DESC:[001] The present disclosure generally relates to a pump filter anti rotation system and method of manufacturing thereof. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a tank ad blue pump filter rotation and ballooning control device to protect the system against any possible pressure drop in the system.
[002] During the purging, the In-tank ad blue pump filter frequent get tilted and swelled with air trapped fully. Here the ballooning of Filter happens because of purging effect in after running conditions. The filter is having an asymmetry design and the filter element starts rotating, due to buoyant forces about its hinge point.
[003] The rotation of filter increases the suction height and chances of air entrapment in the system. The air may cause momentarily pressure drop leading to pump not able to meet emissions and issue of crystallization occurred.
[004] Hence there is an unmet need to overcome the issue of air going into hydraulic lines through a stopper mechanism system and method of manufacturing thereof.
[005] The present invention solves the aforementioned and other allied problems by the way of providing a stopper which may stop the rotation as well as the inflation of filter which cause air pocket formation inside
[006] Here there is a change in the functional design aspect of the stopper, wherein the stopper element is designed in such a way that it does not imposes any changes in the pump. It has a body with long rib structure with three rubber grommets to hold the filter in its place. Here filter rotation is completely aligned and integrated to arrest the rotation and ballooning impact of the filter pump system. Therefore, it reduces the pressure drop resulting crystallization issued get resolved.
[007] The system of present invention comprising anti rotation lug, a kit to allow air bubble from check valve to bleed and an extension provided on both side of filter. The system is integrated in such a manner that there is no need of basic design of pump and filter system. It can be used for various vehicle models as it is based on modular concept with enhanced versatility. It is easy to install, and regular maintenance may be done frequently. It is a system enhance the life of the pump hardware, thereby reduce maintenance as well as warranty cost.

More specifically, the pump filter anti rotation system of the present subject matter further comprises anti rotation lug, a kit to allow air bubble from check valve to bleed and an extension provided on both side of filter, without departing from the spirit of the present subject matter. While the subject matter may be susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments have been shown by way of example in the drawings and have been described herein. 1) A pump filter anti rotation system comprises a stopper to stop the rotation as well as the inflation of filter which cause air pocket formation inside the filter system.
2) The pump filter anti rotation system as claimed in Claim 1, wherein pump filter anti rotation system further comprises anti rotation lug, a kit to allow air bubble from check valve to bleed and an extension provided on both side of filter.
3) The stopper as claimed in claim 1, wherein said stopper has body with long rib structure with three rubber grommets to hold the filter in its place.
4) The pump filter anti rotation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pump filter anti rotation is completely aligned and integrated to arrest the rotation and ballooning impact of the filter pump system.
