Recycling Unit

Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a recycling unit (104) for recycling trimmed material in a laminating system (100). The recycling unit (104) may include a blower (202) that may blow the trimmed material downstream in the recycling unit (104). Further, the recycling unit (104) may include one or more ducts (204) that may coupled to the blower (202). The duct (204) may further include at least one bent portion (402) having perforations (404) therein. The bent portion (402), in operation, may allow excess air to escape from the duct (204) to regulate the flow of the trimmed material in the duct (204). The recycling unit (104) may further include one or more flappers (206) installed inside the duct (204). In one implementation, the flapper (204) may vary an area of flow of air and the trimmed material to control the flow of air and the trimmed material.
