"Repair Method And Repair Apparatus For Wall Surface Of Coke Oven Carbonization Chamber At Bottom Edge Thereof"
Abstract: A repair method of the present invention for a wall surface of a coke oven carbonization chamber at a bottom edge thereof, the repair method repairing a damaged part of the wall surface close to an oven bottom of the coke oven carbonization chamber, includes: measuring an oven bottom profile, by measuring a vertical distance between an oven bottom profile measuring device and the oven bottom while moving the oven bottom profile measuring device along an oven length direction within the coke oven carbonization chamber, thereby obtaining an irregular shape of the oven bottom, and obtaining an oven bottom approximation curve which approximates the irregular shape of the oven bottom; measuring an oven wall profile, by obtaining the irregular shape of the oven wall while moving the oven wall profile measuring device parallel to the oven bottom approximation curve so that the shortest distance of an outer shell of the oven wall profile measuring device from the oven bottom approximation curve becomes equal to or greater than a first predetermined distance; and repairing the damaged part, by thermal spraying a repair material to the damaged part from a thermal spraying device while moving the thermal spraying device parallel to the oven bottom approximation curve so that the shortest distance of an outer shell of the thermal spraying device from the oven bottom approximation curve becomes equal to or greater than a second predetermined distance. -
