Abstract: "Revolving tipper for unloading sugar cane billets has been specially designed developed and engineered for the sugar indsutries to called the sugar cane billets from truck ./ tractor trolly and to dump the sugar cane billets on to the sugar cane carrier to sugar plant. Present invention due to its fast and safety mode of unloading process help sugar plants to procure higher volume of Harvested sugar cane and to Increase their tonnes per day capacity . This invention help the sugar plants to handled utilize the maximum quantity of sugar cane for their sugar manufacturing process. This invention is customer friendly which can unload the sugarcane billets from truck / and tractor trolley there by eliminates. The sugar cane farmer"s worry about mode of Transportation. This invention helps sugar plants to increase procurement and complete the unloading process faster which is more beneficial for Sugar Cane Farmers.

Applicant(s) No .2293MUM2012. Title: Revolving Tippler for unloading Sugar Cane billet.
Preamble to the invention :
The present invention is developed for the sugar industries for unloading sugar cane billets has been specially designed develop an engineered for sugar industries revolving tippler for unloading sugar cane billets has been specially developed for unloading the sugar cane billets from tractor trolley / truck directly to sugar cane carrier of sugar plant/
Discription of the Invention:
The present invention is related with sugar industries.
Revolving Tippler is mounted on per particular or along with the sugar cane
carrier.
• There after its rotates 0 (zero degree position to 90° degree position
Tractor trolley / truck loaded with sugar cane billets enter the revolving
frame and then two stabilizers are erected to support the rear tier of the
Truck / Tractor trolley. Revolving frame is hydraulically rotated 90° degree.
In case of Tractor, Tractor is detached from the trolley then front axle of trolley /truck is clamped after that load of truck / trolley is calculated with the help of load which is fitted beneath the tilting. Frame:
There after truck / trolley is tilted at 46° degree then sugar cane billets are unloaded on the sugar cane carrier.
The sugar cane billets slide down to sugar cane carrier of sugar plant with in three 3-4 min.
The base frame is made of structure steel (IS2062 grade) the frame is connected with the tilter frame through hinge and assembly and tilting hydraulic cylinder.
The tilting frame is connected with revolving frame through the center assembly (Revolving system and bottom frame is connected at the main hinge. Between there to frames two number of hydraulic cylinders are mounted.
Revolving frame is rotated at the center with center assembly this revolving operation is being done with the help of twelve number of the roller two number of hydraulic cylinder and center assembly. Roller 1 are mounted on brackets and these brackets are fitted below structure of revolving frame. Rear Tyre stabilizer Two nos.
these two stabilizers are hydraulically operated and supported the rear wheel of trolley / Tractor at the time of revolving and tilting operation (unloading the material).
Clamping: Two nos of heavy duty steel claims are provided at top side in the front portion of the revolving frame. These chains are fitted with two heavy duty dumps. Then front Axle of Truck / Tractor trolley is brought to the position nearer to this claim. Then two front Axle trolley / Truck is clamped with damps this safety measure is mandatory to keep the vehicle in safety position during unloading process.
Revolving System rotation takes place by using the force generated through swing cylinders revolving frame (rotates around center with the help of Trust bearing and roller assembly Hydraulic System.
Totally 8 number of Double acting cylinders are in use 2 nos. for tilting operation 2 nos for swimming operation 2 nos for operating the stabilizers, 2 nos for clamping the front axle of truck / tractor trolley.
Power pack consist of electrical control panel, Poppet valve, hydraulic tank, oil level indicator return line filter, breather, 4 spool control valve, Hydraulic Gear pump run by electrical motor and other accessories in the power pack Hydraulic gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank and delivers to the hand lever operated control valve from this hand lever operated control valve Hydraulic oil is supplied to all Hydraulic Cylinders. Over the center valve this safety feature suspends the operation of tippler. This prevents any major damage to the truck / tractor trolley and to tipper. Rear wheel support front axle lock inter locking and of sequencing through Proximately / limit switch.
Claims of the Invention:
CLAIMS I
Present invention with the title Revolving tipper for unloading sugar cane billets" has been specially developed for unloading the sugar cane billets from Tractor trolley / truck directly to sugar cane carrier of Sugar Plant this specially engineering with most advanced safety features customer friendly operation and and highly cost effecting and highly time saving solution for Sugar industries.
CLAIMS II
First Revolving rotates from O(zero) digree position to 90° degree than truck / tractor trolley enters on this platform after the two nos of stabilizers are erected to support the rear wheel of truck / tractor trolley there afer revolving frame revolves from 90° degree and front axle of the tractor trolley is damped after completion of the operation tuck / tractor trolley is titled at 46° degree towards sugar crane carrier and sugar cane billets are dumped on sugar cane carrier.
