1. A system to evaluate a potential property owner/ landlord comprising, a web portal for both the parties, the associated system to assess the property owner/ landlord for speedy and hassle free real estate rental property management for both the parties.
2. A system of claim 1, wherein potential tenant registers to the online rent portal and a list of potential property owners/ landlord profiles registered to the website will be presented to the tenant.
3. A system of claim 2, wherein potential owner/ landlord profile is based on information procured from past owner’s reviews, social networking sites, digital market place, search engines etc. and would include information such as personal, employment, social, owner’s maintenance responsibility, owner’s past records with previous tenants, reviews of previous tenants related to owner, ownership details, owner’s court records, etc.
4. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system may contain owner/ landlord profile evaluation and rating based on assessment data.
5. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system may contain lease agreement generation.
6. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system provides hassle free, speedy, real- time tenant verification information output with minimal manual intervention.
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The subject matter of the invention relates to the field of real estate. More particularly, the invention discloses artificial intelligence-based real estate rental property owner/ landlord evaluation, listing and rating system for real estate rental property management.
Background of the Invention
When a tenant is searching a right place or rented property to live, deciding on the right property owner/ landlord is one of the crucial parameters. Before moving in the new rented property and signing the lease agreement it is important for a tenant to ensure if he will be comfortable while working with the prospective owner. However, this evaluation process is truly overwhelming and labour intensive as there are several parameters that a tenant needs to gather not only regarding the property but also of its owner. Till date majority of the real estate management support service systems have been provided for the property owner. For example: 1) Patent application number US20090240565A1 discloses an online system and method for tenants and landlords to conduct property rental transactions and property management, while simultaneously assessing the performance of landlords and tenants in an online environment. 2) The invention in patent application JP2017224207A relates to a real estate management support service system for supporting property owners in the entire life cycle of rental at the time. Hence, there exists a need for an online web portal wherein there is a property owner evaluation system for prospective tenants to monitor the potential property owner/ landlord.
To give a technical solution to the above mentioned problems, the current invention approaches to create a self-learning Artificial intelligence based algorithm.
Object of Invention
That object of the present invention is to provide a rental property owner evaluation and listing system for automated real estate rental property management for potential tenants.
Summary of the Invention
In one embodiment of the invention, a rental property management system is provided for tenant and property owner registration through a web portal which further includes a system for listing rental property owner/ landlord and further evaluation.

Detailed Description of the Invention
To make a good decision whether or not to rent a real estate rental property of a particular landlord, a tenant needs to take into account a number of factors, most important amongst them being the background information of a prospective property owner/ landlord. The process of lease relationship development is very tedious and time and labour intensive. However, many of the above mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated by the system disclosed in the present invention.
In the present invention, a system is developed wherein a potential tenant registers to a web portal and the tenant would be able to interact/ communicate with the property owner/ landlord and would be able to get property owner’s / landlord’s information based on multiple factors related to personal, employment, social etc. Through this web portal the registered tenant would be able to know about registered owner’s profile wherein owner’s maintenance responsibility, owner’s past records with previous tenants, reviews of previous tenants related to the owner, ownership details, owner’s court records, etc and every other information that the registered tenant needs to make a decision to rent with a particular registered owner/ landlord before finalizing the property of interest.
One embodiment of present invention describes a system wherein the system create profiles of several owner’s, registered to the website, with required information as specified by the registered tenant and present this information to the tenants in the form of ratings processed by the algorithm.
Another embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the system makes the lease agreement generation a lot easier, faster and hassle free for both, the tenant and the owner.
The real estate website 101 may include an online rental portal 102 for registration of the tenant 103 and property owners/ tenants 104, wherein the application would present the list of rental properties 106 as per tenant’s preference based on property owner’s/ landlord’s profile 105. This owner’s/ landlord’s profile would be based on owner’s/ landlord’s information such as personal, employment, social, owner’s maintenance responsibility, owner’s past records with previous tenants, reviews of previous tenants related to owner, ownership details, owner’s court records, etc. procured from past owner’s reviews, social networking sites, digital market place, search engines etc. The application 107 would further present a rating based on owner/ landlord information evaluation. By looking into the owner’s/ landlord’s information, the tenant 103 may proceed with renting with the property owner/ landlord 104.
