Abstract: A reel winding system (100) is disclosed. The reel winding system (100) comprises a winder shaft (104) to mount a bobbin on which a sheet is rolled to form a reel (106) and a shaft unmounting unit. The shaft unmounting unit includes at least two movable arms operable to unmount the winder shaft (104) along with the reel (106). Each of the at least two movable arms comprises a cam block (102) to receive the winder shaft (104) for unmounting the winder shaft (104). The cam block (102) includes at least two roller bearings to hold the winder shaft (104) therebetween such that the winder shaft (104) placed between the at least two roller bearings is rotatable about a longitudinal axis to cover the reel (106) with a covering layer.
CLIAMS:. A reel winding system (100) comprising:
a winder shaft (104) to mount a bobbin on which a sheet is rolled to form a reel (106); and
a shaft unmounting unit comprising:
at least two movable arms operable to unmount the winder shaft (104) along with the reel (106), wherein each of the at least two movable arms comprises a cam block (102) to receive the winder shaft (104) for unmounting the winder shaft (104), and wherein the cam block (102) comprises at least two roller bearings to hold the winder shaft (104) therebetween such that the winder shaft (104) placed between the at least two roller bearings is rotatable about a longitudinal axis to cover the reel (106) with a covering layer.

The reel winding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first roller bearing (202) from the at least two roller bearings is rotatable about an axis in a first plane (214), and wherein a second roller bearing (204) from the at least two roller bearings is rotatable about an axis in a second plane (216), wherein the first plane (214) is vertically offset from the second plane (216).

The reel winding system (100) as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cam block (102) of the each of the at least two movable arms has a horizontally extended portion (206) with a first groove (208) and a vertically extended portion (210) with a second groove (212), wherein the first roller bearing (202) is positioned within the first groove (208) of the horizontally extended portion (206), and wherein the second roller bearing (204) is positioned within the second groove (212) of the vertically extended portion (210).
4. The reel winding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the each of the at least two movable arms is coupled to a hydraulic element (112) to move the each of the at least two movable arms.
5. The reel winding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least two roller bearings are made of stainless steel.
6. The reel winding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cam block (102) is made of stainless steel.
