DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0030]
The following describes embodiments of the present invention.
1 is an external perspective view of the reel as viewed from one flange side, FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the reel as viewed from the other flange side. Further, FIG. 3 is a sectional perspective view of the reel. Reel 1 shown in the figures is for accepting by winding wires are formed as a reel with a portable capable of supplying wire to the reinforcing bar binding machine body. Reel 1 includes a cylindrical hub 3 having a winding unit 2 capable wound wire, spaced from each other in the axial direction of the hub 3 (in this embodiment is provided on both sides in an axial direction of the hub 3), wound comprising opposing surface 4a facing each other across the part 2, a pair of flanges having 5a a (first, second flange) 4,5.
[0031]
Hub 3 has been formed as a shank cylindrical having a winding portion 2 to the outer peripheral surface, a portion that serves as the center of rotation of the reel 1 (axis). On the outer peripheral surface of the winding unit 2, the hole 24 communicating the interior of the hub 3 is provided (see FIG. 6). Hole 24 is used for fixing by inserting the end of the wire to be winding start. The outer diameter of the winding unit 2, or cause locally bent winding wire, overly strong curl is set so as not adhere. Incidentally, the shape of the winding unit 2 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, as long as the wound wire does not cause localized bending or the like, may be polygonal shape close to, for example, a circle.
[0032]
Hub 3 has a double tube structure, the inner hub 3 concentric tubular portion 15 is formed. The portion close to the cylindrical portion 15 inside the flange 5, the spline shaft engageable with a plurality of teeth 16 of the wire winding device provided in the reinforcing bar binding machine main body (not shown) is formed. The shape of the tubular portion 15, be formed necessarily other shapes such as projections or recesses shape provided in the cylindrical not necessarily limited to cylindrical on the locus at equal intervals or unequal intervals good.
[0033]
Flange 4 and 5, a position spaced apart in the axial direction of the hub 3, i.e., a member of disk shape extending radially from both axial sides of the hub 3 in the radial direction. Flanges 4,5 extend radially outward, with the winding unit 2 forms a housing space of the wire. Flanges 4,5 are fixed to the hub 3 rotates together with the hub 3. Hub 3 and the flange 4 and 5, and is formed as an integral molded product by injection molding of a polypropylene resin material as an example. There is no harm in using the ABS resin, polycarbonate and the like in the resin material.
[0034]
Flange 4 and 5, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a substantially flat and has a substantially constant thickness. However, winding of the wire relative to the hub 3, accommodating, if the drawer or the like can be performed smoothly, need not have a constant thickness. The outer peripheral shape of the flange 4, 5 need not necessarily be circular and may be any rotatable shape while being accommodated in the reinforcing bar binding machine body. For example, a polygonal shape similar to a circle, it may be a shape having a tooth on the outer periphery. Flange 4 and 5, the surface located on the opposite side of the opposing surfaces 4a, 5a, i.e., the surface 4b facing outward, in 5b, retention of strength, the ribs of various shapes in terms of identification, such as type of wire Ya and it has an uneven portion.
[0035]
One first flange 4 is a flange 4, 5 disposed so as to face in the surface 4b, meaning either wire type (or reel type (reel of the wound which wire, hereinafter). The following in this specification the term "type of wire" the information display unit 9 and 12 for identifying to) intended to include "type of reel" is formed. Information display unit 9 and 12, around the axial center of the hub 3 (spaced axial center radially of the hub 3) first information display section 9 (9A disposed on the first circumferential C1, 9B, 9C, and 9D), around the axis of the hub 3, located in a small (inner peripheral side diameter than the first circumference C1) a second disposed on the second circumferential C2 comprising the information display section 12 (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D) and a. Information provided by the first and / or second information display section 9 and 12, the wire size and standards, the material and wire configuration of the wire (e.g., line twist by a single wire, such as stranded wire with multiple lines) and / or information about the reel itself, relates and whether reel good specific type compatible with either available or tool may also include one or more information.
[0036]
The first information display section 9 extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface 4b of the flange 4 (which protrudes from the surface 4b of the flange 4) a plurality of protrusions (first protrusions) 9a (9a1, 9a2, 9a3 comprises a 9a4), and a recess (slit) 9b (9b1,9b2,9b3) formed between the protrusions 9a and the convex portion 9a. In this embodiment, an annular rib 25 of member wall-like on the first circumferential C1 is erected, first information display section 9 is formed on the annular rib 25 (top). Specifically the first information display section 9 protrudes from the upper surface of the annular rib 25 (upper edge) (extending) and four protrusions 9A1,9a2,9a3,9a4, these protrusions 9a1, 9a2, 9a3, between 9a4 (between the convex portion 9a1 and the convex portion 9a2, a convex portion 9a2 and the convex portion and between between the convex portion 9a3 and the convex portion 9a4 of the 9a3) formed by the three recesses 9b1,9b2,9b3 formed It is. Protrusion 9a is a shielding portion that does not transmit light, substantially rectangular shield made (plate member), the height (from the top surface of the annular rib 25 to the top of the convex portion 9a height) and the thickness of both the number of meat It is set to about mm. On the other hand, the recess 9b can function as light transmitting portion which transmits light. With the four protrusions 9a1,9a2,9a3,9a4 is substantially the same shape, they are arranged at equal intervals, respectively, are provided integrally with the annular rib 25.
[0037]
Between the first information display section 9 adjacent to the first information display section 9 a with this, when viewed flange 4 from a lateral direction (lateral), that is, orthogonal to the axis of the hub 3 when viewed from the direction, spacing portion 10 functioning as an aperture (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) are provided. The depth of the spacing portion 10 is formed so as to substantially coincide with the height of the convex portion 9a. In the present embodiment, although the convex portions 9a and recess 9b is formed in the same shape, respectively, both convex portions 9a and recess 9b, all need not be the same shape. For example, the width to be different, respectively, in the circumferential direction of the convex portion 9a and the recess 9b, the depth of the height and the recess 9b of the convex portion 9a of may be different, respectively.
[0038]
Instead of projecting the protrusion 9a from the upper surface of the annular rib 25, for example, without providing the annular rib 25 (not through the annular rib 25) so as to protrude directly protrusion 9a from the surface of the flange 4 it may be. However, the annular rib 25 is a plate member formed of a wall of continuous annular, since it is integrally formed with the flange 4, it increases the strength of the flange 4 by providing an annular rib 25, the deformation of the flange 4 it is possible to prevent or reduce.
[0039]
The second information display section 12 extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface 4b of the flange 4 (which protrudes from the surface 4b of the flange 4) a plurality of protrusions (second protrusions) 12a (12a1 and 12a2) constituted by a plurality of recesses formed on both sides of the convex portion 12a (slit) 12b (12b1,12b2,12b3). In this embodiment, an annular rib 26 of member wall-like on the second circumferential C2 is erected, the second information display section 12 is integrally formed on the upper surface of the annular rib 26. Specifically, the second information display section 12, and three recesses 12b1,12b2,12b3 formed in the upper surface (upper edge) of the annular rib 26, two sandwiched between the recess 12b1,12b2,12b3 It constituted by the projections 12a1 and 12a2. Substantially rectangular shield protrusions 12a do not transmit light made (plate member), a height (top of the bottom surface of the recess 12b (to the upper surface) of the annular rib 26 height) and thickness both about several mm It is set. With the two protrusions 12a1,12a2 is substantially the same shape and are arranged at predetermined intervals. The second information display section 12A of the annular rib 26, 12B, 12C, portions other than the 12D is a shield 13 which does not transmit light through the wall of the annular rib 26 remaining (13A, 13B, 13C, 13D) constituting the light-shielding portion.
[0040]
In the first information display section 9, the convex portion 9a from the upper surface of the annular rib 25 is configured to protrude, the bottom surface of the concave portion 9b which is continuous with the bottom surface of the projecting portion 9a is substantially coincident with the upper surface of the annular rib 25 . However, in the second information display section 12, since the recess 12b is formed on the upper surface of the annular rib 26, the bottom surface of the recess 12b is positioned lower than the upper surface of the annular rib 26. Thus, it configured so that the upper surface of the second information display section 12, the convex portion 12a is the upper surface substantially coincides annular rib 26. The upper surface of the upper surface and the annular rib 26 of the convex portion 9a formed on the upper surface of the annular rib 25 is configured such that the height relative to the surface 4b of the flange 4 substantially coincide. Therefore, the height of the protrusions 9a and the convex portion 12a is substantially the same height. The shape of the annular rib 25, 26 is not limited to the shape of the embodiment.
[0041]
Similarly the annular rib 26 is also annular rib 25 is an annular plate member formed in a continuous wall is formed integrally with the flange 4. Therefore, it is possible to further increase the strength of the flange 4 by providing an annular rib 26 in addition to the annular rib 25.
[0042]
Incidentally, the surface 4b of the flange 4, is formed an annular recess 18 at a site a hub 3 concentric corresponding to the outer periphery of the hub 3 (cross section), an annular boss portion 17 is further so as to surround the annular recess 18 It is formed. Although annular recess 18 and the boss portion 17 is a portion which is rotatably supported by the reinforcing bar binding machine body, also serves as a reinforcement of the flange 4. Therefore, it is possible to further increase the strength of the (annular rib 25, 26 coupled with) the flange 4 by providing the annular recess 18 and the boss portion 17.
[0043]
Figure 4 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the arrangement the first information display section 9 on the surface 4b of the flange 4 and the second information display section 12. In Figure 4, in order to clarify the arrangement of the first information display section 9 projecting portion 9a and the depression 9b and the second convex portions 12a and concave portions 12b of the information display portion 12, the convex portions 9a, and 12a, etc. It is represented by hatching. As shown in FIG. 4, the first information display section 9 is four equally spaced on the first circle C1. The second information display section 12 is four equally spaced on the second circumferential C2. However, first, second information display section 9 and 12 are not necessarily arranged at equal intervals. The first arrangement of the second information display section 9 and 12 has only to generally provided along the first circumferential C1 and second circumferential C2, always with each circumferential C1, C2 it is not necessary to be exactly the same.
[0044]
The first information display section 9, one surface 4b of the flange 4 in the respective regions when the 4 equally divided around the axis of the hub 3 (in the angular range of 90 degrees about the axis of the hub 3) They are arranged one by One. In other words, the first information display section 9, a line segment connecting the one of the second axis of the information display unit 12 ends and the hub 3 of the two adjacent second information display section 12 and extension of, the region sandwiched between an extension line of a line connecting the end portion and the axis of the hub 3 of the other second information display section 12 (e.g., the area a) is located within. Thus, the first information display section 9, while being four disposed on the first circumferential C1, is not completely overlap it in the radial direction of the second surface 4b of the flange 4 and the information display section 12 . In other words, the first information display section 9 is circumferentially offset from the nearest of the second information display section.
That is, the first information display section 9 and the second information display section 12, not arranged on the same diameter of the surface 4b of the flange 4 (the same on radiation). Note that "the end of the second information display section 12," refers to an outer side wall or side face of the recess 12b located at the most end of the second information display section 12 (12b1 or 12b3) (side edge).
[0045]
On the other hand, the second information display section 12, the 4 one by one arranged in equally divided area (where the second information display section 12 depending on where in the 4 or equally divided surface 4b of the flange 4 4 also be located on equal areas of the border). In other words, the second information display section 12, the inner ends of the two adjacent first information display section 9 (an end adjacent the first information display section 9 facing side) and the axis of the hub 3 region (e.g., region B) surrounded by disposed within. Thus, the second information display section 12 is four disposed on the second circle C2 as in the radial direction of the surface 4b of the flange 4 is not completely overlap with the first information display section 9. Note that "the inside ends of the first information display section 9 adjacent", among the outer sidewall or side surface of the protrusion 9a (side edge) located at the endmost of the first information display section 9, the adjacent It refers to the outer side wall or side of one of the information display unit 9 opposite side of the protrusion 9a (side edge). In the present embodiment, when one end of the first information display section 9 of the first information display section 9 adjacent, for example convex portion 9a1, "inner ends of the first information display section 9 adjacent" , the protrusion means 9a1 and other outer side wall of the convex portion 9a4 of the end of the first information display section 9, when one end of the first information display section 9 is, for example, convex portion 9a4, "next inner ends of the first information display section 9 fit "means the outer side wall of the convex portion 9a1 of the convex portion 9a4 and the other end of the first information display section 9.
[0046]
The surface 4b of the flange 4, and a pair of adjacent first information display section 9, between the first information display section 9 of the pair when viewed flange 4 from the side, i.e., the position in the interval section 10 second set of the information display unit 12 (a set of two first information display section 9 and one of the second information display section 12) to a plurality of sets in a circumferential direction (in the embodiment, the first information display unit 9A and 9B and the second information display section 12B sets, the first set of information display section 9B and 9C and the second information display section 12C, first information display section 9C and 9D and the second set of information display unit 12D, a set of four pairs of the first information display section 9D and 9A and the second information display section 12A) is provided. In other words, the surface 4b of the flange 4, a second information display section 12 of the pair of adjacent first positioned between the pair of the second information display section 12 when viewed flange 4 from the side 1 set of the information display unit 9 (a set of one of the first information display section 9 and two second information display section 12), the plurality of sets (example circumferentially display second information parts 12A and 12B and the first set of information display unit 9A, the second set of information display unit 12B and 12C and the first information display section 9B, the second information display section 12C and 12D display the first information part 9C set, a set of four pairs of the second information display section 12D and 12A and first information display section 9D) is provided. Thus, from any direction of the transverse direction of the flange 4 it can be seen the first, second information display section 9 and 12.
If the different representations with respect to FIG. 4, the circle is marked defined by first circumferential C1 around the axis of the hub 3, the first information display section 9 is different scallop of the medium of the circle respectively disposed on the (first fan-shaped portion). On the other hand, the second information display section 12 is a part, is preferably arranged so entirely located scallop than the scallops occupied by the first information display section 9 (second scallops) . That is, when the fan-shaped portion occupied by the first information display section 9 as the first sector portion, first information display section 9 is located in the first sector portion, the second information display section 12, at least part of the first information display section 9 is not occupied (other than the first information display section 9), located in the second sector portion.
Further, in the first circumferential C1, opening is provided (e.g., as shown in FIG. 1, as the interval portions 10d between the first information display section adjacent, or is below 34 as shown in, as long hole 62a of the wall portion or the wall portion between the first other wall is marked defining the information display unit 61 or the wall portion first information display section), through the opening, from the side or laterally so that you can see the second information display section 12.
[0047]
As described above, in the reel 1 according to the present embodiment, since the arrangement information displaying unit 9 and 12 on the surface 4b of the flange 4, for example, in the case of placing the information display unit in the interior of the narrow area hub 3 it can be mounted more information than. Further, the information display unit 9, 12 so disposed over the circumference C1, C2 having different surface 4b of the flange 4 can be mounted more information effectively with the surface 4b of the flange 4. Further, since the arrangement to the first information display section 9 a second information display section 12 so as not to overlap in the radial direction of the surface 4b of the flange 4, for example, when viewed flange 4 from the side, the first it can be visually recognized in the information display section 9 and the second information display section 12 simultaneously. Furthermore, since the information display unit 9, 12 is formed so as to protrude from the surface 4b of the flange 4, for example, it tends to visually recognize information display unit 9, 12 for the operator or the like handling the reel 1, further information display section 9 convex portions 9a and 12, 12a and the recess 9b, that is constituted by 12b, the shape of the information display unit 9, 12 for the operator or the like (for example, convex portions 9a, 12a and the recess 9b, 12b the number and position of) the visible and more easily. Note that, specifically, the shape of the information display unit 9, 12, i.e., the convex portions 9a, 12a and the recess 9b, the number and position of 12b is information for identifying the type of wire, discussed later to.
[0048]
In the reel 1 according to the present embodiment, the circumferential although arranged an information display unit 9, 12 on two circumferential C1, C2, such information display unit 9, 12, etc. are disposed two there is no harm even more. In this case, the surface 4b of the flange 4 can be mounted more information. Also, radially to the information display unit 9 and 12 of the surface 4b of the flange 4 is Fuere, it is possible to increase the strength of the entire amount flange 4. That is, increased information display unit (information display unit 9, 12 other than the information display section) also will have an effect as a reinforcing member of the flange 4.
[0049]
In the reel 1 according to the present embodiment has been arranged in the first information display section 9 and on different diameters so as not to overlap the second information display section 12 in the radial direction. When Gen換, first and second information display section 9 and 12 are offset from each other in the circumferential direction. However, the first convex portion 9a of the second information display section 9, 12, 12a and the recess 9b, if the 12b can be identified at the same time, the first information display section 9 and the second information display section 12 it may be partially overlapped. Therefore, in the case where the first information display section 9 does not overlap at all with the second information display section 12 all arranged in the region A (see FIG. 4), the majority of the first information display section 9 in the area A although the arrangement, there is a case where a part overlaps partially with the second information display section 12 to protrude from the region a. Similarly, in the case where the second information display section 12 does not overlap at all with the first information display section 9 all are arranged in the region B (see FIG. 4), the majority of the second information display section 12 is a region B although is disposed, and a case where a part overlaps a portion the first information display section 9 in order to protrude from the region B.
[0050]
The first circumferential C1 is located inside several mm from the outer peripheral edge of the flange 4 (radially inward toward the axis), not necessarily limited to this position, for example a flange 4 on a substantially outer peripheral it may be located in. In this case, first information display section 9 will be disposed substantially along the periphery of the surface 4b of the flange 4. However, the first information display section 9 as in this embodiment from the outer peripheral edge of the flange 4 be to located inside, even if the reel 1 receives an impact by, for example, transportation or dropping, the flange It is possible to protect the first information display section 9 possible with 4 of the outer peripheral edge.
[0051]
Returning to the explanation of FIG. 2, the flange 5 which is the other of opposed flanges 4 and 5, annular formed portion a hub 3 and a concentric surface 5b corresponding to the outer periphery of the hub 3 (cross section) the recess 20, the first convex rib 21 of annular formed so as to surround the annular recess 20, a second convex rib 22 of a plurality of radially extending from the first convex ribs 21 radially outward , connected to the second convex rib 22, a third convex rib 23 of annular formed along the outer circumferential edge of the flange 5 surface is provided. Annular recess 20 and the first convex ribs 21 becomes a portion which is rotatably supported by the reinforcing bar binding machine main body. First, second, by providing the third convex ribs 21, 22, 23, it is possible to prevent deformation of the flange 5 to increase the strength of the flange 5.
In the present embodiment and other embodiments of the second embodiment or later, we describe two provided examples convex rib of the annular. However, the number of the convex ribs of the annular may be three or more does not mean limited to two. Also, including the radial convex ribs may be formed in other shapes as long as the same function.
[0052]
Further, the surface 5b of the flange 5, the hub 3 and on the third circle C3 concentric, when viewed flange 5 from the side, a substantially right triangle shape which is formed in serrated small projections 19 ( 19a, 19b, ··) is provided with a plurality. Figure 5 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the arrangement of small projections 19 on the surface 5b of the flange 5. As shown in FIG. 5, the small projections 19, two small projections 19a which are spaced an angle θ with respect to the axis of the hub 3, and 19b as a pair of set, four sets arranged in each angle 90 ° It is.
[0053]
Small projections 19 is used to prevent the reel 1 rotates in the reverse direction. Specifically, when it is housed in the reinforcing bar binding machine main body of the mounting chamber which reel 1 is described below (106), at a site pawl provided in the mounting chamber (ratchet mechanism) corresponds to opposite sides of the small projections 19 configured to engage. Because it is formed in small projections 19 substantially right triangular shape, the reel 1 is rotated in the direction indicated by the angle between the hypotenuse and the adjacent side of the small projections 19, small projection 19 to the claw engaging rotation in the direction corresponding to the opposite side is restricted.
[0054]
Further, in the present embodiment, the direction indicated by the angle formed between the substantially oblique side of the small projections 19 formed on the right triangular and adjacent side, the direction in which the reel 1 wound on the wire is pulled out (wires distal direction), i.e., configured to match the direction of rotation of the reel 1. Therefore, if you look at the small projections 19, the direction in which the wire is drawn, i.e., it is possible to check the rotational direction of the reel 1.
[0055]
As described above, the operator or the like, first, it is possible to verify the second information display section 9 and 12 visually in order to identify the type of wire. On the other hand, it is possible to confirm first be wire reel according to the prior art described above, the transmission hole corresponding to the second information display section 9 and 12 visually. However, in the wire reel according to the prior art, since the transmitting hole is inside of the hub, when for example a plurality of the wire reel is placed in a state of being stacked, it is to check the transmission hole visually very difficult (of stacked wire reel, for example, in the case of the wire reel located in the middle, it is substantially impossible to check the transmission hole visually even wire reel located uppermost, must verify transmitting hole and from above to looking into the interior of the hub). In contrast, in the present invention, the first even in a state where a laminate of the reel 1 can be easily confirmed by visually second information display section 9 and 12. It will be described below with this point.
[0056]
Figure 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the stacked vertically upward a plurality of reels 1 (1a, 1b, 1c) to align the direction. Further, FIG. 8 is a side view showing a state in which side by side to align the direction of the plurality of reels (in other words, the horizontal storage). 7 and 8 illustrates a state housed in state or storage box placed on the pigeon example three reels 1. Note that FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 shows a state in which arranging the three reels 1 as an example, there is also naturally a state of arranging four or more.
[0057]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a plurality of reels 1, storable configured in a stacked state. Arranging the reel 1 during the time of storage, the flange 4 of the flange 5 and the reel 1c of the flange 4 and the reel 1b of the flange 5 and the reel 1b of the reel 1a is close. When in this manner is close to the reel 1 stacked or side by side, it is impossible to see the surface 4b of the flange 4 of the reel 1b and the reel 1c. Therefore, it is impossible to visually confirm the second information display section 12 from the surface 4b direction of the flange 4 of the reel 1b and the reel 1c.
[0058]
However, by disposing the second information display section 12 between the first information display section 9, even in storage conditions by laminating a plurality of reels 1, the flange 4 in the lateral direction (the reel uniaxial viewed from the side) perpendicular, it can be seen the second information display section 12 (becomes visible). That is, it is possible to identify visually the second information display section 12 from between the first information display section 9 (spacing portion 10). Of course, the first information display section 9, since it is disposed on the first circumferential C1 close to the outer peripheral side surface 4b of the flange 4, is not to be concealed be stacked reel 1. Therefore, to identify the second information display section 12 visually, the first information display section 9 can also be identified at the same time. Note that the "identified by the first information visually display unit 9 or the second information display section 12 ', the convex portions 9a and recess 9b or the second information display section constituting the first information display section 9 It refers to identify visually the number and positions of the projections 12a and recesses 12b that constitute the 12.
[0059]
Further, for example, a plurality of protrusions 9a, it is also possible to differ respectively 12a shapes and / or colors and in which case, the convex portions 9a, 12a and the recess 9b, in addition to the number and position of 12b, or alternatively the shape and color may be information for identifying the type of wire.
[0060]
As described above, the wire can be wound on a reel 1 There are many types, combining the information from the first information display section 9 and the second information display section 12 mounted on the reel 1 (flange 4) by using Te, can correspond to the type of many wires, it can be easily identified. That is, it is possible to make a combination of a plurality of types in combination with the information and second information display section 12 in which the first information display section 9 holds holds, to assign these combinations to the type of the wire in, it becomes possible to identify many types of wire.
[0061]
In the present embodiment, constitutes a first information display section 9 by the four convex portions 9a, the number of convex portions 9a can be increased or decreased by 0 in the range of four, for example. Further, it is possible to increase or decrease at 0 ranging the number of the projections 12a, for example, from two to constitute the second information display section 12. Of course, no problem even if the projecting portion 9a as five or more portions or convex portions 12a 3 or more. Thus, it is possible to change the information held by changing the convex portions 9a, the number of 12a. Further, it is possible to change the amount of information held by changing the convex portions 9a, an upper limit value of the number of 12a.
[0062]
If the possible increase or decrease the protrusion 9a of four with 0 range was protrusions 12a can be increased or decreased by 0 in the range of two reels 1, the first information capable of holding the information of five different it can be held by a combination of the display unit 9 and the second capable of holding the information of the three different information display unit 12, an information visually identifiable 15 ways. Therefore, by associating the type of the wire on the information of 15 types comprised in the first information display section 9 by the second information display section 12, a first information display section 9 a second information display section 12 It will be able to identify the type of wire wound on the reel 1 (either wire of up to 15 types of wire) just by seeing. Further, with arranging the first information display section 9 and a second information display section 12 so as not to overlap in the radial direction of the surface 4b of the flange 4, and a pair of adjacent first information display section 9, a flange 4 a set of the second information display section 12 located between the first information display section 9 of the pair when viewed from the side, that a plurality of sets disposed in the circumferential direction of the surface 4b of the flange 4 first looking at the flange 4 from any direction, it becomes possible to ensure both visually in the second information display section 9 and 12.
[0063]
In the reel 1 according to the present embodiment, first, the second information display section 9 and 12, since the formed uneven on the annular rib 25, 26 projecting from the surface 4b of the flange 4, the operator or the like visually not only it can identify a shape of the first, second information display section 9 and 12 by simply touching the reel 1 by hand. Thus, for example, work or in dark places difficult determination visually, must identify the particular reel (reel 1) the reel 1 according to the present embodiment in which the reel of different shapes are mixed even in an environment such, it is possible to identify the information that is mounted on the reel 1 and reel 1 by touching by hand reel.
[0064]
Figure 17 Figure 9 is an illustration of the reel 1 with the wire is wrapped (wire feed member 100), FIG. 9 is an external perspective view of the wire feed member 100 as viewed from the flange 4 side, FIG. 10 is a flange perspective of the wire feed member 100 as viewed from 5 side view, FIG. 11 appearance when viewed wire supply member 100 from the flange 5 side view, FIG. 12 is a plan view in case of Figure 11 as a front view, FIG. 13 is a left side view in a case where the 11 and a front view, FIG. 14 is a right side view in a case where the 11 and a front view, FIG. 15 represents a bottom view in the case where the 11 and a front view. Further, FIG. 16 is a plurality wire feed member 100 (three in the illustrated example) (100a, 100b, 100c) perspective view showing a state in which stacked upward align the direction, FIG. 17 is a plurality (in the example shown three) is a side view showing a state where the wire feeding member 100 side by side to align the direction of. Incidentally, the wire supply member 100 is a replacement with a detachable configured portability reinforcing bar binding machine body, in which wound a wire 101 to the reel 1 described above.
[0065]
As shown in the figures, the information of the wire wound on the reel 1, the first, is mounted on the second information display section 9, 12 formed on the surface 4b of the flange 4. Therefore, the worker or the like can identify the first type of is wound around the wire by checking the second information display section 9 and 12.
[0066]
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, when arranging the wire supply member 100, the flange of the flange 5 and the wire feeding member 100c of the flange 4 and the wire supply member 100b of the flange 5 and the wire feeding member 100b of the wire feed member 100a 4 is adjacent. When the wire feeding member 100 are close to each other, as in the example shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the wire feeding member 100b and the wire supply member 100c is hidden behind the surface 4b of the flange 4, the surface 4b of the flange 4 the first information display section 9 and the second information display section 12 can not be visually observed from the direction. However, since the annular rib 25 spacing portion 10 functioning as an opening is formed, for identifying the second information display section 12 arranged on the second circumference C2 through the gap portion 10 by visual be able to. Of course, the first information display section 9 provided on the circumference C1 close to the outer periphery of the flange 4, since never be stacked wire supply member 100 are concealed, visually second information display section 12 in identifying some instances, it can be identified by also visually first information display section 9 at the same time. The wire feed unit 100, various wires can be wound, the information and second information display section 12 in which the first information display section 9 is held by holding (a combination of specifically information) by checking, which is intended to be able to recognize the operator or the like the type of wound wire.
[0067]
Figures 18 20 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a reinforcing bar binding machine using the wire feeding member 100. Reinforcing bar binding machine 102, feeding the wire from the tip of the upper guide 104 by the operation of the trigger 103, the fed wire loops formed by Sasoikon the lower guide 105, binding the reinforcing bars is wound around the loop on the outer periphery of the reinforcing bars it is intended. Reinforcing bar binding machine 102 houses a wire feeding member 100 to the reinforcing bar binding machine body and has a mounting chamber 106 for mounting. Reinforcing bar binding machine 102 draws the wire from the wire supply member 100 accommodated in the mounting chamber 106, depending specifications or operating modes of the reinforcing bar binding machine 102 performs a binding operation accompanied by the operation of returning the wire to the mounting chamber 106 .
