Refrigerator Cum Air Conditioning System With Water Cooler

Abstract: This invention helps to fill full the requirement and save the space of A.C. and refrigerator in low cost. Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler consists of indoor and outdoor sections in which indoor section has two parts one is refrigeration section and another is air conditioning section. Indoor section has row cooling for refrigeration and air conditioning. Cooling water coils are fixed in to the upper portion for gaining the waste cooling and utilizing it for cooling water. Inner section consists of stands for standing the cooling system. In outer section condenser and compressor is given which compress the refrigerant and circulate it in to the cooling tubes as well condenser helps as heat rejection. Strainer is given for filtering the refrigerant which is entering the condenser. This special designed invention can useful in domestic as well commercial purposes, specially this can use more in hotel and hospital.

Claims:1. The refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler consists of indoor and outdoor sections in which indoor section has two parts one is refrigeration section and another is air conditioning section. Indoor section has row cooling for refrigeration and air conditioning. Cooling water coils are fixed in to the upper portion for gaining the waste cooling and utilizing it for cooling water. Inner section consists of stands for standing the cooling system. In outer section condenser and compressor is given which compress the refrigerant and circulate it in to the cooling tubes as well condenser helps as heat rejection. Strainer is given for filtering the refrigerant which is entering the condenser. With the help of Electronics circuit the system will works.

, Description:PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION

This invention is related to useful equipment known as ‘Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler’ which is able to cool the cabinet as refrigerator, which is also able to cool cabinet as air conditioning system as well this invention is able to provide cool water by using waste cooling. This invention consist of condenser, compressor, capillary tube, hermetic sealed compressor, evaporative cooling coil, cooling fan, air duct, water reservoir , air conditioning and refrigeration section. This invention gives the cooling conditions to the chamber /cabinet /room as well this utilize the waste cooling and exchange the heat to the water by which you get direct cooling water. Specifically this invention is for reducing the cost and utilizing the waste temperature.

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION
Basically in air conditioning system works on same principle with the help of condenser, compressor, evaporating coils and cooling fan. Refrigeration system works with condenser, compressor and evaporating coils. And water cooler works on to the condenser compressor and cooling coils. Basically in market all system sells separately.
There are so many disadvantage associate with present cooling systems which does not perform like refrigerator and air conditioning system combines each other.
Another disadvantage with cooling system is that it requires more setup for refrigeration and air conditioning system.
Yet another disadvantage associate with cooling system present in the market is that it does not utilize the waste heat by which efficiency is decreases.
With the mince of all combination of refrigeration and air conditioning system and water cooler is not present in the market and considering all problems we have huge scope to improve our cooling system. Hence to avoid all these issues we have design a smart combined system which work for all cooling purposes like refrigeration as well air conditioning system and water cooler. By which we can reduces the cost as well.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

Therefore an object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that to achieve the combine effect of Refrigerator, Air Conditioner and water cooler
Another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that this device can come in use for rural area and economically cheaper to buy. it will reduce the cost of cooling system up to 60% present in the market.
Another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that it requires less power consumption.
Yet another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that it overcome the problem of space required to this three individual device is eliminate because of its versatility.
Still another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that all this three chilling appliances is not affordable to the general people, so this covers all requirements.

Still another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that this can help in hotel for cooling cabinet as well as cooling water.
Still another object of the present invention to provide Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler is that it can come in use in domestic level, office purposes, in hospital rooms and in moving vehicle also.

STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention there is provide combined cooling system with water cooler for cabinet which work as refrigeration and air conditioning system, which consist of plurality of portions one is indoor and another is outdoor, condenser, compressor, capillary tube, hermetic sealed compressor, evaporative cooling coil, cooling fan, air duct, water reservoir , air conditioning and refrigeration section. Hence this all work to achieve the suitable conditions.

Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler according to a preferred embodiment is herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
The nature of the invention and the manner in which it is performed is clearly described in the specification. The invention has various components and they are clearly described in the detailed description.
Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler here in described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring figure 1, in the embodiment shown, cross sectional view of cooling system in which consist of indoor section 9 and outdoor section 1, condenser tube 2 are for refrigerant flow and heat rejection, fins 3 to outdoor section 9 for rejection the heat, strainer 4 is filter for refrigerant, capillary tube 5 is for circulation of refrigerant, stand 6 is for holding and adjusting the cooling system, cooling coils 7 works for refrigerant circulation, air-conditioning section 8 is for generation of cool air and for circulation of air. 10A and 10B are tray for food preservation, compressor 112 is for compressing and circulating refrigerant. Cooling fan 11 is for cool air flow, water cooling pipe 12 works for cooling water, tap 13 is outlet of cooling water, and condenser 113 is for condensing the refrigerant with the help of fins 3.
Refrigerator cum air conditioning system with water cooler has two compartments, one is indoor 9 and another is outdoor 1. Indoor compartment 9 comprise with plurality of section as refrigeration and air-conditioning section 8. Both are one above one. When refrigerant is compressed in compressor 112 the high pressured and high temperature refrigerant will circulate through capillary tube 5 as well it rejects the heat in both compartments. Water tube 12 are fitted in to the air conditioning section 8 from the upper side of tube are connected to the water tank and circulate the water in between water tube and gives the cool water through tab 13. For refrigeration purposes require amount of cooled air is to be circulated to the bellow section 17 with the help of cooling fan11. Once it gain its optimum temperature for refrigeration the cooling fan stops exchanging cooled air as well compressor 112 also stops. High pressure high temperature comes to the condenser 113 via strainer 4 for rejecting the heat in atmosphere and again it will circulate to the compressor for cooling.
Referring fig 2 of side sectional view of cooling system in which ducting arrangement of air circulation system is shown in air-conditioning section 8, cooling fan 18 for air circulation in cabinet / room, electric synchromesh motor, electronics circuit 21 for rotating cooling fan, cooling coil holding arrangement 20 for cooling coil. Cooling fan 11 is for circulation of cooled air in to the refrigeration section. Adjustable compartment baffler 19 is for adjusting the height of refrigerating compartment.
When the requirement of air conditioning ( A.C. ) the cooling fan 18 starts rotating and it will circulate the air to the cabinet / room. While in bellow refrigeration section cooling fan 11 will circulate the cooled air through the chamber for the use as refrigeration. Electronics circuit will handle the temperature coordination for cabinet or refrigeration section, according to the cooling rate it will starts compressor 112 and it will circulate the refrigerant to the cooling coils.
Referring fig 3 of front view of cooling system in which plurality of chambers are arrange on one on another one is refrigeration section 9 and air conditioning section 8. Both sections will works according to specified requirements thermostat 117 works for temperature update in the cabinet as well it instruct the cooling fan to circulate the air or not through electronics circuit 21. Cooling duct 16 is for circulation of air in cabinet / room. Handle 14 is for opening the door refrigerator. Tap 13 is outlet of cooling water. Stands 6 helps to hold and fix the setup.
