The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:

Technical Explanation for Remote Paperless Process for multiple applications ( The Invention)
Introduction: -
Traditionally engineered goods covering Household items, Industrial items. Power generation and distribution equipment and many other very machineries have been maintained by using system like Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). As an improvement on the traditional card based PPM systems, some of these processes covering PPM systems have been computerized. However, for a PPM system to be effective and uptodate, a vast amount of manual data output and input is required to effectively keep track of maintenece of geographically diverse locations. Invariably such records tend to be person dependant and thus leave a wide window for delays and mistakes which, in turn, leads to premature break down of machinery requiring unscheduled stoppage of activities. Such breakdown's lead to major avoidable costs in both loss of production and wastage of man hours. The invention under discussion is a revolutionary automated process which changes the whole thought process as to how maintenance should be done. In the process any android PDA or mobile phone is converted into an RFID reader with real time links to a server. The process described below fully automates the input / output process thus making maintenance much more effective leading to lesser break downs and saving.
Technical write up for the Invention
The invention is a result of many years of study into the existing maintenance process coupled with the emerging RFID technology to create a unique system unavailable in the world to date. At the heart of the system is the Java based Middleware, Edge Wizard (TM), Copyrighted by Dolphin RFID Pvt. Ltd. A special module has been developed in the Edge Wizard to act as the server module for the invention. In this module the PPM details are loaded for an individual equipment which may include machinery daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly routines. There is no limitations as to the number of activities / routines which can be added to the maintenance module. On the field side is any android based device - either a PDA or a mobile phone. Application software is loaded on the mobile which has capability of talking to the server through GSM Network / Wi-Fi Network. An RFID reader either connected to the mobile device or the internal NFC reader of the device is used.
Each of the equipment which is to maintained or the module / Sub-module there of- has an RFID tag either embedded or attached. As soon as the engineer touches the mobile phone to

the tag (or brings it in the vicinity if using C1 Gl reader / tag) the tag ID is read, encrypted and mailed in a special format to the server. The server co-relates the tag information with the machinery, picks up all relevant data and mails it back to the mobile device within seconds. The mobile device now has the full maintenance requirement on the device along with the maintenance history of the machinery - all the pending PPM routines are shown in Red and. as each one is completed, the engineer just touches the routine and it turns Green indicating that the same has been completed. Once all the routines are completed, the engineer can take photograph of the device and sign on the mobile phone as having completed the routines. In case consumer products, the signature can be that of the owner of the device. This updated information is checked on the phone by seeing the updated history including the present servicing completed. The updated record is transmitted to the server thus completing the PPM process. The engineer needs to carry no paper work and none is required at server end - this being a totally Green and automated solution for maintenance of machinery.

Conclusion: -
The invention explained about has the potential of totally changing the way machinery is maintained either in-house or within a small vicinity or spread over vast -geographical reason anywhere in the world. The major limitations of any of the existing systems which require expensive paper work input / output process has been totally eliminated. The security aspects of using a barcode to indentify machinery have also been taking care of in that the UID of RFID tag to use and administer the system. To best of our knowledge this is not been done anywhere in the world. Whilst applying for the patent, it would be appropriate to mention that the same process will be used for Group Tours, Patient Care , Asset Tracking and many other applications.
The invention being thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regraded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

We claim ,
1 .A method of implementing ppm comprising the steps of:
carrying an android bases mobile device having loaded therewith application software which has capability of talking to the server through GSM Network / Wi-Fi Network and an RFID reader either connected to the mobile device or an internal NFC reader,
touching the mobile device to RFID tag (or brings it in the vicinity if using CI G1 reader / tag) embedded or attached to the module/sub module or the equipment to be maintained to read the tag and as soon as the tag is read,an encrypted and highly secured email in a special format is sent to a server,
co-relating the tag information with the machinery the server picks up all the relevant information and mailing back to the mobile device within second,
having the full maintenance requirements and maintenance history of the equipment/module/submodule in the mobile device and the mobile devise showing the pending ppm routines in red,
completing one ppm routine.
touching the same routine on the mobile device and once touched the mobile device turns the completed routine to green just as to indicate that the same routine is completed,
completing all the routines as indicated in the previous steps and taking a photograpgh of the device and signing on the mobile device,
transmitting the updated record the
server after completing the PPM process.
2.A method of implementing ppm as claimed in claim 1 wherein the server automaticaliy erases older information, replaces with new instructions for the engineer in response to a specific protocol created from ground zero.
3. A method of implementing ppm as claimed in any of the previous claims where in the email communication is encrypted and secured achieved by 128 bit encryption algorithm and mobile IMEI number.
4.A system for implementing Remote Paperless Process for implementing ppm comprises
a Java based Middleware, Edge Wizard (TM), Copyrighted by Dolphin RFID Pvt. Ltd.
a server module developed in the Edge Wizard and configured so that the PPM details are loaded for an individual equipment which includes machinery daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly routines without any limitations as to the number of activities / routines which can be added to the maintenance module.

an android mobile device loaded with Application software and configured to communicate to the server through GSM Network / Wi-Fi Network in an encrypted and secure special format,
RFID tags attached to or embedded in the equipment/module/submodule.
an RFID reader either connected to the mobile device or the internal NFC reader of the device configured to read the RFID tags,
the server is further configured to co-relates the tag information with the machinery, picks up all relevant data and mails it back to the mobile device within seconds after it received the mail from the field and updating the record once the updated report is received from the field.
