Reinforcement Heating Device For Optical Fiber Connection Part
Abstract: This reinforcement heating device for an optical fiber connection part is provided with clamp parts (2A 2B) a fifth urging member for applying a pressing force on opposite sides of an optical fiber (11) a first cam mechanism (71) a mechanism whereby displacement of the first cam mechanism (71) controls the grasping of the optical fiber (11) by the clamp parts (2A 2B) heaters (3A 3B) a second urging member for applying a pressing force on opposite sides of a sleeve (12) a third cam mechanism (73) and a mechanism whereby displacement of the third cam mechanism (73) controls the pressing of the sleeve (12) by the heaters (3A 3B). The same motor controls the force of the clamp parts (2A 2B) and urging members of the heaters (3A 3B) through use of the first and third cam mechanisms (71 73).
