recognition technology to monitor and manage the housing. It is easy to use and high reliability and by providing the camera and alarms, further enhance the safety housing.
In another embodiment, the system includes a storage unit, a memory unit in the form of database of the website, and a client port.
