Abstract: A real time appointments scheduling systemand method for improved time management, with integrated real time location tracking and alarming system. The system comprising at least one input device such as Smartphone, at least one server connecting the user (2) and a service provider and a storing data of the user(2) appointment history, treatment and diagnostic reports etc.; and at least one service provider connected to that server(1). A user(2) is having an application(4) installed in portable devices such as Smartphone, portable computer, smart watch or like wherein said application(4) method is able to limit the search based upon several possible criteria, such as keyword related to the service, location or service area, time and date for the service, pricing or if telephone consultation is required, or the distance that the user (2)willing to travel to the service provider(3) to book an appointment and one another application (22) for service providers (3). Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to a system and method for internet-based
appointment system with improved time management and real time location
tracking system for service appointments. More particularly, the present
invention provides a system and method for a reservation system capable of
searching nearby service providers and handling request to book appointments
for a service with improved time management, integrated real time location
tracking and alarming system.
Background of the invention:
Information technology is growing exponentially over the time and has
numerous applications in creating a comfortable life. In daily routine, a person is
required to carry out a lot of tasks and these tasks at times involve connecting
to various service providers. Hence, when a person is in need of a service, the
person must speak directly with a service provider. The service providers are
first identified by looking up providers either in a physical directory or through
an online directory search service or at freely available search engines. When
the person identifies a suitable service provider, the provider is usually contacted
through a telephone, and the person speaks directly with a staff member
employed by the service provider to discuss dates, times when the service can
be provided. Also, if a service provider were to arrive late or if a consumer
spends excessive time with a service provider, the entire appointment schedule
gets pushed out.
At present, there is no provision for real time appointment tracking and alarming
system available to track the status of the appointment schedule from client as
well as from service providers. Most service providers do allow consumers to
book appointments only for their services online, but there is no provision for
tracking the time and distances a consumer in the real time or alert system.
The real time tracking plays a vital role in a scenario when a person is seeking
services for medical help. When a person requires medical help then there are a
lot of factors based on which the services are required such as nearby location,
doctor’s specialization and fees etc. At times while seeking medical help the
requirement is urgent and an appointment is required as soon as possible. In

such scenarios, a person does not know exactly where to reach and hence ends
up roaming from one place to other.
By thereference of US patent no.US8150718B2byBITS TO ATOMS Incdated
2009-05-13, titled”System and method for automatically scheduling
appointments”discloses a system and method for automatically scheduling
appointments with a scoring module that gives appointment on the basis of
preference-based module. This includes, appointment server system,
appointment preference information from a client system associated with a user
wherein the appointment preference information includes contact details for one
or more contacts of the user. In response to receiving the appointment
preference information from the user, the appointment server system
automatically, without human intervention, schedules proposed appointment
based at least in part on the appointment preference information. The main
drawback of the present invention is that there is no control of the user/client on
the system, one is not able to choose the desired service provider as per their
location preference and location as per their choice, also there is no provision for
real time location tracking and giving reminder and real time status of the
scheduled appointment.
By thereference of US patent no.US7865386B2bySarkar Shyamal Kdated
2006-06-03, titled”Appointment scheduling system”discloses a method and
system for alerting users of an appointment system of any change in an
appointment schedule between practitioners and clients. If a user registered in
the appointment system chooses to schedule an appointment, the user confirms
the appointment by sending a conformation message to the message handling
module.The appointment system, at predetermined intervals of time compares
the status of preferred schedule of appointment against the existing schedule of
appointments and if there is any change in the status of scheduled appointment,
the change is stored in the central database and an alert message generated.
The alert messages are sent via email or short message services (SMS) or a prerecorded voice message on their wire-line phone to users affected by the change
in schedule and who have registered for the appointment service.The main
drawback of the present invention is that there is no control of the user/client on
the system, there is no provision for real time location tracking and giving
reminder and real time status of the scheduled appointment.

By thereference of US patent no.US20080249830A1byGregory Gilman,
Danieldated 2007-03-12, titled”Appointment scheduling system”The present
invention relates to an online appointment scheduling system. The system is
configured to register a client (e.g., doctor) and at least a first and second
vendor (e.g., sales representative) with the system. The system receives from
the client a set of rules for vendor appointments. A client schedule of available
appointments is generated that complies with the set of rules. The client
schedule is accessible by the first vendor, to allow the first vendor to book an
appointment. Once booked, the appointment is designated as a pending
appointment. The system then requires that the first vendor confirm the pending
appointment within a confirmation window and, where upon confirmation, the
appointment is designated as a confirmed appointment. Alternatively, if the first
vendor fails to confirm the appointment within the confirmation window, a
notification is sent to a second vendor of a now available appointment.
The main drawback of the present invention is that there is no reservation
system as well as tracking system or alarm system.
By thereference of US patent no.US6389454B1, byMedical Specialty
Softwaredated 1999-05-13, titled”Multi-facility appointment scheduling
system” A computer-implemented method of scheduling an appointment at a
plurality of facilities providing a plurality of services, comprising receiving a
packet of client information from a client, the client information including
personal data, service data, client appointment preference data, and payment
data; comparing the service data to a set of service constraints in order to
determine any limitations on the scheduling of the appointment; inputting the
client information into a scheduling server; verifying the client information;
generating a predetermined number of appointment candidates based upon an
analysis of the client information and the appointment scheduling limitations;
communicating the appointment candidates to the client; generating an
appointment based upon the client's selection of one of the appointment
candidates; generating appointment information related to the appointment, the
appointment information including the client information, the service constraints,
an appointment date, an appointment time, the identity of the available facility,
and the resources to be utilized; reporting at least a portion of the appointment
information to the client and all of the client information to the available facility;

and confirming the appointment in the scheduling server. A data processing
system for scheduling an appointment from among a plurality of facilities is also
disclosed.
The main drawback of the present invention is thatthere is no provision for real
time location tracking and giving reminder and real time status of the scheduled
appointment with alert system.
By thereference of US patent no.US20050027580A1, byRichard Crici, Raphael
Sidelmandated 1999-12-01, titled”Internet-based appointment scheduling
system”Appointment scheduling systems and methods of providing service
receivers with remote appointment scheduling capabilities utilizing the Internet.
According to one embodiment, at least one service provider, such as a physician,
enters a schedule into a computer system showing time slots in which the
physicians see patients. This system is linked to the Internet where it is available
for viewing by the general public. When a member of the general public accesses
the scheduling system, the potential service receiver can view the entire
schedule and make appointments. The appointment schedule of the service
provider is modified and most preferably, the appointment schedule of the
service receiver is also modified. The scheduling system can also maintain the
schedule of the service receiver. According to another aspect, in order to
schedule an appointment, a service receiver can be required to make some predetermined payment, for example, via a credit card or a debit card.
The main drawback of the present invention is thatthere is no provision for real
time location tracking and giving reminder and real time status of the scheduled
appointment and consultation to user as well as service provider.
By thereference of US patent no.US20090138283A1,byLizbeth Ann
Browndated 2007-11-27, titled”Appointment scheduling system and
method”A scheduling program and system includes a database of client
information including a field relating to an appointment date. Within a range of
the appointment date, preferably one week, the program cues a user to contact
a patient to schedule an appointment within the next week. Three attempts are
made to schedule the patient before the patient is withheld from the Loop and
informed via mail that it is now the patient's responsibility to contact the office

to arrange an acceptable appointment. The program further includes a method
for tracking “no-show” and non-paying patients.
The main drawback of the present invention is that it not provides consultation
to user as well as service provider. Invention provides no such feature that user
is able to limit the search based upon several possible criteria, such as keyword
related to the service, location or service area, time and date for the service or
alert system.
Therefore, there is a need of technology that shall improve the time
management, give real time status with integrated real time location tracking
and alarm system to remind the appointments status and time.
However, none of the above discussed inventions provides provision
that user is able to limit the search based upon several possible criteria,
such as keyword related to the service, location or service area, time
and date for the service or tracking and alert system.All the above
discussed inventions are not providing such system which provides
internet-basedreal time appointment scheduling system for
appointments scheduling capable of searching service providers as per
need with track and alert.The invention comprisingreal time tracking
wherein system is configured to raise an alarm to user in case the user
is far away from the location of service provider and it is not possible for
user to reach by the time of appointment scheduled.
Objects of the invention:
The main object of the present invention is to provide an internet-based real
time appointment scheduling system for appointments scheduling capable of
searching service providers as per need.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an internet-based
appointment system for service appointments with integrated real time tracking
system.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a system that
provides real time consultation to user as well as service provider.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a real time appointment
scheduling systemfor service appointments with integrated alarming system to
alert the user on the basis of the time slot allotted and real time location.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an internet-based
appointment system for service appointments with integrated real time tracking
system that provides directions to the service provider or vice versa.
Still another object of the present invention having an application installed in
user’s portable devices such as Smartphone, portable computer, smartwatch or
like wherein user is able to limits the search based upon several possible criteria,
such as keyword related to the service, location or service area, time and date
for the service, pricing or if telephone consultation is required, or the distance
that the user willing to travel to the service provider to book an appointment.
Still another object of the present invention is to provideat least one service
provider (3) connected to the server (1); and make a direct communication
between user and service provider and appointment is scheduled.
Still another object of the present invention is to provideanapplication (4)
consisting integrated artificial intelligence based algorithm with management of
clinical consultation on a real time and plurality options for user (2) and service
provider (3) and one another application (22) of service provider.
Still another object of the present invention to provide a change to user for finish
the appointment ahead of time scheduled in case the other user (2) previous in
list is absent; wherein user (2) shares personal details such as contact details,
address, old diagnostic data, old billing details to the service provider and assists
the user in booking, cancelling, rescheduling and rebooking appointment with a
service provider (3).
Still another object of the present invention to provide automatically update of
the status of the appointment and generate a notification and inform to the user
(2) about other users in list and their status i.e. if they are present or absent,
wherein the user has a chance to finish the appointment ahead of time
scheduled in case the other user (2) previous in list is absent.

Summary of the invention:
The present invention is a real time appointment scheduling system for medical
assistance which is connected with a plurality of service providers medical and
wellness centres for service appointments which offer the ability to book
appointments based on the consumers nearby locations and other personal
preferences. The service providers are preferably medical and wellness centres.
More particularly, the present invention relates to a time saving system and
method for services for users that shall eliminate long wait time for getting
medical treatment and capable of searching nearby service providers and
handling requests to book appointments for a service selected from multiple
categories of services.
The one aspect of the present invention is proposed a real time appointments
scheduling system for improved time management, with integrated real time
location tracking and alarming system, wherein said system comprises: at least
one input device such as smartphone, personal computer, tablet or alike
generally connected to internet networks with inbuilt application to receive user
details and a request for fetching service providers; at least one server
connecting the user and a service provider and a storing data of the user
appointment history, treatment and diagnostic reports etc.; and at least one
service provider connected to said server; wherein, the system identifies the
services required as entered by the user and shares the information entered at
input device such as user details, time of the service required and location of the
user with said service providers. Here, the system obtains a list of suitable
service providers as per user requirement and shares the information of the
service provider with the user to connect the user and service provider via
providing details of the service provider such as contact details, address, date
and time slot availability for the appointment. The user and service provider
thereafter have a direct communication and appointment is scheduled. Further,
the system is configured to track the user in real time on the day of appointment
and notify the timing of appointment and time required to reach to the service
provider. While real time tracking, the system is configured to raise an alarm to
user in case the user is far away from the location of service provider and it is
not possible for user to reach by the time of appointment scheduled.

In another aspect, the present invention provides a real time appointments
scheduling system for service appointments with integrated real time location
tracking for reminding the time of the appointment with respect to the location
of the user. While real time location tracking: if the location of the user changes,
the system tracks and calculates the distance between the user and service
provider accordingly and alerts the user. Additionally, if the user continues to
move beyond the certain range/distance that cannot be covered in the stipulated
time period (and if there is no response against the alerts), the server
automatically sends messages to the service provider for either rescheduling or
cancellation of the appointment.
Yet another aspect of the present invention, a user is having an application
installed in portable devices such as smartphone, portable computer, and smart
watch or like. The user is able to limit the search based upon several possible
criteria, such as keyword related to the service, location or service area, time
and date for the service, pricing or if telephone consultation is required, or the
distance that the user willing to travel to the service provider to book an
appointment.
Yet another aspect, the present invention provides a real time appointment
scheduling system wherein a user shares personal details such as contact
details, address, old diagnostic data, old billing details to the service provider.
Hence, the system assists the user in booking, cancelling, rescheduling and
rebooking appointment with a service provider. The diagnostic and medical
reports are useful to other service providers to conclude further treatment
required.

Brief description of invention:
The present invention will now be described herein after with reference to the
accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the
invention are shown. While the following description details the preferred
embodiments of the present invention is not limited in its application to the
details of construction and arrangement of the parts illustrated in the
accompanying drawings.With reference to the figures, the enclosed description

and drawings are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments and represent
several different ways of configuring the present invention. Although specific
components, materials, configurations and uses of the present invention are
illustrated and set forth in this disclosure, it should be understood that a number
of variations to the components and to the configuration of those components
described herein and in the accompanying figures can be made without changing
the scope and function of the invention set forth herein.
The present invention is proposed real time appointments scheduling system and
method for improved time management, with integrated real time location
tracking and alarming system, wherein said system comprises: at least one
input device such as Smartphone, personal computer, tablet or alike generally
connected to internet networks with inbuilt application(4) to receive user(2)
details and a request for fetching service providers; at least one server(1)
connecting the user(2) and a service provider(3) and a storing data of the user
appointment history, treatment and diagnostic reports etc.; and at least one
service provider(3) connected to said server (1). The said system identifies the
services required as entered by the user (2) and shares the information entered
at input device such as user details, time of the service required and location of
the user (2) with said service providers and provides a direct communication
between user (2) and service provider (3) and appointment is scheduled. Said
system is configured to track the user (2) in real time on the day of
appointment and notify the timing of appointment and time required to reach to
the service provider (3), wherein a user (2) is having an application (4)

watch or like and another application (22) for service provider (3). Said method
comprising application (4), wherein user (2) is able to limit the search based

said service providers, wherein said system obtains a list of suitable service
providers(3) as per user (2) requirement.

providing details of the service provider(3) such as contact details, address,
date and time slot availability for the appointment.
The present invention comprising, means for service appointments with
integrated real time location tracking for reminding the time of the appointment
with respect to the location of the user(2).
The present invention comprising, means for changes in location of the user(2),
wherein said system tracks and calculates the distance between the user (2)and
service provider accordingly and alerts the user(2); wherein if the user(2)
continues to move beyond a certain range/distance that is not possible to cover
in a stipulated time period and if there is no response against the alerts, the
server automatically sends messages to the service provider(3) for either
rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.
The present invention comprising, means for configure automatically update of
the status of the appointment and generate a notification and inform to the user
(2) about other users in list and their status i.e. if they are present or absent,
wherein the user has a chance to finish the appointment ahead of time
scheduled in case the other user (2) previous in list is absent.

The present invention comprising, means for service appointments with
integrated real time tracking system, wherein the system is configured to track
the user(2) in real time on the day of appointment and notify the timing of
appointment and time required to reach to the service provider(3).
The present invention comprising, means for alert to user (2) in case the user is
far away from the location of service provider and it is not possible for user
(2)to reach by the time of appointment scheduled.
The present invention provides a real time appointment scheduling system for
internet-based reservation with improved time management, real time location
tracking for service appointments with integrated real time location tracking and
reminding the time of an appointment with respect to the location of the user
(2). Further, if the location of the user (2) changes, the system tracks and
calculates the distance between the user (2) and service provider (3)
accordingly and alerts the user (3). Additionally, if the user (2) continues to
move beyond the certain range/distance that cannot be covered in the stipulated
time period (and if there is no response against the alerts), the server (1)
automatically sends messages to the service provider for either rescheduling or
cancellation of the appointment.
The present invention comprising system and method, wherein the system

tracking, the system is configured to raise an alarm to user in case the user(2)
is far away from the location of service provider (3)and it is not possible for user
(2)to reach by the time of appointment scheduled.
As discussed in Figure 1, the service provider (3) includes but is not limited to
a doctor, a medical or wellness centre, a diagnostic lab and alike. The user (2)
with the help of the system is able to shortlist the service provider (3) i.e.

doctor or diagnostic lab based on search criteria such as location of user(2),
medical specialty, fees, facility required, diagnostic test required and alike.
A real time appointment scheduling system for real time location tracking and
alarm feedback system is referring to Figure1. Said process of real time
tracking and alarming system comprises of a user (2)with at least one handheld
device enabled with communication as well as navigation system such as
internet and GPS (Global Positioning System), and a plurality of service
providers(3) also available with at least one electronic device with external

management, with integrated real time location tracking and alarming
system, wherein said system comprises:

receive user(2) details and a request for fetching service providers(3);
at least one server(1) connecting the user(2) and a service provider(3) and
a storing data of the user appointment history, treatment and diagnostic

at least one service provider(3) connected to said server(1);
wherein, the system identifies the services required as entered by the user
(2)and shares the information entered at input devicesuch as user details,
time of the service required and location of the user (2)with said service
providers and provides a direct communication between user and service

said system is configured to track the user in real time on the day of
appointment and notify the timing of appointment and time required to
reach to the service provider (3), wherein a user(2) is having an

appointments with integrated real time location tracking for reminding the

location of the user(2), wherein said system tracks and calculates the
distance between the user (2)and service provider accordingly and alerts the
user(2);wherein if the user(2) continues to move beyond a certain
range/distance that is not possible to cover in a stipulated time period and if
there is no response against the alerts, the server automatically sends
messages to the service provider(3) for either rescheduling or cancellation
of the appointment.

automatically update of the status of the appointment and generate a
notification and inform to the user(2)about other users in list and their
status i.e. if they are present or absent, wherein the user has a chance to
