DESCRIPTION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to antipollution devices, and specifically to an improved antipollution device for use on vehicles which operates to substantially reduce the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons emitted from the vehicle's exhaust.
Background of invention :
Air pollution is the introduction of harmful substances including particular and biological molecules Into Earth's atmosphere. It may cause diseases , allergies or death in humans; It may also cause harm to other living organisms such as animals and food crops, and may damage the natural or built environment. Human activity and natural processes can both generate air pollution.
We have come across many different types of antipollution devices which have been developed Athough antipollution devices have been satisfactory to some extent, typically they have the drawbacks of being costly to build and install, and in many cases, decrease efficiency.
It has long been desirable for the construction of an antipollution device for use in vehicles, and other pollution-producing facilities and factories.We have to construct an antipollution device which can reduce pollution without reducing efficiency,being inexpensive to manufacture and install and inexpensive to maintain.

The present invention provides an improved antipollution device which, when installed on vehicles, substantially reduces the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons contained in the exhaust gases.lt increases the oxygen level in atmosphere we breadth thus it is the big advantage.
The present invention provides that antipollution device which is simple in construction, inexpensive to build and install.Its maintainence is very easy and is efficient in operation .
It increases the oxygen level in air.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention substantially reduces the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons contained in the exhaust gases of a vehicle having a combustion engine.
The present invention , RBP Antipollution device includes a container which is made up of steel / non chemical reactive hard plastic .It has an inlet and an outlet for exhaust gas transmission from silencer of the vehicle(combustion type).The inlet of the container tank is connected with hard rubber/plastic pipe to the silencer of the vehicle (combustion type).The container is the main chemical reactive chamber where lime water reacts with the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons contained in the exhaust gases of a vehicle having a combustion engine.After reactive dissolution of pollutant gases into lime water ,the exhaust gases coming out of the outlet of the tank is almost pure and contains only 05-15 % of harmful gases.The final exhaust contains increased level of oxygen gas and very lesser amount (05-15)% of carbon dioxide ,carbonmonoxide and other hydro -carbons.
The antipollution device has pollutant gases measurement section and data transmitting system (to mobile) which consists of the following:
(a) A PH meter which is used for monitoring the PH value of lime water solution
(b) GSM/GPRS SIM900 is used for sms sending to users mobile
(c) Lime water solution works as a reactive solution which reacts with pollutant gases present in vehicle exhaust gases.
(d) Inside the reactive tank container of the anti-pollution device, PH meter electrodes measure the potential difference of solution.
MECHANISM OF DATA TRANSMITTING SYSTEM (TO MOBILE)
The reading of PH meter will show in terms of voltage signal and then this signal will pass through the Gsm/Gprs kit, which gives a text message to users mobile in the form of voltage level, which is for indicating the amount of solution present in the device. As the amount of lime water decreases, the voltage signal also decrease, thus indicating the user to refill the solution of lime water into the device.

It shows the present invention RBP anti-pollution device.Central portion 3 is the reactive chamber for exhaust gases.connection pipe 4 connects chamber 3 from exhaust pipe of the vehicle.Box 8 is attached simply above reactive chamber 3. Box 8 contains ph meter 1 and data transmitter (to mobile) 2.PH Meter 1 has two electrodes 6 and 7 which is positive and negative and is dipped inside near bottom of reactive tank 3.Final exhaust pipe 5 is connected to upper portion of reactive chamber 3.reactive chamber 3 has outlet 9 at its bottom wall.

DETAILED DISCUSSION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Referring to fig (a) Reaction tank 3 chamber The Lime water is filled inside . In this reaction chamber ,Smoke of vehicle enters through pipe 4 .Smoke enters from vehicle silencer 10 through the heat resistive pipe/hose 4 which connects the silencer to the

chamber 3 inlet .Tank out let 9 is giving the facility for the chemically reacted product (wastage ) to be discarded out.The electrodes dipped 6 and 7 measures the concentration of H+ ion of the lime water and it gives the signal to the integrated circuit in terms of voltage signal to data transmitter 2 on any concerned mobile.
PH meter 1 receives the voltage signal from it's electrode and gives the voltage.With the help of PH meter the quantity of lime water is determined in terms of voltage signal.
Referring to GPRS/GSM DATA TRANSMITTER 2 ;output signal of PH meter will enter the Kit ,and kit will send this signal to user's mobile as a text massage. This text massage will indicate the concentration of solution in terms of voltage. If voltage is decreased , it means it is required to fill the lime water in the reaction tank.lt shows high for high concentration and low for low concentration of lime water.After the reaction of exhaust gases from silencer 10 of vehicle inside tank chamber 3 is carried out through pipe 5.Some gases get dissolved also.The gas coming out from exhaust pipe 5 is almost contain gases free from pollutants and also it has increased oxygen level quantity.

What is claimed is:
l.An antipollution device for substantially reducing the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons produced by the exhaust from a vehicle having a combustion engine and an exhaust pipe, comprising of rective tank chamber which is made up of steel/non chemical reactive hard plastic 2.The antipollution device is based on electro-chemical process as we measure the potential difference when vehicle smoke (exhaust gas) reacts with lime water.
It has one inlet and one outlet at the longitudinal opposite ends of the tank.outlet is located on uppermost section of the tank and inlet is on downward side and it gets connected through high temperature resistive pipe from exhaust pipe silencer of the vehicle.
3. The device has box attached above tank which contains a ph meter and data transmitter (to mobile) it has IC circuit to determine the PH value of solution in terms of potential difference.The IC is connected to GSM/GPRS kit through which the analog signal is converted into digital output.
4.In this device, the rate of emission of polluted smoke (vehicle) becomes very low due to reduction of amount of CO,C02,CH,S02 and N02 in the smoke of vehicle when it is made to react with lime water.
5.The present device is also an oxygen level enhancer.The amount of 02 is increased to a good extent in the exhaust gases from anti pollution device.lt is a big by product which enriches our environment.
6.In this device, an adequate amount of lime water must be maintained in order to get the desired potential difference at which the concentration of mixture of gases present in vehicle smoke is reduced.

7.The device contains a GSM/GPRS kit through which the user gets a text message in terms of voltage which indicates the concentration of lime water present in a device .As the level of lime water decreases the voltage is also decreases, thus indicating the user to refill the lime water in device.
8.The cost of production of this device is low and can work in high and low temperature environment.

Object of invention :- With the help of this device, the air pollution is minimized by reducing the amount of harmful gases like C02,CO,CxHx,S02,N02 present in the smoke emitted by the vehicle. The main advantage of this device is that it increases the amount of 02 present in the smoke .
