3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION:
COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention generally relates to radial needle roller bearing in king pin knucle application. Particularly, the present invention relates to a composite bush assembly integrated into a needle roller bearing assembly comprising of a sealing device for inhibiting/ preventing the entry of pollution in a bearing and increasing the rigidity of mating parts of king pin knuckle joints. The present invention more particularly relates to king pin application having top end needle roller bearing assembly comprising seal on radial direction and on faces having steel stiffener and act as holding device for king pin assembly and life long lubrication. The new concept has converted the full complement needle bush with the following features -
• Needle bush content composite bush inside shell.
• Open end shell of needle bush with sealing in radial and axial direction.
• Closed end provides friction on face of king pin by Polyurethane washer.
• Close end side of shell protect king pin assembly and act like sealing device.
• Composite bush and needle sets are separated by hardened steel washer.
• Needle are well guided radial and axially by unique spacing of seals, washer and composite bearing.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART:
The previously known plain composite bearing bush pressed in a housing of knuckle required additional protection and used a seal as an integrated part of bearing because of pollution and entry of foreign parts from outside of knuckle. Further, due to shocks, the composite bush was wearing/breaking fast. Wear resistance properties and top side proper sealing with friction creator were essential.
The previously known bearings will be described with reference to the drawings accompanying the provisional specification wherein:
Figure 1 shows the exploded cross-sectional view of the bearing known in the prior art.

It is known from the existing prior art that the bearing had no sealing on top side and no additional sealing on bottom side, no provision to sustain shock resulted in generation of failure of composite bush and contamination in knuckle assembly. However, premature failure of the composite bearing used to occur due to shock and entry of liquids such as water within the king pin assembly.
The problems and disadvantages associated with prior to this invention are addressed in accordance with present invention in which needle bush with composite bush with radial and axial seal with stiffeners and close end side polyurethane washer are provided within compact width and out side diameter of bearing.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide efficient and compact bearing assembly consisting of sealing means such as radial and axial seal within its chamber with life long lubrication. It is the object of the invention to convert basic design of composite bush in two parts, that is set of needle roller bearing row and another half portion consist composite bush within bearing and top side non metallic wear resistance material friction creator inventive structural additions and improvements. It is further object of the invention to avoid entry of pollutants inside the king pin by radial and axial seal due to direct exposure to outside environment by special shape of external bush to protect bearing.
It is a further object of the invention to accommodate the seals, composite bush and top side non metallic wear resistance material washer within the chamber of the bearing assembly to preserve grease for permanent lubrication, and high rigidity of entire kingpin assembly,
As per one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, composite bearing converted and is used as radial full complement needle roller bearing, and also all function of composite Bering with sealing on lip and face. As per another preferred embodiment, the present invention also provides rigidity and absorbs shocks and reduces

friction by usage of function of radial full complement needle roller bearing, composite bush bearing, sealing on top and bottom portion of bearing and added friction on face of king pin.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings accompanying the provisional specification wherein:
Figure 2 shows the schematic cross-sectional view of the embodiment of the present invention assembled in kingpin;
Figure 3 shows the sealing assembly in open end of needle bush.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With reference to figures, the radial needle roller composite bearing assembly comprises of composite bush, polyurethane lid and sealing device.
The bearing assembly comprises of an external envelop/bush [01] made up of special alloy stainless steel material and cylindrical machined part with close rim at one end and another end open to hold seals. In the bore shell the open end seal is pressed by applying adhesive agent that retains sets of needles [05], metal washers [04], composite bush [03] and top polyurethane disc [02]. in the bearing assembly, external envelop [01] acts as external portion of the bearing and holds elements [02, 03, 04, 05, 06, and 07] and guides those during oscillation or rotation and acts as means to keep integer all part together. The envelop [01] contains flat face at close end to provide room for holding polyurethane [02]. The extreme open end [12] is kept open for insertion of component [03, 04, and 06] and allows getting glued and pressed seal inside. The portion of the envelop shell ID guides the needle roller [05] and composite bush [03], metal washer [04], and polyurethane part [02],

Metal washer [04] gives guidance to face of sets of needles [05] when bearing is swelling in clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
As per one of the preferred embodiment of present invention the washer portion [04] guides the face of needle and separately the composite bush [03]. It also introduces a concept of using composite bush and full complement needles in one integer bush.
For rust & pollution prevention special coating is provided on close end of bush [10] surface shown in chain dotted line.
As per the present invention the rubber seal used as for sealing in radial and axial direction. The rubber seal [06, 07] has low carbon steel metal stiffener [07] and press fitted in inner diameter of shell [01]. The rubber seal [06, 07] may be produced by molding, wherein steel stiffener attached to the seal so as to have a simultaneous bonding of resilient material to form an integral part thereof.
As per the present invention, the composite bush improves the rigidity, eliminates play and needle bush increases wear resistance properties. The top polyurethane [02] adds friction on face of king pin.
The external portion of shell [08] improves rigidity because of composite bush [03] and the external portion [09] increases for wear resistance because hardened needle contact on case harden shell.
The embodiments of the invention described, referred hereinabove are calculated to overcome the hurdles and achieve benefits, and advantages as hereinabove set forth. It may be possible to further modify and improve the described invention within the scope of the unity of the present invention.
